Abstract

E-commerce (electronic commerce) is a business process that connects companies, consumers, and society in the activity of exchanging or selling goods or services and information through electronic transactions. The success of the electronic commerce system in Indonesia stems from the enthusiasm of people who want a practical shopping. If in the past distance and time were obstacles to the relationship between buyers and sellers, the existence of an online buying and selling system can make it easier for people to purchase goods and services because it can be accessed anywhere without limited time. With various benefits and flexibility offered, online shopping is now increasingly favored by the people of Indonesia. Through this research to determine the effect of lead time on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Improving the financial transparency and accountability of BUMDES via a savings and loan information system is a crucial step in advancing the village economy. In the face of constraints on financial management, financial transparency and accountability are essential components of BUMDES's financial management. This research seeks to analyze financial management issues at BUMDEs so that a savings and loan information system can be developed to assist in overcoming administrative issues such as lengthy processing times and reporting difficulties. The research findings, based on an analysis of user needs, reveal a number of system features, such as managing user data, borrower data, saving and borrowing data, transaction processes, and the ability to generate financial reports in the form of graphs and reports that can aid BUMDEs in the financial management of village funds. The research aims to increase transparency, community participation, and stakeholder confidence in BUMDEs, as well as contribute to the village's sustainable economic development.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become an integral component of the business world in the rapidly advancing digital age. Organizations must employ digital technologies effectively in order to remain relevant and competitive in the global marketplace. Digital leadership is crucial for managing change and influencing employee performance and business success as a whole. Utilizing digital technologies to lead, manage, and influence employees and business processes constitutes digital leadership. Digital leaders promote innovation, collaboration, and information accessibility. Digital leadership can increase efficiency, productivity, and innovation in the workplace by adopting the appropriate digital technologies. Digital leadership also contributes to the success of a business by facilitating change management, promoting digital transformation, and making sound decisions. Research indicates that digital leadership facilitates improved employee performance, the development of digital skills, and the achievement of business objectives. Abstract

The research aims to assess the effectiveness of the implementation of the Maluku Province Regional Government expenditure budget for 2017-2021 and to assess the efficiency of implementing the Maluku Provincial Government expenditure budget for 2017-2021, with the type of research used in this research is descriptive which is studied quantitatively. The data analysis technique used in this study is effectiveness analysis, which describes the government's ability to realize the planned spending budget when compared to targets set based on the real potential of the region, and to analyze the level of efficiency of regional financial management in terms of expenditure, the ratio calculation formula between realization indirect expenditure budget to the total indirect expenditure budget. The results found that the level of effectiveness of the budget and spending each year varies with a tendency to increase in recent years. This is an indication of improved management seen in the increase in budget management in 2021. The ratio of budget and expenditure efficiency in 2017 was 85.79%, in 2018 the efficiency ratio was 87.46%, in 2019 the efficiency ratio was 91.09% , in 2020 the efficiency ratio is 69.04%, and in 2021 the efficiency ratio is 79.41%.

Abstract

This study aims to see how much influence and contribution incentives have on improving the performance of motorcycle sales. The research sample used was 30 respondents, and the research method used used a quantitative approach, the data analysis technique in this study used validity, reliability, simple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination test. The results of the study concluded that there was a positive and significant influence between giving bonuses on sales performance with a constant value of 3.467 or a bonus coefficient value of 0.167. the results of the hypothesis test obtained that the effect of giving bonuses contributed 21.1%, and 78.9% was influenced by other salary and benefit factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the major role of Cyber Notary for a Notary in issuing Certificate Authorithy as an effort to protect the law for buyers in online buying and selling transactions, as well as the process of making evidence so that it can be used as authentic evidence. This research was conducted using a statutory approach and also using a conceptual approach. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of sources of legal materials. Data collection techniques used by way of literature study. The verification process requires digital forensics and can be verified through the office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia by scanning a barcode directly. The position of a Notary should accommodate and involve a Notary in issuing electronic certificates, so this role should also be regulated in the Law on the Position of a Notary. Included in the changes to the Electronic Information and Transaction Law, The position of a Notary should be recognized as a service provider in the electronics field, so that it can serve as protection for the parties in buying and selling online. The process of making evidence so that it can be categorized as authentic evidence should be regulated in law to become reinforcement and can be used as authentic evidence.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance; testing and knowing the effect of the work environment on employee performance and testing and knowing the influence of organizational culture on employee performance with the work envorinment as moderating variable. This study used quantitave methods, and the sample was taken using cluster sampling technique, with a total sample of 63 employess (doctors, nurses and midwives) at Pemaron, Jatibarang and Bumiayu Brebes Public Health Centers. The data collection method used a questionnaire consisting of statements about organizational culture, work environment and performance. While the data analysis technique uses a moderated regression analysis (MRA) model with the help of smartPLS. This results show that (1) organizational culture has no effect on employee performance because the P values > 0,005; (2) the work environment has no effect on employee performance with P values < 0,05; dan (3) organizational culture as no effect on employee performance with the work environment as a moderating variable, because the P values > 0,05. This study shows that organizational culture can frow and develop because there are human resources who have high morale who can improve performance, in addition to having a good work environment will be able to provide motivation to work and the achievement of performance can increase compliance with organizational culture even without intermediary work environment.

Abstract

The existence of a new store is a competitor to other stores, the existence of several 35 department stores in Sekadau district can change consumer tastes or consumer interest in shopping. qualitative research method, which is carried out by taking samples from several consumers and employees of department stores 35 by way of observation and interviews. So the results of this study were that the existence of several 35 department stores in Sekadau district was able to change consumer interest in shopping from traditional markets to 35 department stores

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low income of salt farmers so far, especially in Gampong Tanoh Anoe, Jangka District, Bireuen Regency. The study aims to determine the role of capital, labor, and marketing in increasing salt farmers' income in Gampong Tanoeh Anoe, Jangka District, Bireuen Regency. The approach used in this research is qualitative. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study were ten salt farmers. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, presentation, and conclusion and verification. The study results show that capital is essential in increasing salt farmers' income in Gampong Tanoh Anoe, Jangka District, Bireuen Regency. The greater the money issued, the better the farmers' income; this business influences capital. Labor in this business is not very important for the payment of salt farmers in Gampong Tanoh Anoe, Jangka District, Bireuen Regency. This is based on the fact that labor is only used during the packaging process, nothing else. Marketing/promotion plays a significant role in advancing the business of salt farmers in Gampong Tanoh Anoe, Jangka District, Bireuen Regency. This is based on the quality and location that farmers will market during salt production.

Abstract

This type of research is quantitative. The place of this research is the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Bireuen Regency. This study's population consisted of 90 employees of the Bireuen District Regional Disaster Management Agency. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The regression analysis results obtained a t count value of 1.893 > t table 1.6629. This means that the award variable (X1) positively affects the employee performance variable (Y). Based on the results of the regression analysis, it was obtained that the t value was 3.437 > t table 1.6629. This means that the transformational leadership variable (X2) positively affects employee performance variables (Y). Furthermore, the regression analysis results obtained a t value of 2.667 > t table 1.6629. This means that the communication variable (X3) positively affects employee performance variables (Y). The results of the regression analysis obtained a t value of 2.648 > t table 1.6629, which means that the motivation variable (X4) has a positive effect on employee performance variables (Y). The Fcount value is 35.157> Ftable 2.48 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. From these results, it can be concluded that Reward (X1), Transformational Leadership (X2), Communication (X3), and Motivation (X4) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). The R Square value from the analysis of the coefficient of determination is 0.623, meaning that employee performance can be explained by the variables Reward (X1), Transformational Leadership (X2), Communication (X3), and Motivation (X4) of 62.3%. The remaining 37.7% can be explained by other variables not examined in this study.
