The sample was taken using a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling in order to obtain 10 Islamic commercial banks. The analysis technique is carried out by testing 6 (six) hypotheses. The results of this study indicate that liquidity risk can have a direct effect on bank stability, but there are also credit risk and operational efficiency variables play a role in mediating the relationship to the stability of the bank. The data analysis method that will be carried out consists of descriptive statistical tests, outer model tests consisting of (convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability). As well as testing the hypothesis using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) full model analysis with smartPLS. In the full Structural Equation Modeling model in addition to confirming the theory, also explains whether or not there is a relationship between latent variables evaluated by t-test and significance. The results showed that there was no significant effect of person organization fit (organizational and individual fit) on innovative work behavior through intrinsic motivation. On the other hand, a significant influence was found from person organization fit (organizational and individual fit) on innovative work behavior innovative) through knowledge sharing behavior (knowledge sharing behavior).

Abstract

The problem of waste in rivers and seas is an environmental problem that must be solved with a comprehensive approach. To answer this, the Driving, Pressure, State, Impact, and Response (DPSIR) framework is a universal method that is widely used to evaluate environmental conditions. The increasing use of plastic at the final level (consumers) is not in line with efforts to reduce river and marine waste. Handling river and sea waste is an obligation of all parties, and must be carried out starting when the garbage is still on land, in the upper reaches of the river, in the river flow, and when the garbage is already in the sea. This study aims to determine the effect of waste in rivers and seas on water quality. This research uses the DPSIR method, the DPSIR method is a method in conducting a system analysis to observe environmental problems and the community's perspective on these problems. The results of this study state that the quality of water used by the community is below the quality standards.

"Religious Orientation, Attitudes, and Behavior" became the title of this study. The religious beliefs that a person has will affect his orientation, attitude, and behavior. The concept of caliphate, as well as other religious beliefs, has an impact on a person's orientation, attitude, and behavior. A person's religious orientation is divided into two categories: intrinsic (observance of religion) and extrinsic (using religion). Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out a person's religious orientation, attitude, or behavior. As for data collection, this work uses a form of literature study. The results of this study explain that religious orientation greatly influences the attitudes and behavior of a person. Meanwhile, attitudes can be formed from the experience of a good person from family, colleagues and other people around him. In the end, the behavior of a person is shown from religious customs derived from the Qur'an and Hadith.
