Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceive usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived security and confidentiality on the interest of taxpayers in the use of e-filing and individual taxpayer’s compliance. The population used in this study were individual taxpayers registered at the West Semarang KPP Pratama in 2022 as many as 43.948 individual taxpayers. The number of samples in this study were 110 individual taxpayers. The research method uses multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that perception of usefulness influence the interest of taxpayers in the use of e-filing. Perception of ease of use influence the interest of taxpayers in the use of e-filing. Perception of security and confidentiality influence the interest of taxpayers in the use of e-filing. The interest of taxpayers in the use of e-filing influence individual taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

The public in general will continue to face the phenomenon of economic recession even though the financial position of the Indonesian state is still strong and stable. To be aware of this situation, it is necessary to make appropriate investment efforts so as to maintain the sustainability of the household financial condition of each community. However, in the midst of issues of economic recession, investors are very wary of investing a certain amount of capital in companies that are on the capital market. Investors tend to look at small companies that have the possibility to invest, but from a fundamental standpoint, these companies must have optimal financial health. The world of capital markets knows the companies included in the Pefindo25 index. These Pefindo25 companies are small and medium-sized companies that are selected with certain criteria as representatives of small companies that have good financial development and have the right financial performance. From this study, an analysis of financial ratios was carried out as an indicator to measure the financial health of companies included in the Pefindo25 index for the period August 2022 to January 2023. The results of measuring financial ratios and clustering with Pseudo-F statistics in the SPSS program show that the company BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk. (BFIN) is a company that has a good level of fulfillment of short-term and long-term obligations, the assets used to carry out operational activities are managed properly and the capital owned by the company can be optimized appropriately for the company's sustainability. BFIN can be the choice of investors to invest some of their capital in the company, amidst the world's unstable economic conditions such as the issues of the 2023 global economic recession.

Abstract

The Indonesia Stock Exchange requires companies to submit annual financial reports. The purpose of this study is to reveal further the factors of a company's tenure audit on the company's financial statement reporting. Several indicators were used to assess this research, including (a) the length of relationship between companies in the banking sector and the number of years of inspection; (b) the number of years since the audit partner was audited; (c) number of partner auditor offices; (d) the period during which the audit firm changed auditors; and (e) the duration of the auditor's engagement. This study used a quantitative method with secondary data and then the data was analyzed using the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) dimension reduction with IBM SPSS 27 for windows.

Abstract

Preservation of the natural environment is the main stream in every development activity carried out. Various parties maintain the natural environment so that it remains sustainable, starting from the government, campuses, non-governmental organizations, to environmentalists who campaign in various forms of culture and literature. This discussion is the aim of research on the role of women in protecting the natural environment so that it remains sustainable. The data to be collected comes from sourcestext of quotations or statements that refer to attitudes or statements containing ecological elements by female characters in literary works. The relationship between women and the natural environment is personified like an inanimate object, but not an object to be dominated and exploited. This condition encourages humans to interact with the natural environment and women always maintain harmony in egalitarian relationships. Literary works act as triggers to raise people's cultural awareness of various natural environmental issues that arise. In addition, literary works can be a reflection of social life. Various events that arise in life become a source of inspiration. The natural environment is the center for the birth of several poems, poems, short stories, novels.

Abstract

In this study describes one of the Different Strategies on the Results of the Study of Mathematics Operations of Whole Numbers. The method used in this research is quasi-experiment method. The analysis technique in this study used a t-test to assess the hypothesis. Based on the results of the calculation of the hypothesis test, the t-count value is 0.6071 then consulted to the t-table at a significant level of 0.05 and 35 degrees of freedom, the t-table value is 1.6896. Because tcount < ttable (0.6071 < 1.6896), then H0 is accepted, so there is no difference in math learning outcomes in Different Strategies using the traditional algorithm. Thus learning with Different Strategies has no effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of identification of production costs in Tempe Agroindustry UD Mawar Sari in Uteun Bayi Village, Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City. The data analysis method used in this Field Work Practice is a quantitative descriptive method, namely analyzing and describing data on business operational activities, especially those related to production costs, namely raw material costs, labor costs and overhead costs at Tempe Agro-industry UD Mawar Sari. This study uses primary and secondary data types. The results showed that in the tempe production process at the Tempe Agro-industry UD Mawar Sari the results of the identification of production costs were Rp. 420,775,433.3 which was obtained from raw material costs of Rp. 342,060,000, - labor costs of Rp. 31,559,200 ,-,

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility analysis of local chicken farming by giving a promol 12. The experimental method provides a treatment of the research object and then examines how the consequences of the treatment given. Descriptive analysis takes the problem or focuses attention on the problem as it is. The parameters observed were production costs, income, profit and loss analysis and r/c rasio analysis. Local chickensmaintenanceis a fairly efficient business based on a total r/c ratio of 1.13, P0 treatment is a more efficient business category with an arc/c ratio of 1.16 and higher than treatment using promol 12, and is feasible to develop. Local chicken smaintenancebusiness with promol 12 is not recommended because it does not provide a decent income marked by a low r/c ratio (P1 1.01, P2 1.05, P3 1.13) while P0 (1.16).

Abstract

This research deals with four variables, namely system quality, service quality, information quality and user satisfaction. The aim of this research was to know whether there was an effect of system quality, service quality and information quality to SAKTI user satisfaction. The sample of this research was 83 staff at KPPN North Sumatra who used SAKTI. The research data was analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis which was calculated by SPSS 2.2. From the data analysis, it was found that the implementation of SAKTI applications has been empirically successful. Based on four proposed hypotheses, all of them are proven and accepted. The service system affected the highest value. It also showed that there was a positive effect of system quality, service quality and information quality to SAKTI user satisfaction. to sum up,

Abstract

This research was conducted at Jalan Pintu IV, Alley Pond Jaka, Padang Bulan, Medan, Medan Johor District, North Sumatra Province. This study used a factorial randomized block design with 2 factors studied and 3 repetitions where the first factor was liquid organic coconut fiber fertilizer (B), which consisted of 3 levels, namely B0 = without coconut coir liquid organic fertilizer B1 = 1.5 L/Plot, B2 = 3L/Plot. The second factor was chicken manure consisting of 4 levels, namely A0 = without chicken manure, A1 = 2 Kg/Plot, A2 = 4 Kg/Plot, A3 = 6 Kg/Plot. Chicken manure has a significant effect on all observed parameters while for its interaction it has a significant effect on the number of tillers parameter.

Abstract

How to test the Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP). It is a quick procedure for evaluating the strength of subgrade and road base layers at a relatively low cost. This paper discusses the relationship between laboratory CBR and DCP values ​​for compacted soil on the inderapura high cliff toll road. The CBR test is a test that is well known in general, especially in the construction of toll roads and landfills. However, this CBR test has some drawbacks. For this reason, the DCP test is used as a substitute for the CBR test. This research, which has been conducted, produces a graph of the correlation between CBR and DCP values ​​with different calculations. In this study, we will look for correlation calculations of CBR and DCP values ​​in soils that are close to the actual CBR values. The data is obtained by compacting the soil, laboratory CBR test and continued with DCP which all activities are in the field and in the laboratory. CBR values ​​using the DCP test were 4.73, 10.31, 3.68 while laboratory CBR values ​​were obtained from samples of 8.02%, 7.29%, 5.20%. From the analysis carried out, the CBR and DCP values ​​are not much different from the laboratory CBR values.
