Abstract

The Indonesian constitution, namely the 1945 Constitution, is one of the instruments of human rights fulfillment, namely regulating the protection of religious freedom in Indonesia as stated in Article 27 paragraph (1), Article 28D paragraph (1), Article 28e, article 28i paragraph (1) and (2), Article 29 paragraph (2). In order to maintain the relationship between religious freedom and public order, the state makes restrictions on actions that are considered blasphemous or insulting to other religions that can trigger conflicts in public life. In this study raised two problems, namely how the consistency of the application of criminal sanctions against perpetrators of blasphemy in Indonesia ? and What is the form of updating the Criminal Code in realizing the consistency of the application of sanctions against perpetrators of religious blasphemy in Indonesia? The Theory of deferential Association by Edwin H. Sutherland and Emile Durkheim's theory of Anatomy. The method used is a normative juridical research method that begins the collection of legal materials carried out by identifying and inventorying positive legal rules, researching library materials (books, scientific journals, research reports), and other sources of legal materials relevant to the legal issues under study. The result of this study is that the consistency of the application of criminal sanctions against perpetrators of blasphemy in Indonesia. Has not been consistent and the Criminal Code (KUHP) relating to blasphemy needs to be renewed.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct research to analyze (1) the effect of service quality and perceived value on customer satisfaction; (2) the effect of perceived value on consumer satisfaction; and (3) the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction moderated by perceived value. The research was conducted at Pondok Jawi Lahat. In this study, researchers used descriptive research with a quantitative approach, basically one of the existing methods. Collecting data with a questionnaire technique through validity and reliability tests. Data analysis used linear regression analysis and absolute difference test, and previously performed the classical assumption test. The results showed that service quality and perceived value had a significant effect on Pondok Jawi Lahat customer satisfaction. Perceived value is a moderating variable that can strengthen the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. The higher the perceived value of the customer will further strengthen the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the constitutionality of dismissal of judges of the Constitutional Court by the House of Representatives People. This research is a type of normative legal research that uses approach methods with legislation. The research results explain that The move of the House of Representatives towards the Constitutional Court is getting worse shows an attitude of authoritarianism and lawlessness, because the DPR violates the provisions of Article 24 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution (1945 Constitution) which guarantee the existence of the independence of the judiciary power institution, the existence of regulations clear and firm regarding the possibility of dismissing a constitutional judge before the expiration of the term of office is intended to maintain independence and at the same time maintain the independence of judges, for this reason the dismissal of constitutional judges who do not referring to the rules of the Constitutional Court Law can be stated unconstitutional. Actions taken outside the provisions of the norms of Article 23 of the Constitutional Court Law is not in line with the 1945 Constitution because it has the potential to damage and disrupt judicial power as the main stronghold of the rule of law.

Abstract

Environmental pollution is one of the targets in the goals of sustainable development. Bintan Regency as a strategic tourism area and located in the border area and the busiest route in the world, the malacaa strait is one of the areas that is always seen by sludge oil spills. This study aims to analyze the countermeasures that should be carried out by the goverment in tackling sludge oil pollution in the tourism strategic area of Bintan Regency. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interwiews, literacy and direct observation. The results of the research show that the prevention efforts in the form of forming a team to deal with sludge oil spills at the sea stil have weaknesses. Because the operational mechanism has not been celarly structured. The knowledge and awareness of the team members is still limited and the budged allocation for the marine oil handling team has not been budgeted centrally. The lack of use of technology in handling pollution has also become a serious problem resulting in incomplete handling of sludge oil.

Abstract

The results of the study show that Ambon City has received the title of a Primary Child-friendly City in Makassar in 2019 and also has a legal basis which is the Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2019 concerning Child-friendly Cities. Based on this, one of the ways to create a child-friendly city according to Kooten's theory in Salusu (1996: 104) are through 4 strategies, namely: a) Organizational strategy, b) Program strategy, c) Supporting resource strategy, and d) Institutional strategy. The methodology used in this study is qualitative with primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results reveal that even though Ambon City has had the label of Primary Child-friendly City, the Disability-friendly public facilities are still not adequate yet. Besides, there is no child-friendly integrated public spaces that exist in Ambon City.

Abstract

English Education Study Program FKIP Almuslim University's third-semester students sometimes have trouble speaking the language. This is brought on by a fear of making a mistake, a lack of language knowledge, and a poor grasp of pronunciation. By utilizing effective and engaging teaching strategies and media, lecturers in the Speaking course must assist their students in resolving this issue. Diorama, particularly digital diorama, is an effective teaching tool because it is a specific three-dimensional media that illustrates or explains anything in miniature. This research was to find how the effect of using diorama in teaching students’ speaking skill ability in increasing students’ speaking skill ability. The population of these study students of in third semester of English Education Study Program of FKIP Almuslim University with 15 students. In order to see the students’ improvement on speaking skill, the procedure of quantitative data with analytic scoring rubric formulated by Oller (1979). This is the one group pre-test and post-test. The pre-test was used for knowing the skill of the students before use diorama activities. After giving the treatment, the students got the post test. The one-tailed paired-samples t-test was used to examine the effect of using diorama in teaching students’ speaking skill ability in increasing students. This result showed that digital diorama model influenced the enhancement of speaking skill after being trained with using digital diorama model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-regulated learning and student well-being on student academic stress at SMK N 1 Karawang. In this study, there are three variables, namely self-regulated learning, student well-being, and academic stress. The major hypothesis of this study is that there is an effect of self-regulated learning and student well-being on students' academic stress at SMK N 1 Karawang. The number of samples used was 124 vocational students at SMK N 1 Karawang. Using purposive sampling method. The data method in this study uses quantitative methods. The analysis in this study uses multiple regression analysis using SPSS 22.0. Based on the test results, the hypothetical model has an outer loading value above 0.5 and Cronbach's alpha value for all constructs above 0.5. The results showed that there was an effect of self-regulated learning and student well-being on students' academic stress at SMK N 1 Karawang. The result of R Square in this study was 28.8%.

Abstract

The application of problem-based learning is a style of methodology that puts the idea of learning from facts and looking at real-world problems into practice. In order to examine mediated communication, this study used a qualitative ex experimental design using qualitative techniques. This method, known as the "qualitative experiment," makes use of in-depth interviews and focus groups under randomized stimulus circumstances that are commonly found in experimental research. In this work, observational data collecting and document analysis were the primary methods of data acquisition. This study intends to examine how problem-based learning is used in online English learning activities. Highlights from the approach's implementation initiatives include: 1) The concept grasp of the student regarding the subject matter; and 2) the student's critical thinking. These findings suggest that the qualities of the Problem Based Learning approach, namely the student's independence and social competency, had emerged.

Abstract

Covid 19 Pandemic has changed the learning process at various levels. Higher education has been changing how it operates in meeting the needs of teaching and learning in the midst of restrictions due to the Covid 19 outbreak. Online learning has become the best option to ensure that the learning process continues while the outbreak remains controlled. Regardless of its flexibility, it is undeniable that many parties in the education system doubt the effectiveness of online learning in assisting students in achieving their learning objectives. This research aimed to scrutinize factors affecting students’ learning effectiveness in online learning. Using online questionnaires distributed to university students across Indonesia, this research found that technology readiness positively influencing learning motivation and students’ performance, and later learning motivation positively influences students’ performance.

Abstract

Basically, financial service institutions in the form of microfinance institutions (MFIs) are needed to support rural economic development, especially as institutions to facilitate the costs of salt farming businesses. This is because most farmers face technology adoption due to weak capital. This condition occurs in salt farmers, Kalianget District, Sumenep Regency. This study aims to determine the concept of salt business. factors that affect the productivity of salt business, and the role of microfinance in salt farming. The study was conducted in the village of Kertasada with the aim of using a purposive sampling method with a total of 45 samples. The data obtained from the study were analyzed using R/C and Cobb-Douglass functions. The results showed that salt farmers were profitable with an R/C value >1, salt production was significantly affected by labor, weather and family funding
