Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the company's financial performance on stock prices with dividend payout ratio as an intervening variable in food and beverage sector companies. Dethe science used is researchcausal associative (Causal Relationship) and comparative. The type of data used in this survey is secondary data, with a sample of 14 2015-2021 annual reports of food and beverage companies listed on the IDX.This research uses SPSS and SmartPLS 3 software methods. Result from the research shows that solvency and activity have a significant effect on dividend payout ratio and stock prices, while profitability and liquidity have no significant effect on dividend payout ratios and stock prices. Dividend payout ratio has an effect on stock pricesin food and beverage sector companies on the IDX. Bmeans Dividend payout ratio has an effect on stock prices. Financial performance, which consists of solvency and activity, has an indirect effect on stock prices mediated by the dividend payout ratio, while Profitability and Liquidity have no indirect effect on stock prices mediated by the dividend payout ratio. There is no significant difference between the average stock pricesfood and beverage companies before and during the covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia..

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to use the learning space features in teacher room applications from the perspective of learning communication management; The object of the research was class IX students of SMPN 8 Bandung, which is one of the favorite schools in the city of Bandung. The method in this research is descriptive survey; and field data obtained through question questionnaires and distributed to several students of SMPN 8 bandung, as a research sample. Based on the results of the research , the aspects of the learning space features include, Audio Visual Video; Animation Video and Material are included in the category of good where through the study room features students more easily understand the learning material; the conclusion in this study using the perspective of learning communication management, in order to provide an overview of the extent to which the content on the learning space features can be effectively understood by users.

Abstract

With religiosity as a moderating variable for Bank Syariah Indonesia customers in North Padang Lawas Regency, the purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between customer satisfaction with Bank Syariah Indonesia and the quality of m-banking services and products. This study uses quantitative techniques with important information obtained from a survey of 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis . The findings show that customer satisfaction is partially influenced by the quality of m-banking products and services, that these two factors simultaneously have a significant impact on customer satisfaction, and that religiosity is able to moderate the impact of these two factors on customer satisfaction. The findings of this study could have an important impact on promoting mobile banking to the general public and increasing customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The marketing mix is ​​a marketing strategy that consists of 4 components, namely: price strategy, product strategy, location strategy, and promotion strategy. This study has 5 independent variables (X), namely: Price, product, promotion and service locations and 1 dependent variable (Y), namely: Customer decision. The research was conducted at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Kabanjahe by distributing questionnaires to 100 customers which aimed to find out how the marketing mix influences customer decisions in using BSI KC Kabanjahe services and which of the 5 independent variables most influences customer decisions. Quantitative is the research method used with the T test and F test using SPSS for Windows. Based on the research results, the marketing mix has a significant effect on customer decisions and of the 5 independent variables, promotion is the most dominant variable influencing customer decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Load, Compensation, and Flexibility of Working Hours on Employee Performance at PT. Indonesian Full Moon. Probability sampling is the method used for sampling. There were 20 people who participated in this research sample. Product Solutions and Services Statistics Program (SPSS) Version 29 was used for the multiple linear regression analysis used in this study. Work Load, Compensation, and Work Hour Flexibility all have a significant effect on employee performance, as research shows, as does partial Work Load, which has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. PT. Indonesian Full Moon. Meanwhile, compensation and flexibility of working hours have no effect on performance at PT. Indonesian Full Moon.

Abstract

Changes in technology and the digital revolution have had a significant impact on many aspects of life, including the economy. As economic institutions at the village level, village-owned businesses (BUMDes) are also affected by these changes. Human resource management (HRM) innovation is crucial for BUMDes to endure and thrive in the digital era, which presents both challenges and opportunities. One of the major issues identified is the lack of digital technology-related knowledge and skills among human resources. This lack of comprehension can impede BUMDes' ability to implement and leverage digital technology to increase revenue. This study seeks to analyze the challenges BUMDes face in their HR management in order to increase revenue in the digital age. Using a qualitative methodology, this research identifies issues at BUMDEs related to HR management innovation in relation to revenue growth, and provides recommendations and strategies for maximizing HR potential. The findings of this study can provide BUMDes with insights and actionable suggestions for developing appropriate and sustainable HR management innovations. Optimizing the use of digital technology and enhancing HR competencies, BUMDes will be able to expand its market presence, enhance its competitiveness, and increase its revenue in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of Risk Perception (X1), Return Expectation (X2), Behavioral Motivation (X3), and Technological Progress (X4) on Investment Decisions (Y). This study uses a quantitative approach with sampling using the non-probability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is Primary Data obtained from questionnaires filled out by respondents directly. While secondary data comes from books, journals, research results, practical work reports and is related to the author's research object.  In this study, the population to be taken is investors or lenders who invest in Islamic peer to peer fintech domiciled in North Sumatra in 2022 as many as 430 people with a sample selection using the slovin formula of 81 people.   The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Risk Perception (X1), Return Expectation (X2), Behavioral Motivation (X3), and Technological Progress (X4) simultaneously influenced the Investment Decision (Y). The coefficient of determination is 0.741. This means that 74.1% of Investment Decisions (Y) are influenced by Risk Perception (X1), Return Expectation (X2), Behavioral Motivation (X3), and Technological Progress (X4) while the remaining 25.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Globalization has created a dynamic and complex business environment, requiring organizations to adjust to unpredictable and rapid change. In this context, adaptive HR management is essential for sustaining the success and competitiveness of the organization. The method of research employed is a literature review, which entails gathering and analyzing literature on adaptive HR management and the challenges of globalization. The research findings indicate that adaptive human resource management necessitates the use of change-responsive strategies and practices, such as in recruitment, employee development, performance management, diversity management, technology use, effective leadership, and adaptive change management. This study highlights the advantages of adaptive human resource management, including increased employee productivity, workforce quality, organizational adaptability in the face of change, greater employee satisfaction, and competitive advantage. The practical implication of this study is the significance of organizations implementing adaptive HR strategies and practices in response to globalization's challenges.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Palopo Area. This research uses quantitative methods with a research sample consisting of 34 respondents selected using the saturated sample formula. The independent variables in this study are leadership style and work discipline programs, while the dependent variable is employee performance. Multiple regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS applications were used in this study. The results showed that partially, leadership style and work discipline programs have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, the leadership style program and work discipline also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The adjusted R Square (R2) value obtained is 617 or 61.7%, meaning that 61.7% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the leadership style program and work discipline. The remaining (100%- 61.7%= 38.3%) is explained by other factors included in the model.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and non-physical work environment on employee performance, mediated by work motivation, on BPKP Pfovinsi Maluku employees. The research design used data analysis methods using the path paradigm with data analysis techniques using PLS-Path Modeling with the SMART PLS 3 application. The population used in this study were BPKP employees in Maluku Province with a purposive sampling technique, namely as many as 52 people.
