Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the impact of top management support, system quality and business process reengineering on the successful implementation of PT Semen Padang's enterprise resources planning (ERP) system. A questionnaire survey collected 100 respondents of the study. Using multiple linear regression, F-test and t-test, hypotheses were tried in order to simultaneously understand (mainly) the influence of the independent variable on the need variable at the confidence level (α=0.05). The results based on the t-test show that top management support and business process reengineering have a significant impact on the success of enterprise resource planning, while system quality has no significant impact on the success of enterprise resource planning.

Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of service quality at Grand Inna Muara Padang Hotel by using Fuzzy-SERQUAL Analysis and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). In this study, 57 customers of Grand Inna Muara Padang Hotel were used who were selected using purposive sampling. Based on the results of Fuzzy analysis, it can be seen that the average rank value of the real values ​​obtained ranges from three so that it can be concluded that the satisfaction felt by customers is quite high in using the services of the Grand Inna Muara Hotel. the performance felt by the customers of Grand Inna Muara Padang Hotel so that satisfaction can be realized in the customer.

Abstract

This study will only focus on the external side of the company, namely from the perspective of passengers who use transportation services from PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Divre II West Sumatra for the Padang-pariman route. In this study, the population size is unknown. Thus, determining the sample size of the population using the theory developed from Isaac Michael. The method of data collection in this study is observation, interviews, and questionnaires. In this study, researchers used the servqual method and fuzzy topsis ranking to measure service quality. The results of research on the quality of service in the West Sumatra Regional Division II train are from the five criteria studied by the researchers, namely, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, there is the highest gap value on the responsivenesses criteria, namely the preference value of 0.9587, and the next is the tangible criteria. It was concluded that there are several criteria that have met the quality of service, namely the responsiveness criteria where passengers assess the response of train staff to what passengers need while at the station or train is good, as well as for tangible criteria, passengers feel the facilities on the train are able to satisfy train passengers. Meanwhile, the quality of service in the security or assurance department is considered by passengers to be normal. And for reliability and empathy, passengers rate about service qualities on these two criteria still not satisfying passenger.

Abstract

This study will only focus on the external side of the hospital, namely from the point of view of patients who use services at the hospital, especially on services during inpatient visits, which are delivered through the available suggestion box. The collection method in this study used observation, interviews, and questionnaires. In this study, the researcher used the servqual method and the fuzzy Promethee ranking to measure the quality of service. The results of the research on the quality of service at the Prof. Dr. MA Hanafiah Batusangkar Regional Hospital are of the five criteria studied by the researchers, namely, tangible, reliability, responsiveness assurance, and empathy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the effect of marketing mix and product quality on consumer satisfaction in purchasing Frisian Flag Milk products at Indomart Halim Perdana Kusuma, East Jakarta. A questionnaire survey collected 90 research respondents. The data analysis used in this research is validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing at the level of confidence (α = 0.05). The results of the study partially show that there is a positive and significant influence between the Marketing Mix on Consumer Satisfaction. While the product quality variable has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze: (1) the influence of top management support on the implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) on pt Telkom Indonesia Padang company, (2) The influence of project management against the implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) on PT Telkom Indonesia Padang company, (3) The influence of user engagement on the implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) on PT Telkom Indonesia Padang company. The population in this study is all employees who use enterprise resource planning systems with a total of 120 employees. The sampling technique used is a census method in which the entire population will be sampled. The research data collected using questionnaires were then analyzed with a multiple linear regression approach using SPSS software. This research is different from other studies, where the difference is the selection of erp implementation success factors, where most similar studies or similar research objects rarely use project management factors, and user engagement as a success factor of ERP systems is seen from various previous studies that have been done by several researchers. The results of this study show that (1) top management support has a significant effect on the implementation of enterprise resource planning systems, while (2) project management, and (3) user engagement have no significant effect on the implementation of enterprise resource planning systems.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence (internet addiction, advertising appeal, and price discounts) on the impulsive buying behavior of online fashion products. This type of research is quantitative. Data collection is done by questionnaire method. The population in this study was all female consumers in North Aceh regency who had shopped for fashion products online. Samples are selected using the purposive sampling method. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents. The results of the study obtained using multiple linear regression analysis techniques processed with the help of the SPSS version 18 computer program, namely Internet Addiction, Price Discount, partially significantly affect online impulsive buying behavior, Partial Ad Attractiveness has no significant effect on online impulsive buying behavior, and simultaneously the three independent variables (Internet Addiction, Internet Addiction, The attractiveness of advertising, and price discounts) significantly affects impulsive buying behavior online.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine: (1) the effect of perceived usefulness on behavioral intention (2) the effect of perceived ease of use on behavioral intention (3) the effect of perceived risk on behavioral intention to use E-Money in Padang. The type of research used was quantitative research design model with purposive sampling as the sampling technique involving a total of 208 respondents of E-Money users in Padang. This study used primary data distributed to E-Money users in Padang who had an interest in using E-Money. The analytical method used was descriptive and quantitative analysis through multiple regression on SPSS 16.0 software. The results of the study were: (1) perceived usefulness had a significant effect on behavioral intention; (2) perceived ease of use had a significant effect on behavioral intention; (3) perceived risk had a significant effect on behavioral intention on interest in using E-Money in Padang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: (1) the effect of security on repurchase intention on Shopee users. (2) effect of ease of use on repurchase intention of Shopee users, (3) effect of privacy concern on repurchase intention of Shopee users, (4) effect of security on e-satisfaction on Shopee users, (5) effect of ease of use on e-satisfaction on Shopee users, (6) effect of privacy concern on e-satisfaction on Shopee users, (7) effect of e-satisfaction on repurchase intention for Shopee users, (8) the mediation role of e-satisfaction between security and repurchase intention, (9) the mediation role of e-satisfaction between ease of use and repurchase intention, (10) mediation role of e-satisfaction between privacy concern and repurchase intention. The population in this study were all Shopee users in Padang City who had shopped more than twice. The number of samples in this study was 200 respondents. Data was collected through the distribution of online questionnaires and data processing was carried out through SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that (1) security has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention, (2) ease of use has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, (3) privacy concern has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, (4) security has a positive and significant effect on e-satisfaction, (5) ease of use has a positive and significant effect on e-satisfaction, (6) privacy concern has a positive and significant effect on e-satisfaction, (7) e-satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, (8) e-satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between security and repurchase intention, (9) e-satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between ease of use and repurchase intention, (10) e-satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between privacy and repurchase intention.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze: 1) the influence of total quality management on organizational performance in the creative industries SME sector in Padang City, 2) the influence of total quality management on competitive advantage in the creative industries SME sector in Padang City, 3) the influence of competitive advantage on organizational performance in the creative sector of SMEs in Padang, 4) The influence of quality management on organizational performance is mediated by competitive advantage in Padang SMEs. This research is quantitative. The population in this study is the SME creative industries sector in Padang. Sampling techniques in this study are purposive sampling techniques. The number of samples used is 210 units of SMEs. The research data collected used questionnaires were then analyzed with SmartPLS version 3.3.3. This research is different from other studies, where the difference is the selection of research objects because most similar studies only examine MSMEs in general. In contrast, this study focuses more on the MSME sector of the creative industries. The results of this study show that: (1) total quality management has a significant effect on organizational performance in the creative industries MSMEs in Padang City, (2) Total quality management has a significant effect on competitive advantage in creative industries in Padang City, (3) Competitive advantage has a significant effect on organizational performance in creative industry SMEs in Padang City, (4) Competitive advantage mediates the effect of total quality management on organizational performance in creative industries SMEs in Padang City.
