Abstract

Before Indonesia entered the reform era, Indonesia was in the New Order system, which many people considered the system in this era to be too authoritarian. This study aims to determine the effect of the value of exports, imports, the rupiah exchange rate and the inflation rate on foreign debt after the reform era. This type of research uses quantitative methods which are methods that use mathematical models, calculations, statistics and tables. This study uses Indonesia as the object of research using data from 1998 to 2021. Data is collected quarterly or every three months of the year taken from various sources, namely the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and Bank Indonesia. The research method uses the Multiple Linear Regression method. The results of the study simultaneously, all of the independent variables X1 (exports), X2 (imports), X3 (exchange rates) and X4 (inflation) have the same or simultaneous and significant effect on variable Y (foreign debt) with a calculated F value ( 4.97) > F table (2.30) and significance (0.0011) < 0.05. All independent variables are also able to explain the model by 17.9%, as shown by the R-Squared value of 0.1794. Partially, variables X1 (exports), X2 (imports), X3 (exchange rates) and X4 (inflation) have no effect on variable Y (foreign debt) in Indonesia after the reform era.

Abstract

RSUD Dr. Soetomo is a government-owned hospital in East Java Province located in the city of Surabaya, which is one of the largest hospitals in Indonesia. As a type A hospital, hospital patients come from various regions and even from outside the island to East Indonesia. Due to the large number of patients who mostly use BPJS, the queue at the BPJS counter can reach hundreds of people per day. Even though the hospital has provided online services and several other conveniences, there are one thing or another that causes patients to have to queue manually. This is what makes the BPJS counter queue service appear. Even though it operates secretly, many patients use the services of these ticket queue service providers. This business is promising because the patients who go to RSUD Dr. Soetomo has to have regular check-ups every month and this can take years until they are declared cured. From the interview results it can be seen that these ticket queue service providers carry out their activities because they feel sorry for the patients and their families who have to queue from dawn to get BPJS tickets. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that with the service quality provided by these ticket queue service providers, they get free promotion by word of mouth so that many patients who need their services do not have to think long about using them.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to investigate the impact of consumer behavior on purchasing decisions made for food and beverages using the GoFood application as the medium for the investigation. One of the companies that runs as Indonesia's leading meal delivery service provider site is GoFood, which is owned and operated by GoFood. The business, which already faces competition from a number of other companies, is attempting to persuade consumers to continue using GoFood as a way to fulfill their requirements for placing food orders. This is particularly important in the city of Bandung, which is seeing a growing trend. Purposive sampling, which is a subtype of non-probability sampling, was utilized for this survey's collection of data using a Likert scale. The method for analyzing the data was multiple linear regression, and the results were interpreted with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Product Moment and Service Solution) program for windows version 20.0. According to the findings of the research, the consumer behavior (including cultural, social, personal, and psychological variables) on each modification as a whole was considered to be good criterion by the community.

Abstract

In this research, against the background of well-known beauty products that have emerged but do not yet have BPOM permits with low product prices and low quality, a strategy is needed to find out what variables influence the interest in buying Scarlett Whitening products. The aim of the researcher is to know simultaneously between Instagram advertisements, celebrity endorsers, and product quality that influence product purchase intention through the brand image of Scarlett Whitening products as an intervening variable. Researchers use a quantitative approach using a purposive sampling technique. The sample validity limit was calculated using the Slovin formula, obtained by a sample limit of 70 respondents. The research instrument used a closed questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the classical assumption test of normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity in hypothesis testing. The results of the study prove that, partially, Instagram ads, celebrity endorsers, and product quality have a significant positive effect on purchase intention. The Simultaneous Hypothesis of Instagram advertising, celebrity endorsers, and product quality proved to have a significant effect on through the brand image of Scarlett Whitening products as an intervening variable with a sig. 0.000 with a coefficient of determination of 46.3% and product quality proved to have a significant effect on the brand image of Scarlett Whitening products as an intervening variable with a sig. 0.000 with a coefficient of determination of 46.3% and product quality proved to have a significant effect on the brand image of Scarlett Whitening products as an intervening variable with a sig. 0.000 with a coefficient of determination of 46.3%.

Abstract

The study's objective is to determine whether firms' stock returns on the Indonesia Stock Exchange are affected by changes in profitability, liquidity, and leverage ratios from 2018 to 2021. Stock returns are the dependent variable, while profitability, liquidity, and leverage are the independent factors. A quantitative methodology was used for this investigation. The population for this study consists of the 35 companies trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the property and real estate sub-sector throughout the period of 2018-2021. Purposeful sampling, a method of selection that does not rely on statistical likelihood, was used to choose 20 firms at random. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression, and many hypothesis tests were carried out to determine the existence of connections between the different variables. The results show that the current ratio influences stock returns but the debt-to-equity ratio does not. Stock returns are significantly influenced by the ROA, CR, and DER, and much more so when all three are taken into account together.
