The conclusions that can be obtained based on the research studies that have been carried out are as follows: The talent management process that has been carried out has been carried out by human resource management in recruitment and selection, as well as the performance management process. Employees are grouped into a talent pool based on the leadership, fundamental and technical competencies possessed by each employee. The factor in talent management that causes decreased productivity is in the formation of competencies needed by new employees in the regeneration process. Several actions have been taken by management but need some improvement, especially in terms of recruitment and selection, performance management, orientation process, and education and training. The follow-up plans that can be carried out to overcome these problems are: Organizational preparation of talent management, from the appointment of coaches, appraisers, superiors, and the mechanism, Talent management processes that can be accessed by each employee so that assessments, strengths and weaknesses can be evaluated. This will form a self-assessment of employees, Since training needs differ between employees, the training system needs to be carried out in a participatory manner, meaning that employees register according to their training needs. This will also lead to cost efficiency in training.

Freeport Indonesia is in connection with the Divestment of Shares , the legal position and involvement of the indigenous peoples of the Amungme and Kamoro Tribes and the economic rights of indigenous peoples affected by pt. Freepoint Indonesia. Since implementation of the Minerba Law, PT. Freeport is required to dive shares to the Indonesian Government . in the process of divestment of shares , the the government has not been involved indigenous peoples who have customary rights in the mining area so that there are several problems such as conflicts in the mining area caused by the absences of arrangements regarding minerals and coal business in accordance with Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution , because the Minerba Law is only able to reach legal actions after the issuance of the Minerba Law and related matters related to KK that existed before the Minerba Law. in the other hand , the existence of KK PT. Freeport Indonesia is considered incompatible with Pancasila, namely the Fifth Precept " Social justice for All Indonesian People " and Article 33 paragraph (3) of the UUD 1945 Constitution concerning the substance of the earth , water , and natural wealth " controlled by the state " and " used to the greatest extents of people's prosperity "

E-services as customer care resources is the use of information technology for delivering government services, this is a way through which services are made available online. Digital transformation of public administration is a way to promote ethical practices and reduce the risks of corruption in local government. E-services as customer care promote efficiency and increase accessibility. In this way, service delivery transforms from traditional administration to electronic communication between the government and citizens. The city has to take a more polished and planned approach. It is suggested that the municipality invest in their employees. Personnel investment is critical to ensure that during a pandemic, no duties overlap or go unfinished due to a lack of workers.
