The aim of this journal publication is to disseminate the conceptual thoughts or ideas and research results that have been achieved in the area of community services. All manuscripts submitted to the journal recommended being written in good English or Bahasa Indonesia. The scope and focus is related to research in economics, accounting, management and also economic education studies such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, development studies, behavioral economics, human resource management, finance, leadership management, marketing, accounting and research on education in economical. This journal also publishes articles related to the study of banking, small and medium enterprises, stock market, Islamic economics, Islamic banking, Islamic accounting and other sharia-related economic fields. And also publishes development policy studies. In accordance with its scope, the Juremi: Jurnal Riset Ekonomi welcomes multidisciplinary articles related to economic research, management, accounting, and economic education both conventional and sharia. This journal accepts qualitative research and quantitative research. The journal aims to publish a scientific article from researchers from Indonesia and other countries.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the factors that influence the timeliness of financial reporting in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2021-2023. The sample selection technique used in this study used a purposive sampling technique where the selected sample was based on various considerations and certain criteria that were adjusted to the research objectives. Based on the specified criteria, the researcher obtained 54 data. The results of the study showed that Profitability and Liquidity have a positive effect on the timeliness of financial reporting, while Company Size does not have a significant effect. This finding suggests that companies that are more profitable and liquid tend to be more timely in their financial reporting. Based on these results, investors are expected to pay more attention to the profitability and liquidity of the company before investing, while companies need to maintain the stability of financial statements to increase investor confidence. Further researchers are advised to add other relevant variables, such as Gross Profit Margin or Return on Sales, so that the research results can further enrich the understanding of the timeliness of financial reporting

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Price (X1), Product Valuation (X2), and Cashback (X3) on purchase decisions (Y) on the shopee marketplace. This research was conducted with quantitative research methods with survey methods, namely research that focuses on testing hypotheses with statistical method analysis too and producing generalizable conclusions. The sample in this study was Sheikh-Yusuf Islamic University students as consumers of the Shopee marketplace totaling 100 people. The sample of respondents in this study used a causal associative approach method with a purposive sampling procedure. While the sampling method of this study uses the Slovin formula. Data analysis techniques with validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple correlation analysis, simple correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis tests. The calculation process uses SPSS 25. The test results show that Price has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions by 75.9%, Product Valuation has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions by 75.1%, and Cashback has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions by 67.2% in the marketplace Shopee. And price, product valuation, and cashback together have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions by 83.6%. A factor that greatly influences purchasing decisions on the shopee marketplace is product assessment

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara total pendapatan dan laba bersih tahun berjalan pada perusahaan-perusahaan di sektor barang konsumsi primer dan makanan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2020 dan 2021. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan data sekunder, penelitian ini menganalisis data dari 14 perusahaan dalam industri tersebut. Data yang digunakan mencakup total pendapatan dan laba bersih tahun berjalan, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara total pendapatan dan laba bersih, di mana peningkatan total pendapatan cenderung diikuti oleh peningkatan laba bersih. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya manajemen pendapatan yang efektif dalam meningkatkan profitabilitas perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga memberikan wawasan bagi para pemimpin bisnis dan analis keuangan dalam merumuskan strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur yang ada dan menawarkan dasar bagi penelitian lebih lanjut dalam konteks industri yang berbeda.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to gain a deeper understanding of the creative industry as a new talent that is expected to strengthen the competitiveness of the West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) region. Unemployment, poverty, and economic growth are classic issues that still require solutions. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review research method. The analysis results show that the creative economy is an idea that is expected to have added economic value. The creative economy is one of the alternatives to solve economic problems. However, the realization of this idea often encounters obstacles. The government and local authorities are urged to engage now in improving regulations and strengthening the creative industry. In this way, the creative industry can drive economic growth and enhance regional competitiveness.

Abstract

World tourism destination in Eastern Indonesia (KTI), especially in the region of Pulau Moyo (Moyo Island) Sumbawa regency has been known world, as evidenced by officials and world celebrities come to Sumbawa to relieve fatigue with family. This tourist destination has been able to adapt to all the demands of change by always listening to opinions from various parties, especially tourists who have different preferences in travel. Tourism is closely related to travel, namely the change of temporary residence of a person outside his / her residence. The needs of tourists, people who travel, will affect the development of tourism facilities in certain tourist destinations. Tourism facilities is one important element forming tourism products that play a role to support the ease and convenience of tourists in travel. This study aims to identify the preferences of tourists to tourism facilities of the island of Moyo Sumbawa. The method of analysis in this study is descriptive Quantitative analysis by conducting the data from respondent with the visitors who come travel to the island of Moyo Sumbawa both foreign tourists and domestic tourists. The results of this study indicate that the preferences of tourists in choosing a means of tourism is influenced by tourist destination, price perception of hotel, and facility of hotel influenced the tourists to Moyo Island. Empirical results show that the attraction of tourists to the island of Moyo Sumbawa more due to the privacy of visitors is very awake and a very exotic natural scenery that causes visitors are interested and have implications for the preferences of tourists.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kinerja anggaran melalui Laporan Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (LAKIP) pada lingkup Satuan Kerja (Satker) Polda Sulawesi Utara (Sulut) untuk Tahun Anggaran 2021–2023. Dengan memanfaatkan laporan LAKIP, penelitian ini mengevaluasi perbandingan kinerja per tahun dari masing-masing Satker. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan variabel independen yang terbagi ke dalam tiga kategori, sehingga dilakukan pengujian menggunakan metode uji beda untuk tiga sampel. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari data sekunder Satker Inspektorat Pengawasan Daerah (Itwasda) Polda Sulut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kinerja anggaran setiap tahunnya. Selain itu, terdapat perbedaan penilaian kinerja di antara Satker setiap tahunnya, yang mengindikasikan variasi dalam pencapaian target anggaran. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang efektivitas pelaksanaan anggaran dan potensi perbaikan dalam pengelolaan kinerja di lingkup Satker Polda Sulut.

Abstract

Data innovation can drive industries and change the way businesses are run. It is not appropriate for the role of e-business information and communication technology to be the main choice in the digital 4.0 era. Due to the growing development of technology in the digital era. Many large companies have used e-commerce information and communication technology to rethink their business strategy. Information and communication technology is a support in the success of a company's product marketing strategy. Technology is a major asset where it is easier for companies to reach customers in global market competition. Information and communication technology or abbreviated as ICT are all technologies related to information handling. Meanwhile, e-business is a business activity involving information systems that are connected to one another and computerized. In this study using a qualitative descriptive analysis research method with the assignment method of interviews. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of how beneficial the use of e-business information and communication technology is in the hope that all employees can take advantage of e-business information and communication technology systems. Because the large number of respondents chose the strategy of utilizing e-business technology and information, it is appropriate for the government to provide support and monitoring in the form of training and technical guidance within a company for the sake of progress and trade competition in the digital era. Where a company must necessarily follow the development of the era which is increasing in terms of information technology and e-business communication.

Abstract

The high turnover propensity in the workplace is a characteristic of Generation Z, born between 1995 and 2010. Since this generation makes up about 48% of Bali’s working population, businesses must create efficient human resource management plans. A notable characteristic of Generation Z is their dislike of stressful work settings, frequently resulting in them changing jobs. This study aims to investigate how Generation Z workers manage stress at work and whether they plan to quit. Purposive sampling is used in this qualitative study to choose three primary informants—Gen Z employees who are stressed out and considering changing jobs—as well as three supporting informants (coworkers) and one psychological practitioner. NVivo 14 software was used to analyse the data gathered from observations, interviews, and documentation at three different Denpasar City and Badung Regency businesses. The results show that although the primary informants indicated a wish to switch jobs because of stress, they chose to stay with their existing employers, using various coping mechanisms to lessen stress and decrease plans to leave. The investigation also discovered particular behavioural shifts in the informants. One of its limitations is that it only looks at Generation Z singles, indicating that more research is necessary to include a broader range of people. By addressing their concerns, this study helps organisations retain Generation Z and advances our understanding of their workplace dynamics

Abstract

Currently, Indonesia is entering the era of society 5.0, where this era is not much different from the era of society 4.0. Indonesia is considered late in entering this era. There are several factors that influence Indonesia to be a bit late in entering this era. one of the factors is low Human Resources (HR). This year Generation Z has started to enter the world of work, Gen Z claims to be the generation that works the hardest, but because they value flexibility as a very important principle, Gen Z will not be willing to be forced to work when they don't want to work. However, not all workplaces have the criteria desired by generation Z, so from this phenomenon it can be questioned whether generation Z is happy in their first job. This research uses qualitative methods by interviewing 7 informants. The results of this research are that generation Z workers, especially in their first job, experience less happiness, which causes their work performance to decline. One of the factors that makes their work performance decrease or they are less happy is work that is not in accordance with their wishes or passion, they do not have work experience or experience and a work environment that blinds their work performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the marketing communication strategy used by Pressed Mylk in marketing or promoting products to consumers through Instagram. By using qualitative descriptive research methods that aim to obtain in-depth, complete, and credible information and data so as to meet research objectives. This study also utilizes phenomenological methods to obtain maximum data and in accordance with the phenomena experienced by informants, in order to explain in detail the product marketing communication strategy carried out by Pressed Mylk through Instagram, using data collection techniques such as observation, documentation, and interviews to support the validation of research data. The result of this study is that Pressed Mylk has utilized Instagram features such as Instagram followers, Instagram bio, Instagram story, Instagram feed, Instagram reels, and story highlights to focus on introducing its products by uploading interesting photos or videos to attract consumers or buyers. Pressed Mylk uses 3 (three) communication strategies, namely push strategy, pull strategy, profile strategy and, Pressed Mylk applies an integrated marketing communication strategy that uses a marketing communication mix in the marketing communication strategy of Pressed Mylk products through Instagram such as advertising, sales promotion, event marketing, public relations, direct marketing, interactive marketing, and word of mouth well. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that Pressed Mylk has used Instagram well as a marketing communication medium for Pressed Mylk products, so that the effectiveness of using Instagram in marketing Pressed Mylk products has been proven through the sales turnover of Pressed Mylk products has increased
