The aim of this journal publication is to disseminate the conceptual thoughts or ideas and research results that have been achieved in the area of community services. All manuscripts submitted to the journal recommended being written in good English or Bahasa Indonesia. The scope and focus is related to research in economics, accounting, management and also economic education studies such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, development studies, behavioral economics, human resource management, finance, leadership management, marketing, accounting and research on education in economical. This journal also publishes articles related to the study of banking, small and medium enterprises, stock market, Islamic economics, Islamic banking, Islamic accounting and other sharia-related economic fields. And also publishes development policy studies. In accordance with its scope, the Juremi: Jurnal Riset Ekonomi welcomes multidisciplinary articles related to economic research, management, accounting, and economic education both conventional and sharia. This journal accepts qualitative research and quantitative research. The journal aims to publish a scientific article from researchers from Indonesia and other countries.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal dan likuiditas terhadap profitabilitas di industri food and beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2018-2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan menerapkan beberapa kriteria tertentu sesuai kebutuhan penelitian sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 5 perusahaan. Analisis data menggunakan regresi data panel, koefisien determinasi, uji asumsi klasik, dan pengujian hipotesis secara parsial (uji t) dan simultan (uji f) dengan menggunakan program Eviews 12. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah struktur modal berpengaruh negatif terhadap profitabilitas. Likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas.

Abstract

The development of financial technology or better known as fintech is currently able to provide convenience in the payment system. Financial Technology (Fintech) can be defined as an industry that uses technology to support the financial system and financial services more effectively and efficiently. With this development, the function of cash that has been used by the community as a transaction tool has shifted to non-cash transactions, with this non-cash payment system making it easier for people, especially students, to make transactions, such as Debit Cards and E-Money such as OVO, Gopay, DANA, Shoopepay, Brimo. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Debit Cards and E-Money on consumptive spending of Kadiri University students. The sample used in this study were 58 respondents, in this study using a quantitative approach. The data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, and hypothesis testing (t-test) and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. Based on the results of testing the Debit Card variable partially has a significant effect on consumptive spending, and the results of the E-Money variable test partially have a significant effect on consumptive spending, while simultaneously, the Debit Card variable, E-Money has a positive effect on student consumptive spending

Abstract

Kampanye "Wonderful Indonesia" meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara dengan fokus pada kekayaan alam dan budaya. Untuk destinasi wisata Kediri, diperlukan pendekatan holistik dalam pengelolaan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan pelestarian lingkungan serta budaya lokal. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh daya tarik destinasi terhadap fasilitas penginapan dan keberlanjutan wisata menggunakan metode mediasi Smart PLS. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan mediasi dan alat Smart PLS untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara Daya Tarik Destinasi (X), Fasilitas Penginapan (Z), dan Keberlanjutan Pengelolaan Wisata (Y). Fokusnya adalah pada dampak langsung dan mediasi dari variabel-variabel ini, dengan analisis menggunakan uji konvergensi, uji signifikansi jalur, dan validitas serta reliabilitas konstruk untuk mengidentifikasi mekanisme pengaruh. Sampel terdiri dari 115 responden yang mengunjungi destinasi wisata di Kediri. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa Daya Tarik Destinasi (X) berhubungan signifikan dengan Fasilitas Penginapan (Z) dan Keberlanjutan Pengelolaan Wisata (Y), sementara Fasilitas Penginapan (Z) tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada Keberlanjutan Pengelolaan Wisata (Y). Jalur mediasi juga tidak signifikan. Temuan ini menekankan perlunya fokus pada pengembangan daya tarik destinasi untuk mendukung keberlanjutan wisata, dengan rekomendasi untuk mengeksplorasi variabel tambahan dan pendekatan yang lebih mendalam dalam penelitian selanjutnya

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan etika bisnis marketplace e-business tik-tok shop dalam perspektif Islam. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester V yang menggunakan tik-tok shop Prodi Ekonomi Syariah Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri Mandailing Natal. Kemudian objek penelitian adalah penerapan etika bisnis dalam marketplace e-business tik-tok shop dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kemudian teknik pengecekan keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah credibility, Transferability, dependability dan confirmability. Etika bisnis yang diterapkan mahasiswa semester V Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri Mandailing Natal dalam perspektif Islam ketika berbelanja di tik-tok shop adalah etika yang sudah sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan Islam, diantaranya sipenjual mendapatkan produk secara halal, bertanggung jawab, tidak didasarkan kebohongan dan amanah. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh price discount terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Adapun jumlahnya Responden berjumlah 30 orang menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh (nalar). Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka kriteria sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah: pelanggan Toko Baju Muslim Arafah Panyabungan. Data yang telah didapatkan akan dianalisis menggunakan Pemodelan Persamaan Struktural (SEM) berdasarkan varian yaitu Sebagian Ltimur Persegi (PLS) dengan bantuan program SmartPLS 3.0. berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara langsung antara price discount terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, semakin banyak price discount yang diberikan toko maka akan meningkatkan rasa puas pelanggan sehingga tercipta loyalitas yang berkelanjutan

Abstract

Pariwisata MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions) merupakan salah satu segmen yang berkembang dalam industri pariwisata bisnis. MICE memiliki dampak positif dan potensi masa depan baik pada perkembangan ekonomi maupun masyarakat karena hubungan bisnis antara destinasi dan penyedia layanan bisnis. Indonesia saat ini berupaya mengembangkan potensi MICE di beberapa destinasinya, dengan banyak peluang untuk masa depan. Namun, untuk menjadi pemain inti MICE di kancah internasional, Indonesia masih harus menghadapi beberapa kelemahan dan ancaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan sejauh mana pariwisata MICE di Indonesia, terutama di Jawa dan Bali, telah berkembang serta tantangan yang mereka hadapi saat ini.Sumber data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Analisis SWOT digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman bagi pariwisata MICE di Indonesia. Kesimpulannya, Indonesia memiliki banyak kekuatan dalam hal reputasi pariwisatanya. Lima kota utama yang dipersiapkan menjadi destinasi inti MICE di Indonesia adalah Bali, Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, dan Surabaya. Meski demikian, Indonesia harus terus membuat strategi promosi MICE yang tepat untuk tidak tertinggal dari negara-negara tetangga.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the demographic bonus phenomenon both in terms of benefits and threats in the future. Increasing the number of entrepreneurs in the future is one way to take advantage of the demographic bonus because at least it will open up many opportunities to become a producing country and reduce unemployment. Focusing on entrepreneurial intentions, this research examines one of the factors that can influence it from an early age, namely the family environment. Quantitative sampling methods were used with students majoring in business, and provided assumptions of validity and reliability. The research results show that there is a significant positive impact between the family environment and entrepreneurial intentions, which also implies that to take advantage of the demographic boom phenomenon by creating many entrepreneurs in the future, encouragement and education can be targeted at the family environment from an early age

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover Ratio (TATO), Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) on stock prices in listed energy sector companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2019 – 2022. This quantitative research uses 33 samples of companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Data analysis was a multiple linear regression test, which was previously tested on classical assumptions with a significance level of 5%. The results of the t test show that partially the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) do not have a significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, Total Asset Turnover Ratio (TATO) has a significant effect on share prices. The F test results show that simultaneously CR, DER, TATO, ROA and ROE have a significant effect on share prices in energy sector mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2022.

Abstract

Disclosure of sustainability reports has become increasingly important in the business and investment world, reflecting a company's commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) aspects. This study aims to analyze the influence of profitability, leverage, company size, and liquidity on sustainability reporting disclosure of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2020-2024. This study collects and synthesizes findings from relevant previous studies through a literature review method. The analysis results show that profitability has a positive effect on disclosure, although there are variations in the results in other studies. Leverage shows a negative relationship, reflecting the focus of highly indebted companies on financial obligations rather than sustainability disclosure. Company size is generally positively related to disclosure, while liquidity does not always show a significant effect. These findings highlight the importance of industry context and unique company characteristics in analyzing sustainability reporting disclosure. This research is expected to provide new insights and recommendations for companies to improve the transparency and accountability of their sustainability reporting.

Abstract

The research aims to evaluate the potential role of the economic sector in South Kalimantan Province. This quantitative research uses secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The study employs Location Quotient (LQ) analysis, Shift Share analysis, and Contribution analysis. The research results indicate that there are fourteen potential business sectors with an LQ value greater than 1 in South Kalimantan Province, but three other sectors that are not potential (mining and excavation, processing industry, and construction) cannot meet the needs of their region. Economic growth across South Kalimantan Province (Nij) is influenced by the growth of the business sector, which overall, based on the data in the table above, shows a value of Nij > 0, specifically 137,859,478,243 billion, meaning that all economic sectors in the economy of South Kalimantan Province are growing at a faster rate. In the shift-share analysis, the mining and excavation sector has a value of 90,014,977,449, the processing industry sector has a value of 13,281,588,187, and the wholesale and retail trade sector, including motor vehicle and motorcycle repair, has a value of 12,843,464,567. In the contribution analysis, there are three main sectors: mining and quarrying, agriculture, forestry and fishing, and the processing industry.
