Abstract

The level of taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Batam Selatan has experienced ups and downs but the level is still said to be quite far from the worst in 2018 to 2021. There are various factors that can affect taxpayer compliance including e-filling, awareness and tax knowledge. The purpose of this study is to test and evaluate partially and simultaneously whether e-filling, awareness and knowledge affect individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Batam Selatan. This type of research is quantitative with primary data sources obtained through questionnaires. The population in this study is all individual taxpayers (WPOP) in KPP South Batam which amounts to 353,613 taxpayers. The samples in this study used random sampling techniques and sample determination using slovin which amounted to 100 respondents. The results of the study partially showed that E-Filing has a significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance in KPP Pratama Batam Selatan, tax awareness has a significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Batam Selatan, tax knowledge has a significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Batam Selatan. Simultaneously, E-Filing, Tax Awareness and Taxation Knowledge simultaneously have a significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Batam Selatan. The conclusion of the study is that H1 is accepted, H2 is accepted, H3 is accepted and H4 is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how employee performance at KPP Pratama Medan Timur is impacted by work attitude, employee loyalty, and work discipline. Because the data acquired will be realized in the form of numbers and evaluated using statistics, the methodology employed in this study is a quantitative methodology. The effectiveness of training, competency, and employee loyalty on employee productivity at KPP Pratama Medan is assessed using this methodology. 86 KPP Pratama Medan employees made up the study's sample population. In the absence of a mixed variable of workplace attitudes regarding employee performance, 435 implies that it is equivalent to 2.427. Work attitude, work loyalty, and work discipline all have a favorable impact on employees' performance. Accordingly, any improvement in work attitude, organizational climate, and training variables will have a beneficial impact on employee performance. Loyalty is 0.427 and work discipline is 0.195.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of participatory budgeting, organizational culture and locus of control on performance accountability of government agencies. The method used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study were structural officials of the Maluku Province regional apparatus organization (OPD). The results of the study show that based on the output results of multiple linear regression tests, budgeting participation and organizational culture have a positive value, but the locus of control variable has a negative value, which means that even though the locus of control has increased, accountability for the performance of government agencies has remained stable or has not enhancement. However, the results of the t test prove that the variable budgeting participation, organizational culture and locus of control have a significant effect on the performance accountability of government agencies.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the influence of lifestyle and cultural traditions on the people of Tegal City. The population in this study were residents of the city of Tegal, amounting to 70 people. This study uses a quantitative approach, the data for this study were obtained through questionnaires that had been filled out by residents of the city of Tegal, namely a number of 70 respondents. The data analysis method used is the SPSS method of multiple linear regression. This study examines three variables, namely: lifestyle (X1), cultural traditions (X2) as the independent variable and society (Y) as the dependent variable. The results show that lifestyle and cultural traditions have a significant effect on the people of the city of Tegal .

Abstract

This study aims to analyze rice food security in Grobogan Regency. The research data includes 5 independent variables which are secondary data in the panel regression data analysis method, with cross sections of 19 districts and time series for the 2017-2021 period. This study aims to measure the direction and magnitude of the influence of harvested area, rainfall, land productivity, rice prices and population on rice food security in Grobogan District. The results of this study prove that written factors have a significant effect on rice food security. The variable harvested area has a negative and significant effect on rice food security, rainfall has a positive and insignificant effect on rice food security, land productivity has a negative and significant effect on rice food security, rice prices have a positive and significant effect on rice food security, and population has an effect positive and significant impact on rice food security.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin in measuring the Profitability of Perumda Pasar Juara. The population used in this study is the financial statements of Perumda Pasar Juara for the 3 year period 2019-2021. The income statement and balance sheet of Perumda Pasar Juara are used as research samples. The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling. This type of research is a quantitative method utilizing a descriptive approach. The research data were analyzed through linear regression analysis using SPSS 26. The results of this study were that the net profit margin had a positive and significant effect on measuring the profitability of Perumda Pasar Juara.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors influence human resource development in improving employee performance at Wiraland Property Group. The indicators used in this study are indicators of human resource development, namely motivation, personality, and skills. As for the employee performance variables, the indicators used are quality, quantity, time, cost suppression, supervision, and relations between employees. The type of data used by researchers is primary data sourced from internal and external data. Methods of data collection using field research methods, through questionnaires and literature research. Methods of data analysis using quantitative methods. The results of the study show that the development of human resources has a significant effect or plays a very important role in improving employee performance. The suggestion in this research is to make a program.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how MSMEs' incomes are affected by e-commerce and financial technology in the tourist area of Slopeng Beach, Sumenep Regency. A quantitative method was used in this studi. Participants on this study is members of the MSME business community who live near Sumenep's Slopeng Beach tourism. With a total of fifty respondents, the technique of purposeful sampling was used for the sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis was used for the data analysis. The study demonstrates that financial technology has not effect on MSME income. Nevertheless, income increases as a result of e-commerce. Sumenep's SME sector. E-commerce and financial technology, on the other hand, simultaneously raise SMEs' incomes in Sumenep.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of functional value, economic value, emotional value, and symbolic value on consumer buying interest at the Medan Coffee Café. The sampling technique used probability sampling with a total sample of 94 people with data collection using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that functional value, economic value, emotional value, and symbolic value have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest at the Kopi Kopi Café Medan, either simultaneously or partially. The results of the Determination test found an R square value of 0.796, this means that consumer buying interest in the Medan Chair Coffee Café can be explained by the variable functional value, economic value, emotional value, and symbolic value of 79.4%, while the rest (20.6%) explained by other factors outside the model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of Islamic Economic Value to Mudharabah, Mudharabah and Musyarakah deposits, namely at KSPPS Mitra Anda Sejahtera. This type of research is qualitative research and data collection techniques by conducting observations, interviews and documentation, with researchers conducting data analysis, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that there is a discrepancy with the principles of Islamic Economic Value (Syar'iah) in the implementation of financing products in the form of Depisito Mudharabah, Mudharabah and Musyarakah products at KSPPS Mitra Anda Sejahtera.
