Abstract

ABSTRACT   The essence of the research problem is how to obtain answers to research results related to construction supervision studies on building failures in construction work by obtaining answers to the following questions: development in general? Second, how is the legal protection for the community for building failure in construction work which causes harm to the community in connection with construction supervision responsibilities? Third, how is the settlement of legal disputes over building failures in construction work in Indonesia when linked to construction supervision rights? The research approach used and the development of the framework of thought in this study are based on a normative juridical approach by conducting an assessment of laws and regulations on building construction and construction, while the research method is a comparative method of various legal policies in several countries that regulate the pattern of interaction of development activities starting from the development stage. Preparation /planning to the stage of use. The findings in this study found that there is a role for legislation relating to construction supervision services in preventing building failures in building work.

Abstract

In Indonesia, which has many tribes and cultures, it turns out that there are many ways to carry out the institution of marriage in every region. In Lombok, for example, marriage is so sacred and full of traditional content, that to hold a wedding, you have to try hard to go through a series of customs, one of which is pisuke, where the male family must pay an amount of money that has been determined by the female family as a sign to be able to hold it. wedding. To facilitate understanding in this writing, we use research methods including; by digging up and digging up data sources from various literature relating to pisuke practice. The contract is clear, the goods being contracted are halal and holy, therefore pisuke in the view of Islamic law is permissible because there has been an agreement between the two parties.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of humanistic learning theory through differentiation learning in elementary schools. The method used in this study is the literature review method where the data comes from various sources of articles in electronic journals. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used in this research is content analysis. The results of this study attempt to illustrate that differentiated learning is learning designed by the teacher to facilitate students in building their knowledge in the process of changing behavior that embodies the diversity of characteristics, interests, motivations of students. Humanistic learning theory is a theory that helps students to enjoy learning about subject matter. Humanistic learning theory can be used to implement differentiated learning in elementary schools. Abstract

The ability to master ICT is one of the efforts to increase teacher professionalism in carrying out learning. The purpose of this research is to describe online applications that teachers use for learning after the Covid19 pandemic. This research is a survey research. The subject of this study involved a sample of teachers in Blitar City, totaling 54 people consisting of 13 men and 41 women with an age range of 26 years to 59 years. The teachers involved in this research teach in both public and private schools in the city of Blitar. The teachers involved in this study had more than five years of teaching experience. Data collection was carried out using a survey questionnaire by filling out the Google form. Data analysis was carried out simultaneously and integrated descriptively. The results of this study indicate that the 5 online applications most frequently used by teachers in learning are Whatsapp, Google Forms, Google Meet, Zoom Meeting, and Quizizz.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what factors influence the low interest of students in mathematics and how the efforts of teachers in fostering students' interest in learning in Mathematics class V at SD Negeri Ngeni 06 Blitar Regency. The type of research used is qualitative research. Activities in this study were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the research that has been done, it was found that there are several factors that influence the low interest in learning students in mathematics, including the internal factors of students as indicated by the lack of interest in learning about mathematics and they assume that mathematics is an abstract and difficult subject, students' attention still low in mathematics and has an effect on low student achievement in mathematics. The factor of low student interest in learning also comes from external factors. Based on the results of interviews with teachers, it shows that teachers still use conventional methods and do not maximize existing learning media in teaching mathematics so that they are less attractive to students. Besides that, how to educate parents at home also affects students' learning interest when at school. The conclusion in this study is the efforts made by the teacher in fostering student interest in learning, especially in mathematics by using web-based interactive media (google sites) and using a variety of learning methods.

Abstract

As a form of summative assessment, Final Semester Assessment (PAS) 1 needs to be carried out. This is not only to measure students' abilities but more on the follow-up that needs to be done after completing the PAS implementation. The purpose of this study was to determine the cognitive level of the IPA PAS questions. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. With research on the cognitive level, it is hoped that in the future it will be able to improve HOTS questions and students can improve their numeracy literacy skills. After analyzing the PAS 1 questions, it was found that out of 50 questions there were 37 questions with a percentage of 74% at the LOTS level in the C1-C3 range. and there are 13 questions or 26% with the HOTS level or in the C4-C6 range. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the Class 6 Science PAS questions at UPT SP SDN Karangtengah 3 are still at the LOTS level. In the future, research is needed that does not only analyze the cognitive level but can also relate it to literacy, so that students will find it easier to work on HOTS questions.

Abstract

In the era of digitalization of the 21st century, the ability of teachers to master digital-based learning is a must in efforts to improve the competence of teachers and students. The purpose of this study is to analyze various digital media that teachers use during online learning and after. This research was conducted by survey method. The subject of this study involved a sample of 6th grade teachers in Blitar City, totaling 55 teachers consisting of 14 male teachers and 41 female teachers with an age range of 26 - 59 years. All of the teachers involved in this study teach in both public and private schools in Blitar City. There are 4 teachers with less than five years of teaching experience, 18 teachers with five to ten years of teaching experience, 10 teachers of eleven to fifteen years of teaching experience and 23 teachers who teach more than fifteen years. Data collection is done by filling out the Google form. Data analysis was carried out simultaneously and integrated descriptively. Based on the findings above, it can be concluded that all teachers in Blitar City or 55 people use WA as a learning application. WA is also the most frequently used application with usage reaching 94.5% or 52 out of 55 survey fillers. Meanwhile, the application with the least number of users was Classpoint, which was chosen by 2 out of 55 people or around 3.6%. Classpoint and Edpuzzle are also applications that are rarely used. Ease of use is the most common reason for grade 6 teachers in Blitar City to choose learning applications, this can be seen from the data of around 37 out of 55 teachers or around 84.1%.

Abstract

Land in Indonesia still remains but its use is increasing and makes the value of land prices also go up, so it often causes conflict. Therefore, a complete settlement is needed that can be accepted by the litigants so that justice is created between the litigants. In this study raised two problems, namely how the legal consequences of natural disaster events that resulted in a shift in land boundaries and how the legal protection for the injured parties related to the shifting of land boundaries?. The method used is a normative juridical research method that initiates the collection of legal materials carried out by identifying and inventory of positive legal rules, researching library materials (books, scientific journals, research reports), and other sources of legal materials relevant to the legal issues under study. The results of this study suggested that the land shifted boundaries that can not be proved again because of the physical data is lost, so it is no longer in accordance with the physical data and juridical data as a strong evidence, it can solve the problem with physical evidence and non-physical in court and outside the court as UUPA and PP No. 24 of 2007 on Land Registration. However, in Article 43 of the regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning / head of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia number 21 of 2020 concerning the handling and settlement of land cases is a form of legal protection against the community regarding dispute resolution that can be resolved through mediation at the initiative of the ministry, Regional Office, Land Office and so on.

Abstract

Guidance and counselling are essential for a child's future success in school. The study acknowledges that counselling is a transformative process that assists people in learning everything they need to learn both inside and outside of school. Design / Methodology / Approach: Because this is an opinion paper, the study used to review research techniques. Findings: The paper acknowledges that counsellors must build the child's confidence in order for him or her to be able to provide the necessary information in order to help the child (students). Practical implications: Guidance counsellors should encourage students to attend therapy sessions to assist the child in their future success. Originality / Importance: This paper discusses the role of guidance and counselling in effective teaching and learning in schools for children's future success.

Abstract

The research on Revitalization of Minahasan Culture Through Vocabulary of Traditional Food  Names in The Context of Developing Culinary Tourism in North Sulawesi Province intends to improve previous research that has been conducted. This research is proposed for one year. The problem formulated in this research is the naming system of Minahasan traditional food  and its meaning.  This research aims to (1) identify and classify the naming system of traditional Minahasan food, (2) analyze and describe the meaning of traditional Minahasan food names.   The specific targets to be achieved in this research are (1) the identification and classification of the naming system of traditional Minahasan food , (2) the identification and classification of linguistic units in the form of words, phrases, and clauses of traditional Minahasan food names, and (3) the results of explanation and description in the form of cultural meaning in linguistic units in the form of words, phrases, and clauses of traditional Minahasan food names. The vocabulary of traditional Minahasan food names as a naming system that has meaning and cultural value based on the cognition of the Minahasan community was found in this study. The origin of food names and the concept of Minahasan culture are also reflected in traditional Minahasan food names. The method used is descriptive qualitative method with an approach through ethnography, synchronic linguistics and gastronomic linguistics methods. Techniques and data collection were observation and interview. The research location is in North Sulawesi Province, especially Minahasan Regency by selecting several cities in the area of North Sulawesi Province by purposive sampling, namely data collection according to research needs. The results of the research are food labeled linulut (food that is inserted in bamboo and burned) and non-linulut (food not in bamboo). The naming system of traditional Minahasann food consists of ingredients, cooking utensils, food makers, places where food is made, the arrival of Minahasann people, and people's names. The form of traditional Minahasann food names consists of words, phrases, and clauses. Pangi, gohu and woku are words. Woku blanga, rica rodo, and Sayor pa'it are phrases. Clauses consist of Ayang woku isi di bulu, Babi woku isi di bulu, and ikang mas bungkus deng daong woka. The meaning of food names is denotative meaning and connotative meaning. The denotative meaning corresponds to the food ingredient, namely pangi. The connotative meaning is the name of the food sende'en, pongkor, fried brot cookies, and Bobengka.
