Abstract

This research is a study of the intentions and perceptions of msme actors towards the use of digital payments using qris in the city of kediri. This research is a qualitative type with 20 msme actors as respondents. With the first result being the perception of benefits, it turns out that the perceived benefits are balanced, 10 actors can already feel it and 10 others have not because they are new to digital payments with qris. Perceptions of convenience according to msme actors who were respondents stated that qris was very easy to use in all transactions. Meanwhile, from the perception of risk so far felt by the respondents there is no risk that is too fatal when using qris as a digital payment tool. From this it can be concluded that the large benefits, convenience and small risks make msme actors who are very familiar with qris prefer to use qris in every transaction intensively.

Abstract

Employee service performance is one of the important factors to achieve company goals. Good service performance is needed so that the entire service process carried out by employees supports the achievement of the company's vision. Employees must be truly competent in their fields, able to serve optimally and be able to serve the needs of internal and external customers well. The purpose of this study is to explain the service performance of employees, both to superiors, subordinates, colleagues, and external customers at PT Fuji Seat Indonesia, by existing procedures in the company. It is hoped that the results of this study can evaluate the service performance of employees so far and can improve service performance in the future optimally. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach, the sample is 101 employees of PT Fuji Seat Indonesia, and primary data is collected through questionnaires. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using factor analysis. The results of the study indicate that the factors that affect the service performance of employees at PT Fuji Seat Indonesia consist of interpersonal impact factors with members of this factor, namely feelings of pleasure, leadership motivation, leadership appreciation, and completing work without waiting for orders; timeliness factor with the members of this factor is punctuality, time discipline level, service process, and load fulfillment; and the need for supervision factor with members of this factor, namely target achievement and leadership support

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT Adidaya Karya Indotama Medan. The research objective was to examine and analyze the influence of Personal Selling, Sales Promotion and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions of Yuasa Brand Battrey Motors at PT Adidaya Karya Indotama Medan.;Population;amounted to 167 customers and the number of samplesgas many as 118 customers. Technique;sampling;used is;random sampling;sampling. The results of the partial test obtained tcount > ttable or 2.155 > 1.981 and it was significant that 0.033 <0.05, meaning that Ha was accepted Ho was rejected. namely Personal Selling has a positive and significant partial effect on the Purchase Decision of the Yuasa Brand Battrey Motor at PT Adidaya Karya Indotama Medan. The partial test results obtained tcount > ttable or 3.557 > 1.981 and it was significant that 0.001 <0.05, meaning that Ha was accepted Ho was rejected. namely Sales Promotion has a positive and significant effect partially on the Purchase Decision of Yuasa Brand Motor Battrey at PT Adidaya Karya Indotama Medan. The partial test results obtained tcount > ttable or 2.771 > 1.981 and it was significant that 0.007 <0.05, meaning that Ha was accepted Ho was rejected. namely Product Quality has a positive and significant partial effect on the Purchase Decision of the Yuasa Brand Motor Battrey at PT Adidaya Karya Indotama Medan Simultaneous test results obtained F count (9.910) > F table (2.68) and a significance probability of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that Ha is accepted Ho is rejected, so it is concluded that Personal Selling, Sales Promotion and Product Quality have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the Purchase Decision of the Yuasa Brand Battrey Motor at PT Adidaya Karya Indotama Medan

Abstract

Economic Growth in a country is often related to policies that have been set by the government to overcome economic problems. This study aims to analyze the effect of Inflation, Rupiah Exchange Rate, Bi Rate, Exports and Imports on Economic Growth in 2001-2021. The type of research data is quantitative data with secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Word Bank and Bank Indonesia (BI). In this study using multiple linear regression method with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) analysis tool. This study found that the Inflation variable has a positive and significant effect on Economic Growth. then the Exchange Rate variable has a negative and significant effect on Economic Growth. Bi Rate, Export and Import variables have no effect on Economic Growth. This needs control in policies regulated by the government for the purpose of increasing growth and the economy in Indonesia.

Abstract

Consistent price increases for domestic products and services are indicative of inflation, which is detrimental to economic growth. The purpose of this investigation is to dissect the forces that will have an impact on inflation in Indonesia between the years 1990 and 2020. Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression analysis was employed for this study. The study found that while the GDP and the budget deficit both had negative effects on inflation, the Exchange Rate (Exchange), the amount of money in circulation, and the level of bureaucracy all had positive effects

Abstract

Environmental problems are currently receiving serious attention and issues related to the environment are becoming more sensitive, so that the government through UU No. 40 of 2007 the disclosure of social responsibility. In order to improve clarity and consistency in sustainability reports, the GRI Program was formed with three priority sector standards which will later become examples, namely companies engaged in the agriculture, fishing, oil and gas, and coal industries. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of sustainability reports based on the GRI Standards which have three standard aspects, namely economic standards, environmental standards, and social standards that can reveal a company's financial performance. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using data on the sustainability report and annual report for 2021. The results show that economic and social aspects affect financial performance while environmental aspects do not affect financial performance.

Abstract

Hedging is an action a company can take to minimize the exchange rate risk it faces. Hedging will be useful for achieving financial and macroeconomic stability with good management of corporations that can make financial markets more developed and healthy. But there are still companies that do not hedge because they do not know exactly the factors that influence hedging decisions. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of firm size, debt levels, liquidity, and cash flow volatility on hedging decisions at foreign exchange banks listed on the IDX. This study used a purposive sampling method so as to get a sample of 23 companies. The statistical method uses logistic regression analysis, by testing the hypothesis of the Wald statistical test. The results of this study indicate that liquidity has a significant negative effect on hedging decisions. Meanwhile, company size, debt level, and flow volatility have no effect on hedging decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy, Liquidity, and Operations on the Financial Performance of Banking Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the Covid-19 Pandemic. With the research time period, namely in 2019-2021. The ratios used in this study are the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Operating Expenses on Operating Income (BOPO), and Return On Assets (ROA). This research is a quantitative research with secondary data types derived from annual reports of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period. The method used to collect samples is purposive sampling method. Based on predetermined criteria, there are 46 banks out of 47 commercial banks that meet the criteria. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. And the data is processed using the SPSS version 23 program. The results of this study indicate that capital adequacy (CAR), liquidity (FDR) and operations (BOPO) have an effect on financial performance (ROA), with a significance value of less than 0.05, namely the adequacy value capital (CAR) of 0.000, liquidity value (FDR) of 0.003 and operating value (BOPO) of 0.010.

Abstract

This needs to be done to be able to ensure that the company can develop and achieve the goals that have been set. Organizational resources can be broadly divided into two groups, namely: human resources and non-human resources. Human resources include all people who have the status of members in the organization, each of which has a role and function. Human resources are human potentials inherent in a person which include physical and non-physical potentials.

Abstract

Technological developments in marketing are a great opportunity for entrepreneurs to carry out business activities such as Coffee Shop. One of the innovations currently in development is Online Food Delivery service. ShopeeFood is an online food delivery service that connects buyers with food and beverage sellers through the Shopee Partner application. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the intention of Coffee Shop entrepreneurs using Shopee Partner application with Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) theory. The research was conducted to 50 Coffee Shops in Pontianak City by distributing questionnaires. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling method with SmartPLS software. The results of the study show that Effort Expectancy and Facilitating Conditions have a significant influence on shaping of Coffee Shop entrepreneurs' intentions to adopt the Shopee Partner application. It shows that Coffee Shop entrepreneurs in Pontianak City prioritize the level of ease of using Shopee Partner application and other supporting resources. Performance Expectancy and Social Influence variables did not affect the intentions of Coffee Shop entrepreneurs as they do not view digital transformation as an opportunity that provides benefits and less responsive to social factors that used and need online food delivery services.
