Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of tourist destinations by the Regional Government of Garut Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results of the study show that the Regional Government of Garut Regency has implemented several strategies in managing tourist destinations, including improving accessibility and infrastructure, improving service quality, and increasing promotion and branding. However, there are still a number of challenges faced by the Regional Government in managing tourist destinations, such as the lack of community participation and the lack of coordination between related sectors. Therefore, more coordinated and participatory efforts are needed in the management of tourist destinations in Garut Regency.

Abstract

Indonesia is rich for its natural resource potential and cultural diversity, in particular, East Java Province is well-known for its tourism. As an effort to develop tourism, the E-Government management of East Java Province establishes the policies regarding tourism development. In the development of tourism, the East Java Provincial Government cannot be separated from the principles of sustainable development. This study aims to describe and analyze the role of the East Java Provincial Government in implementing tourism development policies based on community responses and various stakeholders in the tourism environment. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Sources of data used are primary data (questionnaires) via online, and secondary data (interviews and documentation). The results of this study found that the implementation of tourism development policies in East Java Province received the responses from the society and various stakeholders with good E-Government Management principles, through improving: (1) service quality, (2) transportation quality, ( 3) quality road access, (4) security, (5) information transparency, (6) innovation strategy, (7) rule of law and (8) policy quality. In addition, the East Java Provincial Government must play an active role in implementing these policies as a general policy maker and licensing regulation, as well as policies that favor the society and control private parties investing in East Java Province.

Abstract

Intense business competition in the banking sector requires banks to have strategies and a variety of services. Students are important customers for banking. The aim of this research is to find out the effect of the quantity of product types, service quality, on students' interest in saving at PT. BPR Pijer Podi Kekelengen. The research method is quantitative. Data collection techniques by filling out a questionnaire. Sampling using the incidental method, namely a sampling technique based on coincidence, coincidentally meeting directly with students who are customers of PT. BPR Pijer Podi Kekelengen. The number of respondents was 81 students. Data analysis with validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, f test and t test. The results of the study show that the quantity of product types has a positive and significant effect on customers' interest in saving, in this case students, to save with significant value, while the quality of service has a positive and significant effect on students' interest in saving. Thus, the quantity and quality of product variety and service excellence have an effect on students' interest in saving.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of company size (size) and liquidity on corporate social responsibility (CSR) through earnings as an intervening variable in Islamic commercial banks. This type of research is quantitative research with secondary data sources used. This study uses data from the annual financial reports of Islamic commercial banks for 2017-2021. The research sample is Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia in 2017-2021. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique in order to obtain eight Islamic Commercial Banks. Processing techniques and data analysis using Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Test. The program used for calculations uses SPSS version 25 which then interprets the results from SPSS. The results of the study show that the variables of firm size and liquidity of Islamic banks have a significant effect on financial performance. Variable company size through corporate social responsibility has a significant effect on profits while the variable liquidity through corporate social responsibility has no significant effect

Abstract

Today, small and micro-sized firms, also known as MSMEs, are one of the types of companies that provide essential assistance to the economic endeavors of the local community. The expansion of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises demonstrates that this industry continues to play an important role in the economy of the community. Nevertheless, the COVID 19 Pandemic has had a significant effect on this industry. MSME actors need to develop a variety of business strategies and then transform those strategies into activities that involve digital marketing if they want their businesses to survive and thrive. As a result, the objective of this study is to conduct an analysis of the business strategy that will be utilized by MSMEs following the conclusion of the pandemic, with a focus on digital marketing and internet marketing. This investigation takes a qualitative approach and makes use of descriptive research tools. The findings of the study indicate that developing a digital business strategy can be an alternative survival strategy for MSMEs during the current Covid19 pandemic. This can be accomplished through digital and online marketing as well as the development of innovation through the improvement of product quality and improvements in product attributes. It is hoped that this modification to the strategy will allow the company to increase its market share and keep its turnover steady during the pandemic, while at the same time being able to adapt to the changes that are occurring in the business environment as a result of the digital age.

Abstract

The Role of Incentives in Moderating the Effect of Competence and Workload on Employee Performance at Puri Saron Madangan. This study aims to determine the effect of competence and workload on employee performance with incentives as a moderating variable. This study used a quantitative approach, the data collection method used a questionnaire with a total sample of 88 respondents consisting of Puri Saron Madangan employees. The analysis technique used is moderated regression analysis. The results showed that partially employee competence has a positive influence on employee performance while workload has a negative effect on employee performance. After the moderation test was carried out, the results obtained with the existence of incentives were able to strengthen the effect of work competence on employee performance and incentives were also able to weaken the workload variable in influencing employee performance.

Abstract

The Influence of RGEC on Share Returns of Private Commercial Banks Listed on the IDX for the 2017 – 2021 Period. This study aims to determine the effect of the soundness level of private commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2017 - 2021 which is proxied by RGEC (risk profile, good corporate governance, earnings, and capital) on stock returns. This study uses secondary data with a total of 35 observational data. The method used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that partially and simultaneously risk profile, good corporate governance, earnings, and capital have a positive and significant influence on the stock returns of Bei Private Commercial Banks for the 2017 – 2021 period. Abstract

Principal Managerial Model in Improving Student Character at elementary school Medan. The purpose of this research is to find out how the model, results, inhibiting factors, and supporters of the principal's managerial in improving student character at SD Panca Budi Medan, using qualitative methods of observation, interviews, field notes, and documentation, which were conducted for 4 months from January-April 2019. Abstract

The advancement of digital technology in the marketing world is growing quite rapidly. Where everyone can access anything at hand via a smartphone. A new innovation in the transportation sector is application-based transportation or it can also be called online transportation services. In this case, to support a decision to use, it is followed by the influence of electronic word of mouth, prices, and good promotions to attract consumers.This study aims to analyze the effect of Electronic word of mouth, price, and promotion on the decision to use Gojek in Central Cikarang District, both partially and simultaneously. The data collection technique used purposive sampling technique with a sample of 100 respondents. This study uses quantitative methods using validity tests, reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, autocorrelation test, coefficient of determination (R2) test, t test and F test. Based on test results using t test shows Electronic word of mouth, price, and promotion partially and simultaneous positive and significant effect on the decision to use and the results of testing the coefficient of determination on Adjusted R Square all variables are able to explain the effect of Electronic word of mouth, price, and promotion on the decision to use by 40.9% while 59.1% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the cash flow statement (cash flow) as a planning and control tool by using the cash flow ratio of PT. Berma Karya Bersama. This type of research is qualitative research that is descriptive in nature. Results and discussion of this research Cash flow management by PT. Berma Karya Bersama has not been effective and efficient, where it does not create separate accounts for company and personal funds, does not separate incoming and outgoing cash accounts, and every expenditure or small transaction that is carried out every day with cash does not keep records of expenses. After analyzing the company's cash flow, it can be seen that the cash flow of PT. Berma Karya Bersama during the 2017-2019 period experienced ups and downs. It can be seen that the net cash received from the company's operating activities is able to offset the payment of obligations and also the condition of operating cash flows can be offset by activities originating from investing and financing.
