Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between better taxpayer compliance and understanding of the tax laws governing online transactions. Internet shop owners in West Java constituted the entire research population. One hundred online shop owners became the sample selected by the researcher using a technique called purposive sampling. Data collection techniques through surveys. Data analysis techniques combine traditional assumption tests with direct regression analysis. The findings of this study indicate that understanding tax regulations has a favorable and significant impact on taxpayer compliance because taxpayers will more easily understand and comply with tax requirements if they are more familiar with them.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the effect of Go-Food services as a media promotion on food purchasing decisions in the city of Bandung. To find out and analyze the effect of Go-Food Service Quality on food purchasing decisions in the city of Bandung. The data in this study were tested using validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, f test, and t test to test the hypothesis proposed by the researcher. Based on the results of simultaneous research on digital promotion and go-food service quality, they have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.015 <0.05, this test shows that the hypothesis is accepted. The digital promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision variable. Furthermore, the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision variable. Purchase decisions at food outlets are influenced by digital promotions and the quality of go-food services, this is evidenced by the R square value of 37.9% while the rest are influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The knowledge and skills of workers acquired through training have become essential in dealing with the increasingly rapid changes in technology, products, and systems. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between training and employee performance in a company. In the review presented in this article, the focus is mainly on research published in many reputable national and international journals that is in accordance with the studies in this article, namely human resource management. A type of qualitative research, a type of literature research, is a systematic review of the literature using the appropriate methodological approach. It is used inductively so that it does not raise further questions. This study provides a review of the literature on employee training and its effect on performance in firms and develops and proposes a framework for analyzing training and corporate performance issues to assess the strengths and weaknesses of many previous studies (e.g., research design, variable measurement, and firm performance or estimation methods), to suggest directions for future research, and to improve the accuracy of the results of future research on this topic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, supervision on employee performance in The data sources used are data obtained from questionnaire records and documentation. Consistently, each variation (X) has a penalty for the employee's work. Leaders directly involved in the work have personal experience with how employees are paid. The sampling technique used a proportional stratified random sampling method in which 150 respondents were taken as samples. The analytical technique combines statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The result of this research is that the gay leadership variable is an average score of around 0.694 with good criteria. The average score of 0.105 with good criteria is used for monitoring variables.

Abstract

Product quality is a combination of properties and characteristics that determines the extent to which the output can meet the conditions of customer needs. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence purchasing decisions, including product quality and competitive prices. This scientific article was written using qualitative methods, literature study, and library research. Reviewing literary books that are in accordance with the theory being discussed, especially in the context of strategic management. This includes reviewing both respected and less respected scientific articles from journals. Mendeley and Google Scholar serve as the sources for all scientific articles. Based on the discussion in this article, it can be concluded that: (1) product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions (2) Price has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Environmental Performance and Company Growth to Mark Company with corporate Governance as moderator on company manufacturers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. Sampling method using purposive sampling and obtained 60 manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia and registered in PROPER period 2016-2019 as sample. Tool analysis data which The method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the PLS (Partial Least Square). Results this research shows that Environmental Performance and Company Growth has a significant effect on company value, Good Corporate Governance is able to strengthen connection Among Performance Environment and Growth Company to mark company. Limitations study this is study this only look on sector manufacture and only look at a certain period. And for further research can use other sectors such as services and period observation which more new so that give results which more interesting again.

Abstract

Financial technology (Fintech) is a combination of technology with financial/financial services which eventually develops towards a business model from conventional to online, which initially pays face-to-face and carries a certain amount of cash, can now make remote transactions by making payments that can be done in seconds. This study discusses the role of Fintech in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The case studies in this study are SMEs in Pekalongan, Batang and Pemalang districts. The role of Fintech when viewed from financial literacy and financial inclusion in MSMEs. From the results of the analysis that Fintech developments carried out by financial institutions, be it banking, savings and loan cooperatives and other finance can increase financial literacy and financial inclusion in MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aimed to assess the impact of third party funds, non-performing financing, and capital adequacy ratio on Bank Muamalat Indonesia's profitability with financing as an intervening variable for the period 2014-2021. This is quantitative study employing an associative methodology. This study's population utilized 32 quarterly financial reports from BUS companies in Indonesia. Data acquired from the website of Bank Muamalat Indonesia. The sample approach utilized in this study was purposive sampling. While data collection procedures are derived from Bank Muamalat Indonesia's data, The classical assumption test, simple and multivariate regression analysis, path analysis, and hypothesis analysis are utilized for the data analysis. The results demonstrated that DPK has a considerable direct effect on profit sharing financing, as indicated by the tcount value of 2.368> t table 2.04227 and the significance of the t test value of 0.025 0.05. The NPF test on profit sharing financing yielded a tcount value of -1.030 t table 2.04227 and a significant t test value of 0.312 0.05, demonstrating that NPF has no direct influence on profit sharing financing. This is indicated by the CAR test on profit sharing financing, which yields a tcount value of 2.741> t table 2.04227, indicating that there is an effect of CAR on profit sharing financing and a significant value of 0.011 0.05 for the t test.

Abstract

The development of the manufacturing industry in Indonesia has accelerated annually. The food and beverage industry is a subsector that continues to expand. This is a quantitative study using secondary data sources. For the period of 2017 to 2021, the data utilized pertains to the food and beverage subsector's listed manufacturers on the IDX. This study's population consisted of fifteen food and beverage sub-sector manufacturers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research will employ the Multiple Linear Regression analysis approach, employing the test for the coefficient of determination, the simultaneous test, and the partial test. This study concludes that manufacturing enterprises in the food and beverage subsector on the IDX have, on average, a high degree of investment and profitability. To remain the customer's first choice, companies must continue to enhance product and service quality and monitor any possible threats.

Abstract

Human resources are a crucial aspect of a company. The significance of human resources in a company necessitates that every company hire competent and effective people to manage the business. Management has set objectives, designs, and preparations for operational activities, including the design of management structures and procedures. To be able to carry out a design and preparation that involves the design of management structures and procedures, management and employees must have a positive rapport. This research seeks to examine the relationship between Leader-Member Exchange and Job Satisfaction and Loyalty. This research was conducted at the Indonesian Adventist University, where the population consisted of all linked parties employed at the Indonesian Adventist University, and a total of 124 individuals were sampled using a method of purposive sampling. A questionnaire was used to collect data, which was then analyzed using multiple regression methods and SPSS version 24 software. This study indicated that Leader-Member Exchange has a positive and significant effect on Employee Loyalty. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Loyalty. Both Leader-Member Exchange and Job Satisfaction have a substantial effect on Employee Loyalty concurrently.
