Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of business capital, business location, length of business, and working hours on the income of fruit traders in the Traditional Market, Wonokromo District, Surabaya City. This research was a quantitative research. Using the statistical method used was multiple linear regression analysis. The author used the questionnaire and interview methods to collect data from 65 selected respondents, whose trading kiosk was located in the nearest traditional market to the Wonokromo Railway Station. The object of this research was the fruit traders at the Darmo Trade Center (DTC) Market, Mangga Dua and Bendul Merisi. The variables of business location, length of business and working hours have a simultaneous effect on the fruit traders’ income in the Traditional Market, Wonokromo District, Surabaya City. And partially on business capital, business location, length of business that influence and affect the fruit traders income and working hours which do not affect the income of fruit traders in the Traditional Market, Wonokromo District, Surabaya City

Abstract

This research was conducted to understand the experiences of survivors of sexual violence who experience silence. In addition, the purpose of this research is also to find out the forms of silence received by survivors of sexual violence who have tried to open up their experiences and understand the reasons that cause women's oppression in society. The research method used is a qualitative method with an interpretive phenomenological approach by Maurice-Marleu-Ponty with a critical paradigm. The theory used in this research is muted group theory from Cheris Kramarae and Alison Jaggar's analysis of radical feminism. The results found in this study are survivors of sexual violence, both those who have never and have ever spoken about their experiences, still experience silence in the form of intimidation and threats from perpetrators, victim blaming and ridicule, control or power relations or male domination, fear and anxiety about community stigma. Women are always put in the wrong position even though they have made efforts to speak to assistants and public forums.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of the UMKM Creative Industry in Plastic Waste Management in Sidokerto Village, Sidoarjo Regency and to analyze the development of the MSME Creative Industry in managing Plastic Waste in Sidokerto Village, Sidoarjo Regency. researchers used a field survey research design with a qualitative descriptive approach with MSME Creative Industry actors in Waste Management in Sidokerto Village, Sidoarjo Regency as samples in this study. The results of the study concluded that the condition of the MSME Creative Industry for Plastic Waste Management in Sidokerto Village, Sidoarjo Regency was supported by a waste bank as a provider of raw materials for waste management. The development of MSME creative industries for Plastic Waste Management in Sidokerto Village, Sidoarjo Regency can be carried out with a strong synergy between backward linkages, namely consistently implementing waste bank activities. Then, in the position of the creative industry, financial management, product quality, and technology use are further strengthened so that the resulting product strengths. In addition, future linkages in the form of expanding relations between distributors also need to expand marketing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work ethic on work performance, the effect of work communication on work performance and the simultaneous effect of work ethic and work communication on work performance in the Ministry of Environment. All employees of the environmental service are designated as defendants. Due to the primary data type, the data was collected using a questionnaire, which was then processed using the IBM SPPS Statistics software. The results of the regression test show that the work ethic variable partially has a positive and significant effect on work performance. The work communication variable also has a positive and significant effect on work performance. Demonstrating work ethic and work communication simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of good corporate governance and financial indicators in predicting the financial distress in real estate and property sector companies for the 2018-2020 period. This study used secondary data by obtaining data from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and related companies. Quantitative approach is used for this research. Furthermore, sample determination is carried out based on the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is logistic regression analysis. The results of this study found that, partially, the board of directors can predict the occurrence of financial distress, while independent commissioners, leverage and liquidity cannot predict the occurrence of financial distress in real estate and property companies. Abstract

According to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, the pandemic has harmed up to 82.9% of MSMEs (OECD). The goal of this study is to find out how digital marketing can help MSMEs survive a pandemic. The data for this study was gathered in three ways: active participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis, all using a descriptive qualitative approach with purposive sampling. Source triangulation and technical triangulation were used to validate the data, and interactive model analysis was used to analyze it. According to the study's findings, MSMEs can survive the Covid-19 pandemic by implementing digital marketing in terms of knowledge and its application through participation in seminars, training, and talk shows, as well as knowledge information sharing (knowledge sharing). Digitalization and its application in e-commerce advertising (ads). Innovation, particularly its application in the creation of social media content and the increase of brand awareness.

Abstract

The object of this research is to find out how much influence customer experience has on customer loyalty with the unit of analysis of VIP customers of Citylink Indonesia Airline. The results of the study prove the influence of customer experience on customer loyalty that customers who have a positive experience are more likely to come back for another purchase, more likely to recommend a business to a friend, and less likely to switch to a competitor. The results of this test reveal that customer experience management factors contribute very much as a strategy for competitiveness in business. The literature states that emotional experience contributes greatly to customer loyalty to a company's brand. The findings are also in line with the research results that there is a significant influence of airline image and service quality on airline customer behavioral intentions. Customer experience is related to customer loyalty, because the experience of a brand involves the subjective experience and behavior of a consumer. The experience is created by the image, trust, and additional services provided by the airline. The experience that customers have can be positive, so they will be happy to make repeat purchases of these services.

Abstract

The advancement of technology, information, and communication causes changes in all aspects of life, including entrepreneurship. Over time, the world of entrepreneurship will continue to develop and use digital technology as a medium for marketing activities. This study aims to help activists in the creative industry improve their digital marketing skills. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, and it is located in Pekanbaru City. Data collection methods include observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Huberman and Miles classify qualitative data analysis techniques as descriptive. The findings of this study provide an opportunity for entrepreneurs to increase their capacity in the field of entrepreneurship by first understanding three concepts. First, entrepreneurs must consider market segmentation because it can serve as the foundation for the company's digital marketing strategy. Second, create messages that are tailored to the target audience, and third, tailor messages to which media or channel will be used later. Understanding these three concepts can help entrepreneurs increase their entrepreneurial capacity in the digital field.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Social Media Marketing and Brand Image on Purchase Decisions with Purchase Intention as an intervening variable at Shopee. This study uses primary data by taking data from questionnaires. The sampling technique in this study is probability sampling so that the number of samples used is 100 people. The data analysis technique in this study used (SEM) structural equation modeling with the help of smartPLS to be able to solve the problems and hypotheses that have been formulated in this study and used to test the relationships between variables. The results of this study indicate that Social Media Marketing has no effect on Purchase Decision, Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision, Social Media Marketing has a significant effect on Purchase Intention, Brand Image has a significant effect on Purchase Intention, Purchase Intention has a significant effect on Purchase Decision Purchasing, Social Media Marketing has a significant effect on Purchase Decision through Purchase Interest and Brand Image influences Purchase Decision through Purchase Interest. Purchase intention is able to have a positive and significant direct influence on the relationship between Social Media Marketing and Brand Image on purchasing decisions
