Abstract

To be able to win the competition, companies need a system that can encourage performance measurement to achieve efficiency and effectiveness. The method that explicitly explains the relationship between strategy and performance measurement is the balanced scorecard. The concept of the balanced scorecard is a fairly comprehensive measure of realizing performance that can address limitations - limitations of performance measurement which previously only focused on financial aspects. The application of the balanced scorecard method to measure the performance of a company is considered capable of evaluating and improving the condition of the company and not only focusing on financial aspects but also from a non-financial perspective which also has a vital role, namely on the aspect of human resources (HR). Employees generally have their perspective on what they feel about their job and the company where they work, work culture, working environmental conditions, and the concept of giving appropriate rewards, leadership will be able to improve employee performance at work which in turn will provide satisfaction to employees. The number of samples in this study was 87 employees and the technique in data processing using the Multiple Regression method. The results showed that the variables Corporate Culture, Work Environment Facilities & Facilities, Work Environment Conditions, Reward Packages, and Leadership Style all had a positive and significant effect on satisfaction employee work at III (Persero) South Merbau Plantation and which has the greatest influence in increasing employee job satisfaction, namely the reward package, leadership style

Abstract

Nowadays, many people are flocking to get used to living side by side with technology. The development of technology in the era of world globalization , the many developments of technological media and the migration of the transition from monologues to digital communication that occur in life. In this case, the public is confused by the termination of the Analog Switch Off (ASO) which began in November throughout Indonesia. The government has determined that the Jabodetabek Analog Switch Off (ASO) on November 2, 2022 will be completely extinguished. This study aims to determine the social impact that occurs in the field on the migration of analog to digital broadcasts has not been maximized by the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission Regions and related Communications and Informatics that handle broadcast migration. This research uses a qualitative approach. This approach is carried out to understand the phenomena about what the subject of study experiences holistically and with descriptions in the form of words and language, in the context of nature as well as by utilizing various scientific methods. This study uses a case study methodology, as a research that uses empirical evidence from one or more organizations and the researcher seeks to study problems in context. The Government of Indonesia through Communication and Informatics (Kemenkominfo) continues to socialize the transition of analog television broadcasts to digital television broadcasts and gradually migrates to digital TV, meaning that people who use analog no longer watch television shows. The Indonesian Broadcasting Commission of Banten Province stated that before the Analog Switch Off (ASO) will be implemented in November, the public already has a free Set Top Box from the government and the mux organizing media . The migration of analog television to digital television, it is possible that it will have a great influence on the development of television technology in the future, the era of digitalization there is convergence between broadcasting technologies ( broadcasting), communication technology (telephone), and internet technology

Abstract

This research tries to explain and analyze the influence of core competence, marketing mix strategy and marketing relationship strategy toward competitive advantage and its implication on marketing performance. This research uses a descriptive-verificative method with a causal approach that aims to explain the influence between variables. The data used is primary data at BUKU 2 banks in West Java Province and DKI Jakarta which were collected through a questionnaire of 381 respondents. Descriptive analysis was performed by tabulating the data for the determination of the average value category, for verification analysis using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) and LISREL data processing. The descriptive test shows that Core Competence including in the Fairly Competent category, Marketing Mix Strategy including in the Less Good category, Marketing Relationship Strategy included in the category Fairly Good, Competitive Advantage in Fairly Excellent category, and Marketing Performance with Fairly High category. The verification test shows that there is a significant effect of Core Competence, Marketing Mix Strategy, Marketing Relationship Strategy on Competitive Advantage. Thus, simultaneously the variables of Core Competence, Marketing Mix Strategy and Marketing Relationship Strategy provide a significant contribution to the formation of Competitive Advantage. Likewise, Competitive Advantage has a positive effect and significant on Marketing Performance at BUKU 2 banks in West Java Province and DKI Jakarta.

Abstract

Many marriages have been made difficult by the phenomenon of prohibiting large-scale gatherings in order to halt the spread of Covid-19. To survive and grow, wedding planners must change their marketing communication strategy. The goal of this study is to look into Hanan's TikTok marketing communication strategy for increasing sales during the Covid-19 pandemic. To obtain concrete information, this study used descriptive qualitative data collection techniques such as interviews, documentation, and literature studies involving key informants and expert informants. Hanan's marketing communication strategy for increasing sales, according to the study's findings, is carried out using TikTok as the primary media in marketing communications in the pandemic era, with three types of content: education, entertainment, and promotion, all packaged in a creative message with an informational and emotional approach. Using TikTok's prime time is an attempt to select the most popular videos.

Abstract

Pemilihan karir untuk menjadi seorang akuntan adalah salah satu pilihan yang menjanjikan untuk mahasiswa jurusan akuntansi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat mahasiswa untuk menjadi seorang akuntan publik Penelitian ini menggunakan mix method dengan kuisioner sebagai data kuantitatif dan konfirmasi hasil wawancara sebagai data kualitatifnya. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa akuntansi universita bunda mulia tahun ajaran 2019-2021. Data kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.2.7. mulai dari analisa outer model,analisa inner model,dan juga analisa hipotesis. Hasil pengolahan data dan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel penghargaan finansial dan pengakuan profesional tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa untuk menjadi seorang akuntan publik. Sedangkan variabel pertimbangan pasar kerja berpengaruh positif dan juga signifikan terhadap minat menjadi akuntan publik. Variabel lingkungan kerja tidak bisa memoderasi variabel manapun, dan tidak bisa memperkuat pengaruh pertimbangan pasar kerja sebelum dimoderasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the provincial minimum wage variables and the rate of economic growth on the poverty level. This study uses quantitative time series data (years 2010-2021) in DKI Jakarta Province. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the partial test showed that the increase in the UMP had no significant effect on the poverty level in DKI Jakarta. In contrast, the economic growth rate significantly affected the poverty level in DKI Jakarta. Simultaneous testing shows that the increase in the UMP and the rate of economic growth have a simultaneous and significant effect on the poverty level in DKI Jakarta. The results of the Coefficient of Determination test, the increase in the UMP, and the economic growth rate contributed 75.9% to the poverty rate, and other variables outside this study influenced the remaining 24.1%.

Abstract

Arongan Village, Kuala Pesisir District, is one of the areas that has an industrial processing of soybeans into tempeh, namely Tempe Super Dipta and Tempe Murni Mb Seunagan. The purpose of this study is to see how much income is generated. This location was chosen deliberately because the Village Development Program is related to the stunting prevention program. The method of determining the sample uses the census method, namely that all populations are used as research samples so that the samples used are as many as 2 attempts. The results obtained by the average revenue obtained is Rp. 2,880,000.00 per production period (6 days) and the income generated is Rp.760,927.09 per production period while for a month it is Rp. 3,043,708.35 per month. The BEP unit produced is 1,060 packs of banana leaf tempeh and the rupiah BEP is Rp. 1472.58.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of (1) Organizational commitment to the Performance of Sungai Penuh City Fire and Rescue Service Employees. (2) Organizational climate to Sungai Penuh City Fire and Rescue Service Employee Performance. (3) Organizational culture towards the Performance of Sungai Penuh City Fire and Rescue Service Employees. (4) The organization's commitment, organizational climate and organizational culture are mutually impactedon the performance of the Sungai Penuh City Fire and Rescue Service employees. The population in this study was 31 employees of the Sungai Penuh City Fire and Rescue Service. And the technique of determining the sample taken as a respondent with this sampling technique using the total sampling technique (overall sample) total sampling is a sampling technique where the number of samples is equal to the population (Sugiyono, 2017). The reason for taking the total sampling is because according to (Sugiyono, 2017) the total population that is less than 100 the entire population is used as a research sample all The results of this study show that (1) The organization's commitment has a positive influence on the work of employees in the Sungai Penuh City Fire and Rescue Service. (2) The organizational climate has a positive influence on the performance of employees of the Sungai Penuh City Fire and Rescue Service. (3) The organizational culture providesa positive impact on the performance of the employees of the Sungai Penuh City Fire and Rescue Service. (4) Organizational commitment, organizational climate and organizational culture together have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Sungai Penuh City Fire and Rescue Service.

Abstract

The existence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is an important highlight because of their sizeable share in the Indonesian economy. MSMEs are said to be the backbone of the Indonesian economy because they have a large contribution to Gross Domestic Product, absorb a high number of workers thereby reducing unemployment and poverty and encouraging increased investment and Indonesian exports. To strengthen the competitiveness of MSMEs, especially in global competition, MSMEs need to adapt and follow trends in technology, information and communication so as not to be left behind and stagnate. The problem raised in this research is how effective is the use of digitalization in spurring the development of MSMEs in global economic competition? This research method is library research based on literature related to research. The results of the discussion can identify many problems faced by MSMEs so that their growth and development are less than optimal. One of them is that there are still many MSMEs that are not yet digital-based in running their business, both in administrative management, HR, finance and marketing so that MSME products tend to be local. The solutions offered to accelerate the growth and development of MSMEs include the use of digitization in product management and marketing. So it can be concluded that digital-based MSMEs are effective in encouraging the growth and development of MSMEs. So it is suggested that MSMEs should take advantage of the digital system in running their business. Besides that, it is hoped that serious attention and government support for MSMEs through cross-sectoral policies. Key Word : Digitalization, MSMEs, Global Economic Competition

Abstract

The potential of the e-commerce industry in Indonesia cannot be underestimated. From Ernst & Young's analysis data, it can be seen that the growth in sales value of online businesses in Indonesia increases by 40 percent every year. There are around 93.4 million internet users and 71 million smartphone device users in Indonesia (https://Kominfo.go.id). As the highest point, students must have critical thinking and be sensitive to what problems are being faced and are happening in society, then express their opinions and participate or be directly involved in solving these problems. The presence of new technology in the future will also have many impacts on the people's economy, there will be many new job vacancies, but there will also be many workers who will lose their jobs because they are no longer related or competent in the future technological era, and some fields of work will be taken over by robots.
