Abstract

This study's benefits include examining the effects of Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Price to Book Value (PBV) on Stock Price in Department Store companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2012 until 2021. Three Department Store companies that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2012 until 2021 comprise the sample for this quantitative study. The Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Correlation Coefficient, Determination Coefficient, and t-Test and F-Test are the data analysis techniques utilized. The t-Test Research's findings had a significance of 0.216 or greater, indicating that the Price Book Value has no bearing on the stock price of the business. The T-Test Research Results revealed a significance level of 0.016 < 0.05, indicating that the company's stock price is influenced by Net Profit Margin. While the F-Test Research Results, which were obtained with a significance of 0.012 < 0.05, demonstrate that the Net Profit Margin and Price to Book Value both have an effect on the stock price of the company simultaneously.

Abstract

This research study aims to analyze the aspects of Fiscal Independence, Fiscal Dependence, and Fiscal Effectiveness of the North Kalimantan Province for the 2017-2022 period. This research is quantitative descriptive research. The average is obtained in the fiscal independence section with a value of ≤0.28, categorized as starting toward regional budgetary independence. Then the fiscal dependence portion of the percentage value obtained is 74,60% which is classified as a very high level of regional fiscal dependence. Furthermore, the fiscal effectiveness portion of the figure obtained is 101,23%, which means it is very effective in implementing the regional Fiscal. Overall, the review of fiscal independence, dependability, and effectiveness proves that there are fluctuating changes every year. Then justifies the influence of the First-Generation Theory in the review studied that the central government's intervention in the regional government of North Kalimantan Province still has an effect in various aspects intended in this study in the form of independence, dependence, and its fiscal effectiveness with the period of the year under study.

Abstract

The use of feedback is strongly crucial in learning of English as a second or foreign language. It is crucial because it can motivate and support the students in learning English. This study focused on analyzing and describing the teacher’s feedbacks used on students’ writing tasks and students’ perspective about it. In this research, case study was applied as research method. The subject of this research was the tenth graders of MAN 2 Sumbawa in school year 2021-2022. In collecting the data, the researchers used several instruments such as the students’ writing tasks, semi structure interview guide and observation sheet to gain the data from the respondents. All of the data were analyzed to know the type of teacher’s feedbacks and students’ responses on it. The findings of this research showed that there were two types of feedback given by the teacher, namely written and oral feedback. Both of those feedbacks were implemented in the students’ writing task. The finding also showed the use of feedback in English as foreign language (EFL) context was great significance to stimulate the students to make good writing. EFL students who involved in this study had expressed their strong belief in its importance and applicability. They gave positive responses to the use of written and oral feedback. Most of the students stated that the teacher’s feedback was a good motivation in learning and believed that the teacher’s feedback helped them in improving their writing proficiency.

Abstract

The village is the smallest government structure in a country. Home Affairs Minister No. 20 of 2018 states, Village is a legal community unit that has regional boundaries that are authorized to regulate and manage government affairs, local community interests based on community initiatives, origin rights, and/or traditional rights that are recognized and respected in the system of government of the Unitary State. Republic of Indonesia. This study aims to explain the application of village fund financial management. The method used is a case study through interviews with residents and leaders of Curuglemo Village, Mandalawangi District, Pandelang Regency. This study found that village financial management in general was in accordance with applicable regulations. In addition, the Curuglemo Village Fund in 2022 will receive funds of Rp. 1, 498,330,000. The funds are used for administering village governance, village development, village development, community empowerment and are used in the areas of disaster management, emergency and village urgency.

Abstract

The Indonesian government implements a piggyback tax related to cigarette policies. Since January 1, 2014, apart from value-added tax and cigarette excise tax, there is also a cigarette tax imposed on the cigarette industry in Indonesia. This study will explain to what extent and how significant the contribution between piggyback tax and Tobacco Product Excise (CHT) in Indonesia is. This policy was implemented considering the increasingly massive consumption of cigarettes by adults and children. This policy is expected to reduce cigarette consumption in Indonesia. It can also simultaneously increase state revenue. Quantitative descriptive research is the method applied in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of regional financial management in the era of Regional Autonomy in Jayawijaya Regency, Papua Province, for the 2016-2020 Fiscal Year by using the calculation of the Degree of Decentralization Ratio, the Ratio of Regional Financial Independence, the Ratio of Effectiveness of Local Own Revenue, and the Harmony Ratio as seen through Routine Spending and Development Spending. Jayawijaya Regency's Financial Performance Judging from the Decentralization Degree Ratio it is only 4.88% and we can see from the measurement interval which is at > 10 and shows in the Not Good category, the Regional Financial Independence Ratio gets the Instructive category with a total average of 5.13 %, the PAD Effectiveness Ratio of Jayawijaya Regency is in the Very Effective category with a total average of 115.14% and for the Conformity Ratio of the Routine Expenditure Ratio and the Development Expenditure Ratio, it can be seen from the calculation that the Conformity Ratio of Routine Expenditures of Jayawijaya Regency from 2016-2020 has decreased from year to year in 2016 it was at 48.62% and in 2020 it fell to 40.27% with a total average of 45.17% while for the Jayawijaya District Development Expenditure Ratio which was initially in 2016 it reached 51.38% and in 2022 it will increase to 59.73% with an average value of 54.83%.

Abstract

This study was conducted to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of motivation, discipline, environment on employee performance and job satisfaction at the Surabaya City Social Service. This research uses a quantitative approach. This study uses purposive sampling technique which means sampling techniques for specific purposes oriented to the population and specific objectives. The sample in this study were employees of the Surabaya City Social Service. The data processing analysis tool method in this study uses SEM SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study are H1 rejected, H2 accepted, H3 accepted, H4 rejected, H5 rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how well the implementation of learning evaluation, especially the Physical Education learning in Public Junior High Schools in Praya District. The research model used is a survey technique using a questionnaire or questionnaire. Sources of information were obtained from 10 people from 6 public junior high schools in Praya District. Collecting data using a questionnaire or questionnaire. Data analysis using percentage descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the evaluation of learning in State Junior High Schools throughout the Praya District has been carried out very well with a percentage of 84.63%. The results of the research based on the implementation of the evaluation in each school obtained the result that the implementation of the evaluation at SMPN 5 Praya was the best SMPN in the process of implementing the Physical Education learning evaluation. SMPN 5 91.84% with very good category. The second is SMPN 1 Praya with a percentage of 90.38% in the very good category. The third is SMPN 4 Praya with a percentage of 89.18% in the very good category. The fourth is SMPN 2 Praya with a percentage of 85.50%. The fifth is SMPN 7 Praya with a percentage of 80.50% in the good category. And finally SMPN 3 with a percentage of 73.75% in the good category. So, on average, the evaluation process in Penjasorkes learning has been carried out very well.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the phenomenon of student organization financial management at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach to student organizations at IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo while the research is starting from the process of planning, organizing, supervising and reporting accountability. This phenomenon finds answers, namely the financial management of student organizations is not well organized, the campus provides the potential for student organizations to commit fraud resulting in organizational disorientation starting from cheating during the implementation process, manipulation of accountability reporting, as well as the potential for TGR (claims for compensation) against students.

Abstract

As an institution, schools are intended to produce academic graduates who have talent and character. High management standards, as well as openness, responsibility, and accountability, are characteristics of effective schools. Efficient schools serve as the best learning environments while providing high-quality teaching. In this study, the principal's initiative was carried out to support teachers and staff in improving the learning process and developing a better teaching and learning environment to achieve academic goals. The implementation of the principal's supervision, the principal's inspirational leadership, and school success are the three variables included in this study. The research was conducted through quantitative research techniques. Each variable can be explained individually thanks to this investigation. The relationship between different variables is evaluated using correlation. 36 elementary school teachers from Darul Imarah sub-district, Aceh Besar district participated in this study. The research findings show that visionary leadership has an average impact on school effectiveness of 4.44. The partial correlation coefficients for school effectiveness are 0.545 and 0.397, respectively. When compared with the principal's visionary variable, the supervisory performance of the principal has a stronger partial correlation coefficient. Substantial correlations were found between Principal Visionary Leadership (X2) 0.399, Principal Supervision Implementation (X1) 0.033, and School Effectiveness (Y) 0.00.
