Abstract

The hadith's interpretation of women's leadership since classics and now there are differences of opinion among scholars. Some scholars tend to allow women to be leaders in strategic positions, while some other scholars tend not to allow women to be leaders. Their views on whether or not women can become leaders are supported by each of the arguments they build, both textual and contextual interpretations. When the hadith is examined and interpreted textually, it will produce a conclusion that a woman should not be a leader in various situations and conditions and any reasons. However, if the argument they build is analyzed contextually, then it seems a more logical and rational view. The scholars who allow women to be leaders with consideration of the benefits and interpretations that will cause it. Abstract

In a learning process at a class, a teacher or lecture need a model learning in order to solving the speechless character (dump, stuttering, or stammering) like is afraid or pasif character is in personality of student, like is student or scholarship. Cause that character usually happen since primary school like SD or MI and than in high school too, like in junior high school and senior high school. After that, the it character was bring along until univerity. The learning model was suitable for solving that problem is motivation model. By motivator, a teacher or lecture can solve the speechless become speechness so the student or scholar can activ, confident, and bravo to performance in front of class.

Abstract

Reviewing the paper the books of Tafsir to find the true form and its type. Absolutely, it is not far from the scientific characteristics owned by the author himself. Therefore, the study in the writing of this paper is more focus on reading the first creator, it will automatically provide on what works have been produced and distributed in social life.characteristics of Al-Kha > Zin in the Luba > b Al-Ta'wi > L fi > Ma'a > Ni > Al-Tanzi > L are part of the component in discovering and determining the tendency found in the work. Based on the quantity of an al-Kha > Zin by pointing to the history of the personality of his life, the interpretation will be assessed by one aspect, which will then be concentrated on the subjective value. However, if it is based on the quality of al-Kha > Zin with a composition of the science that is quite a portion of course the value contained in the work is more regarded as objective by holding on to methodical and theoretical analysis.

Abstract

he period of rapid development of science and technology and the current of globalization which is also more intense has been able to present various problems in the world of education. The diversity of problems in the world of education has quite broad implications. One of them is the low output produced. Madrasah Aliyah Al-Huda is one of the high school institutions under the auspices of the PondokNangka Islamic Boarding School. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the students' low understanding of the material taught by religious teachers, describe the professionalism of educators and describe the implications of the method Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) in improving students' understanding of the material being taught. The researcher analyzed the results of the study using the qualitative method of Miles and Huberman's model through observation, interviews in collecting research data. The results showed that students' contextual teaching learning (CTL) methods were able to receive and digest material well, students were more active during the teaching and learning process as well as increased student learning outcomes which were implied in cognitive, psychomotor and affective mastery.

Abstract

This study is Aimed at the main three purposes: (1) How does the pattern of principal motivation in improving teacher performance in MI Al-Jam'iyatul Washliyah Murtajih Pademawu Pamekasan; (2) How is the performance of teachers in MI Al-Jam'iyatul Washliyah Murtajih Pademawu Pamekasan; (3) What are the factors supporting and inhibiting principal in improving teacher performance in MI Al-Jam'iyatul Washliyah Murtajih Pademawu Pamekasan. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive. Source of data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Informant is the principal and the teachers. While checking the validity of the data is done through observation extension, increased diligence in research, triangulation, peer discussions, negative case analysis and member-check. The results showed that: first, principal has performed well pattern motivation to teachers. The pattern is a pattern applied motivation intrinsic motivation and in its implementation using a democratic leadership. The pattern shown motivation to teachers is: involve teachers in any of the activities carried out in schools, giving awards to teachers, especially for teachers who demonstrate good performance, creating an atmosphere of work space, a library, and a comfortable setting school environment, safe and fun and imposing sanctions if there are teachers who violate the discipline that has been agreed. Second, the performance is quite good teachers, because teachers in implementing the tasks and obligations showed high performance, such as teaching in a timely, organized preparations to teach well, providing guidance to the students' difficulties, whether requested or not requested. To determine the performance of good teachers, principals, especially assessment of the learning process as the main program that has been set. Third, the factors that supports the democratic leadership, fostering discipline, generating motivation and giving awards to teachers who excel. Meanwhile, the limiting factor is the lack of discipline principals, facilities and inadequate infrastructure, lack of training for teachers who are less professional, and lack of teacher salaries lead teacher performance decreases.

Abstract

Drugs in Indonesia are increasingly rampant, the more it is banned, the more violates it. Not only in the remote areas of the city in the village are familiar. It has been proven that in the Sumenep-Madura area there are not a few drug users and users, especially in the southwestern area of Sumenep which is a port location which is very easy for buying and selling drugs. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of parental supervision in children, because when a child who gets full supervision from a parent is unlikely to fall into promiscuity. In addition, it is also to provide stimulus to the public that drugs have bad consequences for the future of children as young people and the nation's generation. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The subjects and stages of the research are the observation, documentation and interviews of parents and children who use drugs.

Abstract

Evaluation of learning is a must done by the teacher or educator. This is done as a result of the learning process for 1semester, which is accumulated starting from daily tests, uts and uas. In this case also the educator needs to know aboutthe function, purpose and benefits of the assessment. So it is not selective in giving assessments to students, andstudents are not disadvantaged in providing such assessments. Problem formulation 1) What is meant by evaluation oflearning in the context of functions, objectives and benefits? 2) How are the learning evaluation techniques carried outby educators to their students? Abstract

The big problem faced by Muslims is when it has to be faced with Western cultures. And the value of Islamic culture is shifted because of the lack of power owned by Muslims. Renewal of Islamic education can be said as an attempt to make improvements to the better order of Islamic education system. By connecting the reality of the developing times with existing systems, so it can be expected to facilitate and precisely on the target of Islamic education that relevance. Aaron Nasution's strategy in renewal of Islamic education came into the order of Islamic education curriculum, he wanted to change the pattern of classical Islamic education approach to modern Islamic education pattern. Harun Nasution in the construction of Islamic education in Indonesia, namely the birth of the "Aaronic movement". In which it contains three different opinions: first, put a fundamental and universal understanding of Islam. Second, revise the entire curriculum of higher education units throughout Indonesia. Third, strive for development in the institutional sphere.

Abstract

The phenomenon of diversity behavior that occurs among internal religious communities, especially in Indonesia so far, has indicated a form of political-ideological and legal-formal diversity. Thus the typology of the diversity that exists in Indonesia can easily be labeled with relatively permanent symbols and characters. Intellectual intelligence without emotional and spiritual intelligence will only end in negative behavior. This situation is the background why the teachings and educational traditions that exist in traditional pesantren even though it looks classic and simple still has its own attraction for the initiators of education. On this basis, the spirit of the pesantren education tradition by the initiators and practitioners of education is to be integrated into general education. In short, the traditional pesantren education model cannot be separated from the sincere intentions of a kyai. The role of the kyai, santri as the elite of the Islamic religion towards tradition has made some religious teachings into culture, this effort seeks to be implemented through positive educational values ​​of pesantren.

Abstract

In the history of Islam, following the reign of the Rasyidin Rashidun, was succeeded by rulers who formed power with a system of family power or dynasty. Starting from the Muawiyah powers that formed the Umayyad dynasty, the system of democracy was transformed into a hereditary monarchi (Hereditary kingdom). The Muawiyah was acquired by violence and diplomacy, not with the most elections or votes. The succession of hereditary instantly leadership begins when the Muawiyah obliges all people to declare true to his son, Yazid, who later succeeded him. Muawiyah intends to model the Monarchi in Persia and the Byzantines. Muawiyah miming The term caliph, but he gave a new interpretation of the words to glorify the position. The dynasties in power after the Rashidun Rashidun were the Umayyad dynasty, the Abbasid dynasty, the Umyyaah dynasty in Andalusia, the Syafawiyah dynasty, the Ottoman dynasty in Turkey, the Mongol Empire of Islam in India, and many other dynasties ruling on several Part of the Islamic world. In addition to these dynasties, there were also several other dynasties that also embraced the important role in the development of civilization in the Islamic world including the Fathimiyah dynasty which has a great contribution to the civilization of Islamic world
