Abstract

The island of Java is the region that has the most population in Indonesia compared to other large islands. This situation causes overcrowding and other population problems. One of them is employment. This study aims to see the effect of the population, Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP), and General Allocation Fund (DAU) on the level of labor absorption in Java Island in 2011-2021. The data used is secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency (BPS). In this study using a panel data regression model assisted by the Eviews9 program. The results of this research show that all three independent variables simultaneously have a significant influence on labor absorption. Meanwhile, partially, the population, UMP, and DAU have a positive and significant influence on labor absorption. Control and improvement of the quality of the population is needed to help the level of labor absorption so as not to aggravate the number of unemployed people

Abstract

Much research has been done on profitability and the factors that influence it. Based on a review of previous research on the effect of variable Cash Turnover, Sales Growth, and Leverage on Profitability, shows different results in other words not yet consistent. Thus researchers are interested in re-testing the Cash Turnover, Sales Growth, and Leverage and their effect on profitability. This study aims to analyze the influence of Cash Turnover, Sales Growth, and Leverage on the Profitability of Manufacturing Companies in the Retail Trade sub Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 – 2020. The sample used 40 samples were calculated based on predetermined criteria. The data collection method uses purposive sampling. The research method uses quantitative methods, the research instrument is financial statements. This study proves that Cash Turnover, Sales Growth, and Leverage simultaneously have a significant effect on profitability. While partial cash turnover and sales growth do not affect profitability.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of formulating a mapping of Human Resources in order to support the development of tourism in Cupak Jombang village. This research was conducted using a descriptive method to obtain a map of Human Resources consisting of identification of gender, age, educational background, work experience and competencies possessed by the people of Cupak Jombang. Data collection was carried out through a survey with a questionnaire instrument for the community to support the growth of tourism villages in Cupak Jombang. After the data is collected, it is analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that most of the respondents in this study were 49.65% male and 50.35% female, aged 20-70 years, on average had secondary and lower education and most worked in agriculture and entrepreneurship. Furthermore, respondents have competence in the field of business and business of mat craftsmen, and they are experts, because this work has been occupied for a long time and requires special expertise. They were very enthusiastic when their village was developed into a tourist village and are willing to play an active role and take part in their respective fields. They also want some training in managing a tourist village, and other training such as planting and caring for agriculture, marketing training, culinary, catering and so on. because this work has been occupied for a long time and requires special expertise. Abstract

Based on the results of the analysis and processing of the questionnaire data it was concluded that for export activities there are two factors which according to the respondents are the top priority for improvement because they are not satisfactory, namely: The ability of Prima Indonesia Logistik employees to be responsive in dealing with complaints/problems arising from customers/service users ( with a suitability level of performance and importance of 80.83%), and fast and precise container loading and unloading operator services (export service time) (with a level of suitability of performance and interests of 84.68%). The percentage of satisfaction level for export service users is 13% very satisfactory, 46% satisfactory, 40% normal, 1% unsatisfactory, and 0% unsatisfactory. As for import activities, there are three factors which according to respondents are the top priority for improvement because they are not yet satisfactory, namely: Fast, precise and friendly service and always ready to help provided by Prima Indonesia Logistics employees (with a level of conformity of performance and interests of 75%); Prima Indonesia Logistics employees to be responsive in dealing with complaints/problems arising from customers/service users (with a suitability level of performance and interests of 78.33%); and Prima Indonesia Logistics officers provide clear and easy-to-understand information about import service procedures to customers (with an 80.75% level of suitability of performance and interest). The percentage of satisfaction level for users of imported services is 4% very satisfactory, 40% satisfactory, 42% normal, 13% unsatisfactory and 1% unsatisfactory.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effects of Earning Per Share and current ratio on stock return for food and beverage sector companies listed on the IDX during the COVID-19 Pandemic for the period of 2019-2021. The population of this research consists of the Food & Beverage Manufacturing Subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the year 2019-2021, a total of 35 firms. The study sample was collected using the approach of purposive sampling, which yielded 28 firms. Earning Per Share (EPS) and Current Ratio (CR) serve as independent variables, while stock returns serve as the dependent variable. According to the findings of this study, EPS has a positive effect on stock returns, but CR has no effect.

Abstract

Purchasing decisions are where individuals evaluate various options and decide on a choice of a product. Purchase decisions can be influenced by several factors such as halal labeling, product quality, and brand image. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of halal labeling, product quality, and brand image on purchasing decisions for MS Glow products. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The population of this study were consumers of MS Glow products in Kedungwaringin District with a total sample of 100 respondents. This study used primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. The sampling technique in this study used a perposive sampling technique with the slovin formula. for data collection includes observation, distributing questionnaires, and literature study. Data analysis in this study used validation test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. The research which was processed using the SPSS version 23.0 for windows program in the T test showed that Halal Labeling had a significant effect on Purchase Decisions because it obtained the results of Tcount > T table or 4.909 > 1.984 and sig value 0.00 < 0.05. Product quality has a significant influence on Purchase Decisions, the results of T count > T table or 5,648 > 1,984 and sig value 0.00 < 0.05 and Brand Image has a significant influence because it obtains Tcount > T table or 7,057 > 1,984 and sig 0 ,00 < 0.05. And the results of the F test stated that Fcount 71.649 > 2.697 Ftable and significance 0.000 <0.05, meaning that Halal Labeling, Product Quality, and Brand Image have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions.

Is fintech able to positively influence financial literacy and inclusion at pharmacies in Cilacap. This research method uses qualitative data with the Miles and Huberman models. The results of qualitative research on 20 resource persons gave the results that Fintech influences and has a positive impact on financial literacy and the inclusion of pharmacies in Cilacap.

Abstract

Sumber Rahayu Village, Rambang District, Muara Enim Regency. Sumber Rahayu Village in history is a critical forest area and is filled with weeds. In 1981, according to President Soeharto's instructions on transmigration, the land was cultivated and began to be inaugurated by the Governor of South Sumatra in 1982. The main problem that arises in BUMDes Semarak Berseri Sumber Rahayu Village based on an initial survey by researchers is the ineffective marketing of BUMDes products, causing BUMDes to be difficult to develop. So that the focus of this research is how to develop the economy of BUMDes products in the series of Sumber Rahayu Village through the Celebgram Endorsement System as a Social Media Promotion. The results of this study are Efforts to Develop the Economy of BUMDes Products Vibrant in Sumber Rahayu Village Through the Celebgram Endorsement System as Social Media Promotion through Community Participation, Government as a Support System, Marketing Innovation through endorsements, Good planning. Abstract

Along with the increasing growth in the world of advertising in Indonesia, consumer awareness of guarantees from advertising agencies or partner companies to produce advertising media that producers want is also increasing. This phenomenon has caused orders for outdoor advertising product services in Indonesia to also increase. This study analyzes the decision factors for ordering outdoor advertising product services on the Facebook platform in the marketplace feature to get products easily without going to a location, so that the negotiation process is more effective and efficient. Finally, make a decision to order the outdoor advertising product services. With the development of internet technology, the ways of communicating and negotiating in the business field have changed. The process of communication and negotiation by utilizing internet media, one of which is by using E-commerce. E-commerce is the process of buying and selling through internet media that is able to streamline time, making it relatively easier. The role of e-commerce has a positive impact, one of which is ordering outdoor advertising products to CV Candi Karya to get cheaper prices. In the beginning, as a means of communication, Facebook is starting to upgrade by adding features to its application, namely the marketplace, where users can communicate as well as order the desired outdoor advertising product. The purpose of this research is to: (1) identify the characteristics of respondents, (2) analyze the decision process for ordering outdoor advertising products, and (3) analyze the decision factors for ordering outdoor advertising products through marketplaces. The sampling method used is total sampling with snowball sampling technique. Analysis was carried out by descriptive analysis, factor analysis, crosstab analysis, and Net Promoter Score (NPS). Based on the results of the study, three groups of new factors formed the decision to order outdoor advertising products through the marketplace, namely individual factors, self-concept and socio-culture. The NPS value for outdoor advertising at CV Candi Karya was obtained by 45%, which means that there are more respondents who recommend it to the community than respondents who do not want to recommend it.

Abstract

Islamic Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) have grown very rapidly in the last 10 years in Indonesia. In 2015, the number of IMFI reached more than 5,000. As a business and social entity, IMFI has various business models, ways of providing services and managing business to achieve its goals. This study aims to determine IMFI's business model. Methodology/Technique – This study used a qualitative approach using the Robert K. Yin case study technique. The subject of this research is IMFI in Indonesia which was selected purposively with the manager as the key informant. Findings – The result is that the IMFI business model is determined by eight elements, namely: organizational orientation, business and social functions, sources of capital and allocation, investors and customers, use of financing, types of contracts, allocation techniques, and membership. Novelty – The elements that determine IMFI, will form the IMFI business model that determines how IMFI carries out its business activities to achieve organizational goals.
