Abstract

The study was conducted to confirm the effect of sales and corporate social responsibility on LQ45 company tax planning during two years of research for thirty-nine companies with a total of seventy-eight samples using purposive sampling in the collection method. Researchers used the descriptive analysis method with multiple linear regression. The results show that sales have a significant positive effect on tax planning, and corporate social responsibility has no impact on tax planning; simultaneously, sales and corporate social responsibility affect tax planning.

Abstract

Based on the findings of the company's financial ratio analysis, this study seeks to describe the financial performance of banks. According to the data used, namely secondary data, the method employed in this investigation is a documentation technique, namely data collection techniques by reading, studying, and analysing archives - archives or financial records related to research. The type of research used in this study is descriptive research using secondary data as the primary data. The findings of the banking ratio study indicate that PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Persero Tbk's financial performance is in very good condition and meets Bank Indonesia criteria.

Abstract

This study seeks to establish 1) the influence of personal financial management on entrepreneurial ambitions, 2) the influence of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions, and 3) the influence of personal financial management and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions. This study is an explanation study. The sample consists of 100 students from a population of 247 Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, University of BSI students who have attended Entrepreneurship courses. The study concluded that personal financial management has an effect on entrepreneurial intentions, self-efficacy has an effect on entrepreneurial intentions, and personal financial management and self-efficacy have an influence on entrepreneurial ambitions. Moreover, personal financial management and self-efficacy contributed 67.2% to changes in entrepreneurial ambitions, with the remaining 32.8% influenced by variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of social media marketing (SMM) on brand loyalty of education institutions. With the rising utilization of social media platforms in higher education, comprehending the interconnection between social media marketing and brand loyalty has become increasingly crucial. The research employs a quantitative approach involving a sample of 250 senior high school students, utilizing Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) technique in SmartPLS software to analyze the collected data. The study aims to examine the influence of SMM activities on students' attitude towards educational institutions brand and their loyalty. The findings reveal that SMM plays a vital role in shaping students' attitudes towards educational institutions and in building their loyalty towards those institutions. Furthermore, the influence of SMM on brand loyalty is mediates by brand attitude. The study concludes with practical implications for educational marketers to effectively utilize social media marketing strategies to establish brand loyalty and enhance the overall reputation of their institution

Abstract

This study was conducted to identify entrepreneurial desire and entrepreneurial productivity among Semarang State Polytechnic students after post-covid-19. Respondents in this study were 100 Semarang State Polytechnic students who own businesses. This study used confirmatory factor analysis and maximum likelihood estimation in SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) from the AMOS 24.0 statistical software package (Structural Moment Analysis). The data collection technique used questionnaires with different semantic scales. The results of parameter estimation are in accordance with the hypothesis that entrepreneurial knowledge has a significant effect on business preference with a normalised coefficient estimate of 0.586 and a P-Value of ***, and entrepreneurial training has a positive effect on business preference with a normalised coefficient estimate of 0.470 and a P-Value of *** and entrepreneurial interest has a significant effect on business productivity with a normalised coefficient estimate of 1.007 and a P-Value of ***. From this study, it can be concluded that in the current post- covid-19 context, students who are engaged in the startup world need to increase their education and understanding of entrepreneurship, especially in this time of great need. There must be innovation so that they can survive and develop in a better direction along with the times.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a very significant impact on all sectors of life, starting from health, economy, education, social and culture. In the economic field, many businesses, especially in the food and restaurant sectors, have experienced a decline in income and even went out of business, such as the fast food company Burger Kings. It takes the right strategy in dealing with this. The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategic management of the fast food company Burger Kings so that it can continue to run its business during this pandemic. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results of the study show that the results of IFAS and EFAS calculations show that the strengths and opportunities possessed by the KFC franchise company are greater than the weaknesses and threats of the company. This shows that the management of the KFC franchise company implements strategic management well. This needs to be maintained and suggested in order to improve the management strategy in order to continue to compete in the franchise field.

Abstract

The results show that the adjusted R Square value is 0.292 which means that 29.2% of intention to use a trading application, while the rest is influenced by other factors. Partially, the perception of convenience variable has a positive and significant effect, trust variable has a positive and significant effect, knowledge variable has a positive and significant effect, perception usefulness variable has a positive and significant effect. Simultaneous, the perception of ease, confidence, knowledge and perception usefulness have a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

This research aims to succeed in village development by increasing village income. Describe how Village Owned Enterprises carry out that asset management strategy in increasing village income. By explaining the inhibiting factors for the development of Village-Owned Enterprises in running their business and providing solutions in the form of strategies to develop Village-Owned Enterprises, the asset management strategy implemented includes observing the environment, preparing strategies, implementing strategies, and evaluating or controlling. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through interviews. The research results obtained are Village Owned Enterprises experiencing several problems, namely the level of public awareness, access to capital, marketing, and human resources. Some of the strategies implemented are outreach to the public to increase awareness, increase and optimize business profit results with strengthened financial reports to convince borrowers of capital, cooperate with outsiders, and provide training to improve human resource performance.

Abstract

The endpoint of this research is to ascertain how Kolaka Regency's Pospay application's feature completeness and information quality affect user satisfaction. According to the study's findings, the Pospay application's user satisfaction in the Kolaka area is unaffected by feature completeness. While the Pospay application's user satisfaction in the Kolaka district is influenced by the information quality variable. With an R Square value of 0.792, or 79.2%, this study's feature completeness and information quality variables have a 79.2% influence on user satisfaction with the Pospay application in Kolaka Regency, while variables not included in the study have a 20.8% influence.

Abstract

The goal of this analysis is to determine the relationship between a number of economic variables (such as the Current Ratio [CR], Return on Asset [ROA], Debt Asset Ratio [DAR], and Total Asset Turnover [TATO]) predict financial hardship among businesses in the coal mining sector between 2019 and 2021). Purposive sampling was used to pick the sample, and as a result, 27 businesses satisfied the sample requirements. Panel data is used in the data analysis approach. According to the findings of the hypothesis test, Financial Distress is significantly influenced by Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Debt Asset Ratio (DAR), Return on Asset (ROA), and Current Ratio (CR). In contrast to the Current Ratio (CR), Return on Asset (ROA), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO), sthe Debt Asset Ratio (DAR) is highly predictive of financial hardship.
