Abstract

Running a business sometimes gets a big profit and sometimes gets a loss from a business. Technology and digital media that are increasingly developing have changed people's activities from offline shopping to online. The lack of marketing methods in a business and the company's lack of innovative strategies in product sales promotion result in high costs. This makes the company's cash depleted only for promotional activities. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of online e-commerce marketing Tokopedia and digital marketing on the interest in buying Adidas shoes in Karawang. With the Equation Stuctural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, it can be used to estimate the direct, indirect and total effects. The study conducted by researchers is to measure the positive influence of several indicators on each variable in it by using a statistical test tool, namely Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that online marketing and digital marketing have a positive effect on buying interest.

Abstract

Digitalization has become an integral part of the public service system, particularly in the realm of motor vehicle tax services. This process necessitates a comprehensive understanding of taxpayers' attitudes and responses towards utilizing the digital tax payment system. The objective of this research is to analyze the best practices in the integrated public service of Samsat in Banten. The research methodology employed is qualitative, utilizing a purposive sample comprising individuals from the community who have utilized the public service both online and offline. Data collection techniques include interviews, observational studies, and documentation, with the researcher serving as the primary instrument for data gathering. The data analysis involves interactive interpretation. The research findings indicate that the successful implementation of a digital service system necessitates continuous support, including a thorough comprehension of the public's attitudes and behaviors in their interaction with digital services. Digitalization significantly enhances the quality of Samsat's public services in Banten. Conversely, the system must be reinforced by a socialized policy framework that motivates taxpayers. A deeper understanding of digital governance systems in tax payments would be more effective with the support of an understanding of the existing technology cohort within society.

The model used is a modification of previous studies and then tested on a population of people aged over 18 years and living in JABODETABEK. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method and obtained as many as 145 respondents. Partial least squares–structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) is the analytical method used in this study, and the result shows that there is a positive influence between attitude, subjective norms, perceived behaviour control, eWOM, and physical environment on visit intention. Attitude and eWOM are the most important things in influencing someone to seek treatment abroad whereas a domestic hospital can increase public trust in healthcare in Indonesia by using online platforms to communicate.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate factors affecting people's intention to use the Halodoc application. The sample in this research was gathered with a purposive sampling method with inclusion criteria of people using the Halodoc application with a minimum age of 18. Data was gathered using a questionnaire that was spread online using Google Form. The questionnaire consists of 32 questions using Likert Scale 1-5. There are 101 respondents participating in this study. Data were then statistically analyzed using the PLS-SEM method with SmartPLS 4.0.9.1 application. The result of this research states that user satisfaction as the component of object-based attitude significantly affects perceived usefulness and perceived ease as the component of behavior belief. Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use also affect behavior attitude significantly. This research also states that perceived ease of use can directly affect intention to use significantly without going through mediating variables. But, perceived usefulness does not significantly affect the intention to use through a direct path without using a mediating variable (behavior attitude).
