Abstract

The contribution of the industrial sector indicates that there are small industries, such as home industries in Sidoarjo. Industries in Sidoarjo such as songkok, woven sarongs, crackers, processed milkfish, and others. One of the famous industries in Sidoarjo is the white cracker industry, which is in Village Bulurejo, Subdistrict Sidoarjo. The research aims to analyze and describe the business profile of white crackers, costs and revenues, as well as how to develop a white cracker business, in Bulurejo Village, Sidoarjo Regency. The research uses qualitative methods and uses interviews and observations as primary data collection tools. This study uses the calculation tool Revenue Cost Ratio and Return OF Investment as an indicator of business feasibility of white crackers. The data was obtained from 5 informants of white cracker business owners. From the research of white cracker entrepreneurs, the average age of business owners making white crackers in Bulurejo Village is around 40-50 years. The level of education they go to is mostly elementary and junior high school. The effort of white crackers that they took for quite a long time about 10-20 years. The size of the place for producing white crackers in one room has an average length of 22 meters and a width of 20 meters. The number of white crackers produced as much as 200,000-250,000 white crackers / month. White cracker business generates ROI with an average monthly capital issued of 55,857,226/month which generates an average ROI of 10.4% and generates an average R/C of 1.10 which means > 1, thus the average effort of making white crackers. While the average profit obtained from 5 white cracker entrepreneurs in Bulurejo Village Village amounted to 5,705,273.

Abstract

The era of globalization is developing very rapidly, in line with economic development. It becomes a challenge because its development requires balancing. One of the things that can be done is by investing. Investment is a must. With investment, someone will earn income. To make an investment there must be a strategy that is carried out. In investing, making investment decisions is very important. One of the things that must be possessed is investment insight. Entrepreneurial spirit is also an important component for investing. Financial literacy as knowledge and skills in managing finances is also necessary. The research aims to determine the effect of accounting insight, entrepreneurial spirit, and financial literacy on investment decision making. Research using quantitative methods. The data were obtained directly from the data source, namely Politeknik Unggul LP3M students. Methods of data collection using survey methods. It was concluded that good accounting knowledge can be used as a basis for consideration in making investment decisions. High entrepreneurial spirit is the basis for making investment decisions. Financial literacy in making investment decisions can only be done by the business actor himself.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of entrepreneurial spirit on business success in UMKM UD. Simpang Jodoh Tembung Percut Sei Tuan, exploratory research was the method employed in this study, and a Likert scale was used to measure the variables. A questionnaire, interviews, and research documents that must be completed make up the data collection methodology. UD. Simpang Jodoh Tembung Percut Sei Tuan is the population being studied. The saturated sampling technique, also known as the census, was used to conduct 40 UMKM Sampling in total. 40 participants made up the study's relatively small population. Using SPSS version 23 software, data processing including descriptive analysis, hypothesis testing, and multiple regression analysis was done. The findings demonstrated that the factor effectiveness of the value of the entrepreneurial spirit on the success of a business has a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously in UMKM UD. Abstract

The people of Huta Baru Sil Village who do farming as their main livelihood are Rubber, Oil Palm and Horticulture Farmers. Everyone seeks to make maximum use of the land to produce food that will improve the quality of his life. The plants include rice, chilies, long beans, cucumbers, kale, spinach, sugarcane juice, sweet potatoes, corn, pumpkin, onions, and others. For livestock in Huta Baru Sil Village, namely poultry such as ducks, chickens and goats. The purpose of this research is to show how permaculture principles can be adapted to the culture of the local community and how effective design principles can prevent the spread of social inequality, supported by verses of the Qur'an. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive research type, namely by elaborating the qualities and conditions found in the case study locations. The results of this study indicate that the existence of the Permaculture Agricultural Concept with an Islamic Socio-Ecological Approach in the Development of Tourism Villages in Huta Baru Sil Village can have a reciprocal effect between Huta Baru Sil Village and neighboring villages, so that there is a connected relationship and within this linkage there are resources countless resources flowed to improve the Village economy and strengthen the relationship between Huta Baru Sil Village and other Villages. With the concept of Permaculture Agriculture with an Islamic Socio-Ecology approach, this can be a foundation in carrying out Islamic-based social movements originating from the Al-Qur'an and Hadith in environmental destruction activities that focus on Permaculture Agriculture, especially those in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and cafe atmosphere on the intention to revisit Starbucks customers in Medan City. The population in this study were customers who visited Starbucks in (June 2021-May 2022), namely 5,778. The selection of the sample in this study was based on the calculations put forward by Slovin so that the sample obtained was 99 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test. The results showed that service and cafe atmosphere had a positive and significant effect on the intention to revisit Starbucks customers in Medan City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interest rates, financial literacy and service quality on customer decisions to save at PT Bank Sumut Pematang Raya Simalungun Branch. The types of data used in this study are quantitative data, using primary data sources. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The population in this research is a customer of Bank Sumut, Pematang Raya Simalungun Branch who uses the Martabe savings type in 2020 and 2021 as much as 33,271 people. Quality service has a positive effect on customer decisions to save at the bank North Sumatra Simalungun Branch Pematang Raya. Simultaneously the interest rate, financial literacy, and service quality have a positive effect on customer decisions save at PT Bank Sumut Pematang Raya Simalungun Branch. Abstract

This study aims to determine the comparison of the company's financial performance based on PSAK 30 and PSAK 73 regarding leasing. This study uses a comparative descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 46 companies using the purposive sampling method, 42 company samples were obtained so that there were 84 observations. Abstract

Consumer perceived ease of use is one of the important factors influencing the Y and Z generation usage decision of Mobile Banking. This study aims to compare the constructs of perceived ease of use in Y and Z generations in the context of digital banking. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method. Respondents are consumers among Y and Z generations with a total of 44 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using the Mann-Whitney U test through SPSS software version 20. The results showed no significant difference between the Y and Z generations in terms of usage decision of E-Banking based on perceived ease of use.

This research wants to investigate the impact of Client Seen Esteem and Item Development on Brand Dependability. The strategy used may be a quantitative strategy with 100 respondents utilizing the Video application with different relapse investigation calculations handled within the SPSS25 computer program. Abstract

In modern and digital times like today, women of course, it is no less competitive than the men. The abundance of natural talents what the women have and their awareness to help improving his family's economy, being one of the factors why Indonesian women pursue the field of entrepreneurship. Development such rapid technology also affects the mindset or women's insights. In this study, researchers aimed to knowing the factors that motivate women in entrepreneurship. Researchers took 100 female entrepreneur respondents as a sample. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires. Research this is a quantitative descriptive study. Research using factor analysis techniques to look for factors that motivate women in entrepreneurship. Analysis using the program SPSS. The results of this research show that there are 5 factors that formed in motivating women in online business entrepreneurship through facebook groups namely; family factors, self-development factors, factors of need to achieve, factors of unemployment or not having unused work and funds factor.
