Abstract

The human element is the most significant of all the components that go into making up an organization, and as a result, it is also the most difficult to govern. This is due to the fact that everyone's ideas and points of view are quite distinct from one another. In the same way, organizational culture enables members of a company to develop positive working relationships among themselves and collaborate in an organizational climate that is beneficial to them and, in turn, to the dynamics of the organization, the organizational structure guides the way people act, providing the formalism and complexity of the process. The purpose of the research proposal is to shed light on how the performance of human resources gives quality to processes and consequently results in actions that encourage companies to be more efficient; it is dependent on the human resource strategy that members of a company are a competitive factor and strengthen the position of the company in the market, in this case MSMEs.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to assess the impact that cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, and inventory turnover have on the return on assets (ROA) of agricultural firms that are traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) throughout the period of 2016-2020. For the purpose of this research, the sample consisted of twenty agricultural corporations that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between the years 2016 and 2020. Secondary data in the form of financial statements received from the Indonesia Stock Exchange are used for the purpose of this research. In this particular research endeavor, the kind of statistical analysis that was used was a linear regression analysis of panel data carried out using the eviews 9 software. The findings indicate that CTO has a positive impact on ROA that is not statistically significant, RTO has a positive effect on ROA that is statistically significant, and ITO has a negative effect on ROA that is statistically significant..

Abstract

Research on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has been carried out by many researchers but not many have conducted research on higher education students. This study develops the concept of student OCB in terms of Self-efficacy and Interpersonal Communication aspects. The data were taken from 104 students in STT Star’Lub at Luwuk Banggai. The data processing method uses regression analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that the student Self-efficacy with the dimensions of self-motivation to perform tasks and the Interpersonal Communication of students with the dimension of showing empathy were the most influential things in increasing student OCB. Therefore, it could be concluded that in developing student OCB, Self-efficacy and Interpersonal Communication should be taken into consideration

Abstract

One of the factors that support the progress of a region is the availability of adequate finance, including Regional Original Income. Regional Original Income comes from several sources, including Regional Taxes. Regional Taxes provide a relatively large contribution to Regional Original Income. Nonetheless, the COVID-19 pandemic has had a substantial influence on the contribution to PAD from municipal taxes. This study attempts to assess the simultaneous and partial impact of the Covid-19 epidemic on Bandung City's Original Revenue (PAD). The Bandung City Tax Office conducts quantitative research employing descriptive and verification techniques. The data were then evaluated using the application EViews-12. All of the components of local taxes examined in this study had a substantial effect in the direction of a positive association with the Regional Original Income of the city of Bandung, as indicated by the results. Additionally, partially only restaurant tax has a significant effect on the direction of a negative relationship between Bandung City Original Revenue and Original Local Revenue, whereas other local tax components have no significant effect on the direction of a positive relationship between Original Local Revenue and Bandung City Original Revenue

Abstract

When it comes to communication, especially the contact that occurs between teachers and students during the process of teaching and learning, politeness is one of the aspects that needs to be taken into consideration. The purpose of this research is to identify and describe the form of imperative speech used by teachers during the teaching and learning process, as well as to investigate the factors that contribute to violations of imperative politeness committed by teachers toward students during the teaching and learning process. The present investigation is a qualitative descriptive study, and the data comes in the form of transcripts of the instructor's comments made during the course of instruction. According to the findings of the study, educators are more likely to violate the conventions of linguistic politeness when they address pupils with urgent speech. This is evident from the total number of utterances. [Citation needed] There were a total of 120 utterances discovered, 96 of which were in violation of the linguistic politeness guidelines, and 24 of which complied with the guidelines..

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are important as one of the economic drivers of Gresik Regency because they help absorb labor and work towards poverty alleviation. On the other hand, UKM milkfish brain in Gresik has many obstacles including marketing, product production does not last long and the production process is still manual. The purpose of this community service is to identify the characteristics of UKM milkfish brain in Gresik district, to understand the real situation faced by UKM entrepreneurs. After obtaining an overview or actual situation, the internal and external environmental conditions of milkfish brain UKM were analyzed, and several alternative development strategies were selected as internal factors for the development of UKM milkfish brain, the Regent. Marketing of UMKM milkfish brain Gresik is growing and stable and requires a marketing strategy that needs to be strengthened internally with a competitive advantage for business development. Abstract

Marketing public relations is a major factor in the tourism industry in Indonesia for tourist attractions experiencing issues and crises to try to bounce back from adversity. This quantitative study aims to obtain information on marketing public relations and corporate image at Mekarsari Fruit Park and to determine its influence on the decision to visit the community after the Covid-19 pandemic. This study involved 1,376,734 people selected by random sampling as many as 94 respondents from a questionnaire that had been distributed using a survey, where the data obtained was analyzed using the SPSS statistical application. The results of this study are that marketing public relations and corporate image influence the decision to visit the community at Mekarsari Fruit Park. Following up on the findings of this research, marketing public relations needs to be carried out in the tourism industry where entrepreneurs and the government collaborate to develop sustainable programs in the hope that the tourism creative economy will grow again

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine how improving students' financial literacy influences their money management habits. A questionnaire was utilised as a data gathering tool in this study. Students at Indonesian universities who met other criteria for participation were used as respondents. Both simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression were used to make sense of the data. The study found that students' spending habits changed significantly after they were taught about money management. A higher level of financial knowledge is correlated with responsible spending and saving habits. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested to hold financial literacy programs in tertiary institutions to increase students' understanding of finance. In addition, universities can also provide students with easier access to information and financial resources. These programs are expected to help students manage their finances better and prevent financial problems from occurring in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of integrating environmental aspects in company marketing plans as part of efforts to achieve sustainable marketing. Using a theoretical framework involving the concepts of sustainable marketing and corporate social responsibility, this research analyzes the impact of integrating environmental aspects on brand image, consumer loyalty and company financial performance. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. This research emphasizes the importance of sustainable marketing practices for companies amidst pressure to be socially and environmentally responsible. The integration of environmental, social and corporate governance factors into marketing strategies allows companies to reduce negative impacts on the environment and build strong relationships with consumers who care about social and environmental issues. Key steps include efficient use of resources, support of sustainable suppliers, development of environmentally friendly products, and education of consumers about the company's sustainability efforts. Consistency in messaging and commitment to sustainability can also strengthen brand image and employee engagement, thereby playing an important role in advancing global sustainability and societal well-being.

Abstract

The importance of environmental awareness in modern society demands education that focuses on a deep understanding of ecosystems and environmental responsibility. This research aims to explore the role of environmental education in biology learning as an effort to increase students' awareness of protecting the environment. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The research results show that the integration of Environmental Education in biology learning is effective in increasing students' understanding of biological concepts while developing their awareness of environmental issues. Students not only gain theoretical knowledge, but also directly experience environmental aspects through practical experiences such as observations, experiments in the field, and related activities. This awareness then forms a responsible attitude towards the environment, encouraging students to take positive action in maintaining the sustainability of nature. The research results provide empirical support for the effectiveness of this approach in creating students who are not only scientifically educated, but also have relevant life skills and are ready to play a role in preserving the global environment.
