Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is one of the activities that increase growth, movement, and economic development. Economic development in Indonesia is one important part with the aim of improving the welfare of society. This study aims to how the design of Digital marketing strategies in increasing sales Volume at MSMEs chips Aljannah. Marketing strategy undertaken by SMEs chips Aljannah marketing mix marketing mix strategy is 7P. The method of data analysis in the study is qualitative research with descriptive methods by conducting interviews and observations as primary data and documentation as secondary data. The results of this study show that MSMEs chips Aljannah still apply traditional marketing without any specific marketing strategy and has not involved the role of digital marketing in making sales, digital marketing strategy design that has been prepared is expected to increase sales volume, brand image and expand the reach of consumers MSMEs chips Aljannah. The use of social media is very helpful for Aljannah chips MSMEs in marketing.

Abstract

This study entitled "The effect of recruitment and placement on employee performance at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Pesero) Tbk KCP Sibolga. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of recruitment and placement on employee performance at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Pesero) Tbk KCP Sibolga. The population as well as the sample in this study were all employees at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Pesero) Tbk KCP Sibolga, which has a total of 22 employees. The partial results of the hypothesis test show that recruitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Pesero) Tbk KCP Sibolga. Branch with proven t count 2.967 > t table of 1.99254 and probability value 0.004 < α 0.05. Placement has a significant effect on performance because t count is 7.751 > 1.99254 and the probability value is 0.000 <α 0.05. Simultaneously hypothesis testing shows that recruitment and placement have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Pesero) Tbk KCP Sibolga Branch indicated by F count 44.705 > F table 3.12 and probability value 0.000 < α 0.05

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of system quality, information quality, service quality, and gender on the intention to switch BCA customers. The population used is BCA customers in 2023. The samples taken in this study were 100 consumers. Sampling using purposive sampling. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that system quality, information quality and service quality had a positive and significant effect on switching intentions. And gender has no effect and is not significant on switching intentions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Quality of Work Life on the intention to leave among millennial employees in state-owned banking sector in Surabaya. This type of research is basic research, which provides solutions to a specific problem and validates existing theories. Employees have a balanced time between work and family according to their needs. Having a good quality of work life can increase job satisfaction and help organizations retain their employees. The satisfaction felt by employees then manifests in a lower desire to leave the company. Based on data processing, hypothesis testing, and discussion, the researcher concludes that the four hypotheses are supported. Quality of Work Life has a negative and significant impact on the intention to leave among millennial employees in state-owned banking sector in Surabaya. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction among millennial employees in state-owned banking sector in Surabaya. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant impact on the intention to leave among millennial employees in state-owned banking sector in Surabaya. Quality of Work Life has a significant impact on the intention to leave through job satisfaction as a mediating variable among millennial employees in state-owned banking sector in Surabaya.

Abstract

Abstract

In the current era of industry 4.0, the business world is running very rapidly, including businesses in the food sector. Quality of service is a great way to attract more new customers, retain existing customers, keep customers away, and create new and special innovations. In addition to service quality, another factor is price which affects customer satisfaction. Price is a major factor in doing business. Many businesses go out of business due to unreactive prices, assuming that customers who come to the Emerald Garden Hotel Medan have varying desires or stimuli in maintaining the service products provided, whether booking lodging, utilizing existing facilities such as meeting facilities, entertainment and others. ”. Hotel Grand Emerald GARDEN Medan has 152 rooms with an average occupancy rate of 83% every day so that the population taken in this study is the personal guests of the Emerald garden hotel in April. The population taken in this study are all 450 guests who eat restaurant at the Emerald Garden Hotel Medan. taken were completed to 113 respondents, with random sampling technique. The results of hypothesis testing show that partially the service quality variable has a t-count value of 0.092 and a t-table value of 1.982. This means that the value of t count <t table (0.092 <1.982) and the significance value is greater than the significance level (0.927> 0.05). This means that service quality does not have a close relationship with customer satisfaction, if service quality increases or decreases, then will not affect consumer satisfaction. So, the result of this test is that service quality has no effect on customer satisfaction. So that H1 is rejected and Ho is accepted.

Abstract

One of the company's goals is to maximize its value. High corporate value indicates that the company can continue to run its business well and improve shareholder welfare. In the population of property and real estate subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017–2021, this study intends to determine the effect of total asset logs, board size, and ROA on PBV. Purposive sampling was the sampling technique used, and 50 companies were collected over a 5-year study period, resulting in 250 sample data. Panel data using eviews 12 is the data analysis method used in this study. The results of concurrent research show that profitability, the board of commissioners, and the size of the business all have an impact on the value of the company, but these effects are only partially beneficial. The size of the business also has a beneficial impact, as does the Board of Commissioners. According to the research findings, organizations should pay attention to their size (record total assets) as it has a beneficial impact on the value of their company. To grow the value of a company, businesses must be able to manage their assets effectively.

Abstract

Loyalty or faithfulness of a consumer is one thing that needs to be considered by financial service companies such as banking. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-service technology and service quality on loyalty with satisfaction as moderation. The population in this study is the largest bank customers in Indonesia. The results showed that self-service technology and service quality had an effect on loyalty. Then, satisfaction as a moderation that is able to moderate self-service technology and service quality on loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, leverage, and activity on stock returns through annual financial reports that have been prepared by banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. While the dependent variable is stock returns. The sample in this study was obtained using a purposive sampling method for banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2015-2021 period, and 42 banking companies with 200 observations. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis with the SPSS (Staticical Product and Service Solutions) application tool. The results showed that profitability has a positive effect on stock returns, while leverage and activity have no effect on stock returns.

Abstract

To create a competitive advantage, companies must innovate by investing in R&D. R&D investment must be made to increase consumer interest and sustain the company’s business growth. Investment in R&D is influenced by various internal and external factors of the company, internal factors that are also related to corporate governance are CEO education, institutional ownership and board gender diversity, while external factors are market uncertainty. This study uses a quantitative approach that aims to determine the effect of CEO education, institutional ownership, board gender diversity and market uncertainty on R&D investment. The dependent variable is R&D investment, the independent variables are CEO education, institutional ownership, board gender diversity and market uncertainty, while the control variables are company size, ROA, and DAR. The research object is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020 – 2022. The research sample is 30 manufacturing companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that CEO education and board gender diversity had a significant positive effect on R&D investment, while market uncertainty had a significant negative effect on R&D investment. Meanwhile, institutional ownership has no significant effect on R&D investment.
