Abstract

PT XYZ is a company based in the bustling city of Jakarta. Recognized for its expertise in providing consultations and assessments to HRs and schools in the surrounding area. The firm has a reputation for its comprehensive and tailored solutions. The company is classified as a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (UMKM) due to its annual income below IDR 2 billion. With the aim of bolstering the company's resilience and fortifying its operations, this study takes on the task of assisting PT XYZ in implementing a risk management solution that is both effective and efficient. By identifying and addressing potential risks, the company can navigate uncertainties and proactively mitigate threats. Upon conducting a thorough assessment, a total of 21 risks were identified, each presenting unique challenges to the company's stability. Among these risks, 9 were classified as very high risks, 10 as high risks, and 2 as medium risks. It became evident that immediate attention was required to avoid potential losses and problems that could impede the company's progress. To address these risks, a series of proactive and strategic solutions were advised. Each solution is carefully tailored to mitigate the specific risks and enhance the company's overall risk management framework. By implementing these recommendations, PT XYZ can minimize the likelihood and impact of potential disruptions, safeguarding its assets, reputation, and long-term sustainability. The proposed risk management solutions encompass a wide range of measures, including the establishment of robust internal controls, the implementation of comprehensive training programs, and the adoption of cutting-edge technological solutions. These measures, when integrated into the company's existing operations, will empower PT XYZ to proactively identify, assess, and respond to risks, thereby ensuring the continuity of its services and operations.

Abstract

This research was conducted to confirm what digital skills factors could represent the construct, at least one that represented the use of mobile banking services in Bogor Regency. This research uses non-probability sampling and purposive sampling techniques and the number of samples used is 366 who are banking customers who use mobile banking in Bogor Regency. In this study, the analysis technique used Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and by using AMOS software version 24 as a tool for conducting analysis in the research conducted. The research variables used in this study include operational mobile skills, information navigation skills, creative skills, and social skills with a total of 30 indicators used. The results obtained based on digital skills factor analysis on the use of mobile banking services in Bogor Regency show that all the indicators used in this study represent the construct because the loading factor value is more than > 0.30 which is stated to be valid but the fit model in this study is still found to be a model that does not fit , so that the modification of the model is carried out to get a fit model. This research is a form of researcher's contribution to confirm what factors influence digital skills in the use of mobile banking services then suggestions that can be given for further research using exploratory factor analysis (EFA) so that the model to be used gets a fit model when reprocessed using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA).

Abstract

The problem behind this research is to identify the causes of the decline in customer loyalty that occurs due to decreased service quality and customer satisfaction provided by the company for DANA application users. This study aims to identify the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in the DANA application. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study is Indonesian people who are users of the DANA application. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique with a total of 400 respondents. Data analysis techniques were carried out in this study using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with AMOS software. The results of this study show that service quality has a significant and positive effect on DANA customer satisfaction, service quality has a significant and positive effect on DANA customer loyalty, service quality and customer satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on DANA customer loyalty. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, service quality has the greatest influence in this study so that it is expected that companies can maintain good service quality to maintain relationships with customers.

Abstract

Today many business entities are experiencing bankruptcy or even vice versa. A strategy is needed so that the business entity can survive in the face of increasingly fierce and challenging business competition. Trusted alliance strategy can be used as a basis for facing competition. In addition, strategic alliances are built on the basic principles of mutual guidance as demonstrated by PT Samudra Citra Persada. Through this strategy, companies can obtain many positive things to improve the capabilities of business entities. Strategic alliances can not only be made for B2B relationships but also for B2C, one of which is by collaborating as a dropshiper. For companies, this form of cooperation can increase product sales, while for customers, other benefits can be obtained, such as warehouse utilization.

Abstract

A good internal control system is essential for a company to minimize errors and deviations that may occur. The function of internal control is based on management and financial systems, and it ensures that activities within the company are smooth and controlled. Internal control plays a crucial role in preventing, detecting, and protecting tangible and intangible organizational resources from misappropriation. Cash is one of the assets that plays a vital role in the company's development and is the most liquid asset. This study is a descriptive research that aims to provide an explanation of a problem and offer solutions to address it. The focus of the research is to understand the internal control system of cash receipts for the organizer of Umrah and Hajj travel agency, PT. Citra Wisata Dunia. Based on the analysis conducted, the Umrah and Hajj travel agency has implemented the components of internal control, including control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information communication, and monitoring activities. The company has implemented task segregation among employees, which enhances the effectiveness of the internal control system for cash receipts.

Abstract

This research was conducted in response to the rapid growth of the fashion industry subsector, intense business competition, and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on businesses in the fashion industry. Teefees Collection is one of the fashion businesses in Manado, focusing on selling fashion products. They sell not only clothing products but also other accessory products. However, the Teefees Collection faced challenges such as declining sales, lack of engagement on social media, unattractive packaging design, and suboptimal marketing division performance. Design thinking was used as the method of approach in this research, consisting of five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The goal of this research was to formulate marketing strategies using the design thinking method to increase sales for the Teefees Collection. This research used qualitative methods for data collection by interviewing both internal and external stakeholders of Teefees Collection. The findings provided recommendations regarding new packaging designs, promotional strategies such as Upload and Get Discount (UGD), e-card membership, mixed bundling, and discounts on special days. Moreover, this research also provided content planning for Instagram. It is also recommended for Teefees Collection's marketing division to take marketing training.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of developing a basic theoretical model and a new empirical research model to resolve the gaps in the results of previous studies regarding workload and work stress on employee performance with compensation as a moderator. This research uses descriptive and explanatory quantitative methods. The object of research is employees at BCA Multifinance Tangerang Raya. The sampling technique in this study used the saturated sample method with a sample of 120 employees. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3 software. The research results show: 1) Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) Work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) Workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress, 4 ) Compensation significantly moderates the effect of workload on employee performance, 5) Compensation moderates the effect of work stress significantly on employee performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted to see the effect of motivation, work discipline, and the effectiveness of job rotation on the performance of Batam City Transportation Department employees. The method in this study used quantitative methods with SPSS 26 statistical tools in associative (casual) form by distributing questionnaires to obtain data. The population in this study were employees who worked at the Batam City Transportation Service as many as 140 respondents using probability sampling and the slovin technique as a sample determination to 104 respondents. Testing the quality of the data using the validity test and reliability test, testing the classical assumptions using the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test and influence test using multiple linear regression analysis and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R 2 ) . Furthermore, to test the hypothesis using the t test and f test. The results of this study indicate that motivation, work discipline, and effectiveness of job rotation have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on employee performance. The results of the coefficient of determination test (R 2 ) show that motivation, work discipline, and the effectiveness of job rotation have an effect of 66.7% on employee performance, while the remaining 33.3% are influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of leadership style, work environment and motivation on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT BPR Karticentra Artha Semarang and the sample used amounted to 100 employees. This study uses primary data in the form of statement items in a questionnaire. The data is processed using the SPSS application. The results of data processing are in the form of a description of the respondent's identity, variable descriptions, validity test results, reliability test results, model feasibility test results (F test), determination coefficient test results and hypothesis test results (t test). Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is found that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This study the creators utilized a quantitative methodology. The MSME actors in Batam City who are registered with the Batam City Cooperative and MSME Office comprise the population used in this study. Information on the quantity of MSMEs in 2022 are 282 MSMEs. Specialists utilized a non-likelihood inspecting strategy, and the testing method utilized was purposive examining. This study's sample consisted of 165 respondents, according to slovin formula calculations. The wellspring of information in this study is essential information, this information is gotten straightforwardly from, for example, appropriating surveys through the Google structure. The consequences of this study have been done by scientists who found that the main speculation shows that bookkeeping information significantly affects the utilization of bookkeeping data in MSMEs in Batam City. The subsequent speculation shows that business scale significantly affects the utilization of bookkeeping data for MSMEs in Batam City. The third speculation shows that length of business significantly affects the utilization of bookkeeping data for MSMEs in Batam City. The fourth speculation which expresses that bookkeeping information, business scale and length of business together affect the utilization of bookkeeping data on MSMEs in Batam City.
