<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategy for implementing literacy culture using the SWOT analysis model, then draw conclusions and decide on policies to be implemented.This research method is a descriptive case study method. This research was conducted at SMA N I Muntilan, Yogyakarta. The research was conducted in March 2021. The data sources from this research were participants, informants, informants, and teachers. Data collection techniques in descriptive case study research are documents, archival records, interviews, direct observation, participant observation, and physical devices. The data analysis technique used in analyzing the problem formulation is an interactive technique. The results of the research that has been done are as follows: 1) the strategies applied in managing literacy culture are very good. Managed by teachers and librarians who are ready to guide students in implementing literacy programs. 2) the results of the SWOT analysis show that the school has sufficient strength in supporting facilities and infrastructure. High student interest in digital literacy. 3) the weakness in implementing an iteration culture is the lack of qualified human resources who are serious about managing the implementation of a literacy culture in schools. What needs to be improved is the addition of human resources that are directly related to digital literacy. Training for student representatives in increasing digital literacy is also urgently needed.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the use of Bakiak game to the ability to cooperate in the Kindergarten of PKK Sikur Barat. This research method uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data was collected by using observation and interview techniques with principals and teachers in Kindergarten of PKK Sikur Barat. The data analysis technique is by collecting data, reducing data, and drawing conclusions that describe the application of clogs to the ability of children's cooperation in a game activity. The results showed that Bakiak game is one of the games used by teachers in developing one aspect of children's development, namely social emotional in terms of cooperation. And can increase children's sense of cooperation in team games, and the games are carried out as activities at the end of the theme as game activities carried out in the school's out door environment.]]>

<![CDATA[The title of this research is Efforts to Increase Teacher Competence in Compiling Differentiated Lesson Plans through Group Supervision Using a Direct Approach. The research method used is quantitative and qualitative with the implementation of school actions. Group supervision using a scientifically proven direct approach can increase teacher competence in preparing Differentiated Lesson Plans at SMAN 2 Madapangga, Bima Regency. This is evidenced by the increase in the number of teachers' lesson plans with good quality differentiation from 70% to 86% after group supervision using a direct approach. In addition, the number of Differentiated RPP also increased from 30% to 100%. The steps that lead to an increase in teacher competency in preparing the Differentiated RPP include the following steps: 1) Announcement of teacher supervision plans. 2) Implementation of group supervision, where each teacher group representative is asked to present their Differentiated RPP at a teacher meeting, then the principal and senior teacher provide input on the advantages and disadvantages of the teacher's Differentiated RPP. 3) Dividing teachers into several groups where each group is guided by a senior teacher. Finally, it was suggested to friends of madrasah/school heads, the implementation of group supervision with a direct approach is very suitable for increasing teacher competence in preparing Differentiated Lesson Plans, which so far is still an administration that is still difficult to obtain original from our teachers. ]]>

Although some tourism researchers have used the MOA model to study factors influencing community participation, there is still a scarcity of literature that can provide sufficient empirical support to prove the MOA model's predictive power for examining community participation in the tourism context. <![CDATA[Air conditioning, commonly known as Air Conditioner (AC) is one type of cooling machine that is widely used by the community, almost in every home and heat energy is wasted in the surrounding environment from outdoor unit devices. The amount of heat energy released to the environment comes from the heat absorbed by the evaporator or indoor unit to the cooled room and added heat energy from the work of the compressor. The heat energy can be reused. The form of utilizing wasted heat energy is to add a pipe from the compressor to the condenser to heat the water. The working process of the AC machine is a closed cycle of the compressor, condenser, capillary tube and evaporator where the cooling medium will work continuously as long as the AC is turned on. Addition of a pipe to heat water for bathing purposes. The test results of the air conditioner using a water heater is an increase in the actual power that is equal to from 1,357 Kw to 1,447 Kw. The heat removed from the condenser decreased from 154.546 kJ/kg to 152.137 kJ/kg. The resulting temperature from a 20 liter water tank is 63.0 OC in 120 minutes.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the role of the Wattpad application in honing the ability to write short stories for second grade students of SMAN 3 Praya. This type of research uses qualitative research with descriptive methods. The subjects of this research were students of class XI IPA 2 at SMA Negeri 3 Praya in the academic year 2022/2023, consisting of 13 boys and 18 girls. The researcher uses observation sheets, interview, and documentation to collect the data. The results of this research show that the Wattpad application makes it easy to train readers' imaginations and provide ideas that can be developed more broadly, Wattpad trains them to empathize, so they can pour various emotions into their stories and teach students how to write good and correct stories, so that there is a desire to be able to write for students after reading several stories contained in the Wattpad application. The conclusion from the research was the Wattpad application can help students to improve students' writing short stories because in the Wattpad application they learn to make good stories, use the right words and build emotions in a story.]]>

Methodology/Samples/Approach–Method of data collection by questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using regression analysis with SPSS computer program. The population research model is 59 employees. Quantitative analysis approach. Research Results–Individuals' direct organizational citizenship behavior plays a positive role on employee engagement, performance, and intention to leave. Besides that, employee engagement plays a positive role on performance and intention to leave. However employee engagement is not a direct mediator of individual organizational citizenship behavior on performance and intention to leave.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to investigate the effect of promotion and marketing facilitation on the performance of MSMEs as measured by revenue streams for a year. Promotion and marketing facilitation of MSMEs is carried out through SMESCO, which is a work unit under the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs which aims to expand MSME market access both nationally and globally. Promotion and marketing facilitation activities consists of intensive promotion and marketing through offline and online media, implementation of promotional events, marketing partnership cooperation and is supported by increasing the capacity of MSMEs human resources and financing loan facilities. Previous studies have shown that there is a positive and significant influence between promotion, use of online media and partnerships with increasing MSMEs revenue. Through the panel data regression analysis method using the fixed effect estimation model, results can be obtained which state that there is a positive and significant influence between promotion intensity both offline and online, the implementation of promotional events and the implementation of marketing partnership cooperation carried out by SMESCO on the performance of MSMEs as measured by revenue streams. In addition, increasing the capacity of human resources, financing loans and the number of other agencies that also provide guidance to MSMEs as a control variable also has a positive and significant influence on MSMEs revenue. However, the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) policy during the COVID-19 pandemic had a negative and significant impact on MSMEs revenue.]]>

<![CDATA[The emergence of alter ego accounts on Twitter triggers a new phenomenon called "friend with benefit," known as FWB. This phenomenon arises because there is a place to share information and communicate with each other. This FWB behavior is mushrooming on social media with an alter ego account, a second account aimed at seeking FWB, and a means of more unrestrained self-expression. This study aims to describe the FWB phenomenon, identify the forms of FWB behavior, and determine how the alter ego's motives account for FWB behavior. The method used in this research is qualitative content analysis with a qualitative approach. The method obtained is based on observations of @FWBSmg tweet content, interviews, and document review. The results of this study indicate that the FWB phenomenon carried out by alter ego accounts on Twitter is carried out because they want to find satisfaction both sexually and emotionally. Not only that but FWB is also conducted to find friends to chat and hang out with. The results of this study also show that the alter ego account is used as a second account to search for FWB and that the pattern used by the alter ego in searching for FWB on Twitter is also supported by the alter base community named @FWBSmg. Alter ego accounts send menfess with the gender terms "M" for male and "F" for a female when looking for FWB. They are also sending menfess photos by covering their faces with stickers; which is done to hide their real identities in public.]]>
