Abstract

Communication plays an important role in achieving political goals and as a communication tool for political campaigns. One of the goals of political communication is to urge political participation. Community political participation in all stages of the election is a sign of the success and quality of holding elections. This research aims to analyze the influence of political communication on people's political participation in the 2024 Pilkada in South Kalimantan. The methodology used in this research is through literature research and analysis using content analysis methods. The results of the research prove that the 2024 simultaneous local elections in South Kalimantan show the level of public political participation that will be influenced by political communication by political actors. So the hypothesis in this research is that political communication affects people's political participation in the 2024 simultaneous Regional Head Elections (Pilkada) in South Kalimantan.

Abstract

Marketing Communication Strategy for a product in a company is a form of marketing improvement strategy in advancing a company and making the products offered to be more attractive. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data sources used in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources with a total of 5 informants. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the Marketing Communication Strategy in Increasing Property Sales in the Pesona Purnama Handil Bakti Housing Complex is fairly good with reference to indicators (1) Advertising (Advertising), where the form of communication of marketing staff is personally able to convey and explain sales products to Users clearly and easy to understand. Then in indicator (2) Sales promotion, via Whatsapp, making it easier for customers and marketing staff to exchange information. Indicator (3) Public Relations, which now tends to make more use of social media in finding customers and following up product explanations to consumers. Indicators (4) Personal Selling, where in marketing they carry out good promotions in fast and easy-to-understand language and Indicators (5) Direct Sales, also always use social media, carry out promotions by giving away products for free when there is a promo, determine a strategic location for customers. Then the supporting factor is consistency in the utilization of digital developments while the inhibiting factor is the lack of cooperation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the amount of estimated value and rent costs on customer decision making in using gold pawn products at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk. The population in this study were customers who pawned gold at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk Medan Branch, namely 355 people. Determination of the number of samples based on Herry King's nomograph with a significance level of 5%, then the number of samples selected was 177 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the study show that the estimated value has a positive significant effect on customer decision making in using pawn products. Meanwhile, the rent cost does not have a negative significant effect on customer decision making in using pawn products. Simultaneously, the estimated value and rent costs have a significant effect on customer decision making in using pawn products.

Abstract

Compensation, motivation, and job satisfaction are all factors that influence employee performance. Compensation is the number of benefits that an organization provides to employees in exchange for hiring them. This study used a qualitative research method in the form of literature studies or library research. To examine a theory, this type of research compares several existing theories in the literature or the results of previous research contained in scientific articles relevant to the field of human resource management. All cited scientific articles were located using Mendeley and Google Scholar literacy data searches. Based on the review and discussion of the literature, a conclusion can be drawn. 1. Employee compensation for leaders has a significant impact on company performance. 2. Employee motivation by leaders has a significant impact on the quality of employee performance. 3. Workplace satisfaction has a significant impact on employee performance quality.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the growth of Fintech transactions in banking during the Covid-19 pandemic. As we all feel that the covid-19 pandemic outbreak is a serious threat to life and the economy. This has an impact on all business sectors which has a bad influence on world financial inclusion, especially in Indonesia. This impact is also felt by the banking sector. As a financial intermediary institution that prioritizes services to the community (customers), banks are increasingly aggressively carrying out their business activities on a technological basis. Financial technology is a base that continues to be rushed in its development and updating to support cash less transactions that allow transactions without cash and without face to face. The opening of payment channels through leading and well-known start-ups continues to be established so that it is possible to interlock in transactions. Peer to peer (P2P) is one of the right ways to help strengthen inclusiveness for businesses and customers. Creating convenience in every transaction is an obligation for every banking institution. Facilitating the reach of services to each individual is also an expectation that must be achieved and realized. Financial technology (Fintech) is the right tool to build an image in the eyes of the community as a partner / user.

Abstract

This research focuses on the Grand Preanger Hotel's branding strategy for staycation activities and the effective use of marketing communication tactics. As a result of the Covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia, everyone must take health precautions and exhibit caution when performing various tasks. People prefer staycation activities to traditional vacations. Because people feel safer, the Covid-19 virus can spread less. As informants, the Grand Tryas Hotel's branding consultant, marketing manager, and executive assistant manager took part in the study. A qualitative descriptive method as well as an interpretive paradigm are used in this work. The triangulation method is used in the data validation strategy. Theoretical frameworks for branding, marketing communications theory, and effective marketing communication tactics are all employed. Grand Preanger Hotel considers the audience's needs for staycation activities throughout the strategic planning process. to meet the audience's expectations and persuade them to participate in staycation activities at the Grand Tryas Hotel. Grand Preanger Hotel employs a message plan and a media strategy throughout the implementation stage in order to meet the objectives of the staycation activity branding campaign. Grand Preanger Hotel uses feedback, request, and offer messages, as well as corrective action, to fix problems made during the strategy review step. They also increase the possibilities and chances for newly developed techniques.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to analyze and calculate the effect of work attitude and work discipline factors on work productivity. PT. Pos Indonesia Bandung City Branch was used as the population in this study, with a total sample of 49 personnel, utilizing a non-probability sampling technique or a saturated sample. The researchers employed a quantitative technique, as well as descriptive and associative methodologies. Multiple correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, partial hypothesis testing (t test), and the F test are all utilized in the analysis. According to the research findings, the work attitude variable has a significant positive effect on the work productivity variable, whereas the work discipline variable has a significant positive effect on the work productivity variable. According to the F test results, work attitude and work discipline variables both have a substantial influence on work production variables.

Abstract

The high initial investment value, which is comparable to fossil technology, is the key hurdle to the growth of renewable energy technology in Indonesia. The purpose of this project is to create a business model canvas for the utilization of renewable energy technology in conjunction with an Indonesian blockchain equity plan. This research is qualitative in nature since it uses direct interviews with respondents, direct observation of company activities, and secondary data from a range of sources to augment data from respondents. The researchers surveyed ten people from the blockchain and renewable energy industries. The analysis entails entering data from many sources into nine blocks of the Business Model Canvas (BMC), which then assesses the Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat of each block. It is envisaged that the findings of this study would be utilized to establish business strategies for organizations looking to adopt a blockchain equity crowdfunding scheme in the renewable energy company, as well as to offer investors and consumers’ confidence to invest in the renewable energy business ecosystem.

Abstract

Financial performance is a depiction of the company's financial demands throughout a given time period in terms of raising and disbursing funds. These requirements are often defined by indices of capital sufficiency, liquidity, and profitability. Monetary execution is a vision of obtaining organizational prosperity that may be expressed as what will happen that has been reached for the various exercises that have been carried out. The method utilized in this article is a qualitative method that incorporates a literature review or library research. The purpose of this article is to compare existing hypotheses to older theories in the research literature. The literature used is material from study findings or reviews reported in scientific publications in national and international forms related to financial management. All of the publications included were found using Mendeley's electronic data literacy search engine and Google Scholar. Based on the analysis of the impact of managerial ownership and financial performance on dividend policy, it is feasible to conclude that (1) managerial ownership has a significant impact on dividend policy in firms. (2) Financial performance has a significant impact on a company's dividend policy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether there is a significant difference between work motivation between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation on employee performance satisfaction at the PD Pasar Makassar Raya office. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 30 employees at the PD Pasar Makassar Raya office. Because the number of employees is too large, some of the population is used as a respondent. Thus, the sampling using the sample method. Data collection methods used are questionnaires, documentation and interviews. Data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis by conducting simultaneous and partial variable tests. Data processing using SPSS 22.0 for Windows. The results showed that intrinsic and extrinsic motivation had a positive and significant correlation both partially and simultaneously on performance. It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation on employee performance satisfaction at the PD Pasar Makassar Raya office.
