Abstract

This study aims to determine this is for knowing the role played by the Inspectorate Body North Sumatra Province for operating function in increasing the quality report finance, for knowing factor obstacles encountered by Inspectorate North Sumatra Province in increasing the quality report finance, and for knowing the sharia audit review in the role of the inspectorate as an internal auditor . technique _ data collection used in this research using Observation Techniques ( Observation ) where the observation is describing the setting being studied, the activities that take place, the people involved in the activity, and the meaning of the event seen from the perspective of those seen in the observed event (Bi Rahmani, 2016). Research results show that the role of the internal auditor of the Inspectorate North Sumatra province is influential and significantly positive in increasing quality report finance government where an Adjusted R square of 0.635 indicates that 63.5% of the role of internal audit is influential to quality report finance government whereas of 36.5% explained by other factors that are not researched in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of (1) Organizational commitment to the Performance of Sungai Penuh City Fire and Rescue Service Employees. (2) Organizational climate to Sungai Penuh City Fire and Rescue Service Employee Performance. (3) Organizational culture towards the Performance of Sungai Penuh City Fire and Rescue Service Employees. (4) The organization's commitment, organizational climate and organizational culture are mutually impactedon the performance of the Sungai Penuh City Fire and Rescue Service employees. The population in this study was 31 employees of the Sungai Penuh City Fire and Rescue Service. And the technique of determining the sample taken as a respondent with this sampling technique using the total sampling technique (overall sample) total sampling is a sampling technique where the number of samples is equal to the population (Sugiyono, 2017). The reason for taking the total sampling is because according to (Sugiyono, 2017) the total population that is less than 100 the entire population is used as a research sample all. The results of this study show that (1) The organization's commitment has a positive influence on the work of employees in the Sungai Penuh City Fire and Rescue Service. (2) The organizational climate has a positive influence on the performance of employees of the Sungai Penuh City Fire and Rescue Service. (3) The organizational culture providesa positive impact on the performance of the employees of the Sungai Penuh City Fire and Rescue Service. (4) Organizational commitment, organizational climate and organizational culture together have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Sungai Penuh City Fire and Rescue Service.

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of (1) How does career development affect the loyalty of employees of the Sungai Penuh City Bappeda? (2) How does the non-physical work environment affect the loyalty of employees of the Sungai Penuh City Bappeda? (3) How does the organization's commitment affect the loyalty of employees of the Sungai Penuh City Bappeda. (4) How does career development, non-physical work environment, and organizational commitment together affect the loyalty of employees of the Sungai Penuh City Bappeda? The population in this study was 60 employees of the Sungai Penuh City Bappeda. Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of (1) Dual role conflicts on job satisfaction of DPMPTSP employees of the Mentawai Islands Regency. (2) Job stressors to job satisfaction of DPMPTSP employees of Mentawai Islands Regency. (3) Work environment towards job satisfaction of DPMPTSP employees of Mentawai Islands Regency. (4) dual role conflicts, stressors and work environments have a joint effect on job satisfaction of DPMPTSP employees of the Mentawai Islands Regency. The population in this study was 32 dpmptsp employees of Mentawai Islands Regency. And the technique of determining the number of samples taken as respondents with this sampling technique using the total sampling technique (overall sample) total sampling is a sampling technique where the number of samples is equal to the population (Sugiyono, 2017). The reason for taking the total sampling is because according to (Sugiyono, 2017) the total population that is less than 100 the entire population is used as a sample of all studies. The results of this study show that (1) Dual role conflicts have a negative influence on job satisfaction of DPMPTSP employees of the Mentawai Islands Regency. (2) Job stressors have a negative influence on job satisfaction of DPMPTSP employees of the Mentawai Islands Regency. (3) The work environment has a positive influence on job satisfaction of DPMPTSP employees of the Mentawai Islands Regency. (4) Conflict of dual roles, stressors and work environment together have a significant effect on job satisfaction of DPMPTSP employees of the Mentawai Islands Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of (1) Workload on employee motivation at the Department of Communication, Information and Statistics of Sungai Penuh City. (2) Organizational Climate on employee motivation in the Office of Communication, Information and Statistics of Sungai Penuh City. (3) Leadership Style on employee motivation in the Department of Communication, Information and Statistics of Sungai Penuh City. (4) Workload, organizational climate and leadership style have a joint effect on employee motivation at the Department of Communication, Information and Statistics of Sungai Penuh City. The population in this study is all employees at the Department of Communication, Information and Statistics of Sungai Penuh City as many as 39 people. And This sampling technique uses a total sampling technique (whole sample), total sampling is a sampling technique where the number of samples is the same as the population (Sugiyono, 2017) The results of this study indicate that (1) Workload has a significant negative effect on employee motivation at the Department of Communication, Information and Statistics of Sungai Penuh City. (2) Organizational Climate provide a positive influence on employee motivation in the Department of Communication, Information and Statistics Sungai Full City. (3) Leadership Style provide a positive influence on employee motivation in the Department of Communication, Information and Statistics Sungai Full City. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, product completeness, and consumer trust on customer satisfaction and the impact on customer loyalty at Evan Motor Workshop. Sources and research data were collected using primary data in the form of a questionnaire, and the research data was given to 100 respondents. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling. The analytical method used is partial least squares (PLS) with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 application.The results of the study partially found that there was a negative and insignificant effect of product completeness on customer satisfaction at the Evan Motor Workshop; there was a negative and insignificant effect of product completeness on customer loyalty at the Evan Motor Workshop; there was a positive and significant effect of consumer trust on customer satisfaction at the Evan Motor Workshop; there is a positive but not significant effect of consumer trust on consumer loyalty at the Evan Motor Workshop; there is a positive and significant influence of customer satisfaction on consumer loyalty at the Evan Motor Workshop; and there is a positive and significant effect of product completeness on consumer loyalty at the Evan Motor Workshop.

Abstract

In Indonesia, waqf is very closely related to land waqf even though in essence the objects that can be donated cannot be separated from the land. Besides that, the existing waqf data is not accurate considering that data on waqf assets is not well coordinated and arranged in a professional institution. The most important thing about waqf management is the experience of the nazirs in developing waqf. Therefore management occupies the most urgent position in the world of waqf. Because, the most decisive waqf object is more useful or not depending on the pattern of management. This study aims to: (1) To find out critically and in depth the implementation of waqf land management at the At-Taqwa mosque. (2) To critically explore waqf land management practices using a Nazir organization. (3) To obtain a transformative picture of the impact of the use of the Naz}hir organization on the development of waqf land area and its assets. This study uses a qualitative approach. The location of this research is the waqf land of the At-Taqwa mosque, Soco Village, Slogohimo District, Wonogiri Regency. This research data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis was performed using an inductive descriptive method. Descriptive means explaining in as much detail as possible the management of waqf land at the At-Taqwa mosque, so that real, factual and accurate conclusions can be obtained regarding the facts, characteristics and relationships between the phenomena being financed. So that it can be used to make conclusions with the right interpretation. Inductive, a way or way used to gain scientific knowledge starting from observations on the management of waqf land at the At-Taqwa mosque, in detail, then draws general conclusions. Based on the process of data collection and analysis, this study produced three findings. First, that the management of waqf land at the At-Taqwa mosque, Soco Village, Slogohimo District, Wonogiri Regency has not fulfilled good or professional management because there are several functions and management processes that have not been fulfilled. Second, the nadzir which is used to manage waqf land at the At-Taqwa mosque is a nadzir organization, because the nadzir organization is better able to maintain waqf assets and is better able to enhance the roles of the kenazir's to manage waqf properly. Third, that the use of the Nadzir organization at the At-taqwa mosque has both positive and negative impacts. The positive impact is that waqf land has developed quite well in terms of the area of ​​mosque waqf land and its assets, nadzir can be productive of waqf land. As for the negative impact of productive waqf here, it does not have an important enough contribution in community empowerment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of purchasing decisions at Tamelo Atap Café, which are influenced by product quality, price perception, location, promotion, and the physical facilities of food and beverage products. sources and research data using primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires; the research data was given to 100 respondents. Data collection techniques in research use purposive sampling. Data processing uses Partial Least Square (PLS) SmartPLS 3.0.Partially, the results of the study found that there was a positive but not significant influence on product quality on purchasing decisions; there is a positive and significant influence of location on purchasing decisions; there is a positive but not significant influence of price perceptions on purchasing decisions; there is a positive and significant influence of promotion on purchasing decisions; and there is a positive and significant influence of physical facilities on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze marketing strategies in an effort to increase sales volume of home-based businesses located in Matangglumpangdua, Paya Cut, Kec. Peusangan, Bireuen Regency. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approachthe data analysis technique used is SWOT analysis, where this SWOT analysis is an internal and external analysis of a business or business. Internal analysis consists of analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of a business while external analysis consists of analyzing business opportunities and threats. Data collection is done by in-depth interviews with business or business owners. The results of the study show that this home-based business has not implemented an optimal marketing strategy which can be seen from the many deficiencies and threats identified. Thus, the solutions offered to increase the volume of sales of home-based businesses are to provide a special place for business (opening a shop), continuous and more production, registering a business and building partnerships.

Abstract

This research supposed to determine the effect of Regional Financial Accounting System and Human Resource competence on the quality of financial statements Langkat District Government. This type of research is quantitative research, the location of the study was conducted at the Langkat District Inspectorate Office, population and sample in this study berjunah 64 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, data analysis techniques using validity test, simple regression test and hyptosis test. The results of this study found that the regional financial report information system and Human Resource competence have a positive and significant effect on the quality of Langkat regency's Financial Statements. The results of the determination test above are seen at 0.683 this means that 68.3% of the variance in the quality of Langkat regency Financial Statements is determined or explained by the independent variable, namely the LKD accounting system and lkd competence, while the remaining 31.7% is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study auditor quality and OPD quality.
