Abstract

Family Planning (KB) is a program established by the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) which aims to control the population in Indonesia. In implementing the family planning program, this is done by using contraceptives. The word contraception comes from the word "contra" which means to prevent and "conception" which means a meeting between a sperm cell and a mature egg cell which results in fertilization. According to Law No. 52 of 2009 regulates Population Development and Family Development. The manifestation of this program is the creation of regular pregnancies, determining the right age for giving birth, and maintaining one's reproductive rights (Ministry of Health RI, 2015). This population control is carried out in an effort to minimize population density and improve the quality of Human Resources (HR) in Indonesia. The research method used in this study is a literature review by analyzing journals about the factors that influence contraceptive devices from Google Schoolar between 2023. The results of the study using a literature review obtained that from the 8 journals analyzed it was found that many factors influenced the choice of device. contraception. The results of the research analyzed by the researcher, from eight (8) journals showed that in five (5) journals that husband's support was the main factor influencing the choice of contraceptives. While other factors that influence the choice of contraceptives are age, education, level of knowledge, parity, income, employment and support from health workers.

Abstract

PT MBN is committed as an aggregator, off-taker, and executor of operational supervision for BUMDes in Indonesia. BUMDes business development by PT MBN is carried out indirectly through subsidiaries established by BUMDes and PT MBN. One of these subsidiaries is PT MD Sleman Sembada which is a jointly controlled entity and an object of control company. PT MBN gives reverse dividend rights and does not match the number of shares to BUMDes. There must be a meeting point between BUMDes goals as specified in Article 3 of Government Regulation Number 11 of 2021 concerning Village Owned Enterprises and the vision and mission of PT MBN. PT MD Sleman Sembada is placed as a controlled company because all decision making on the management of the company is under the full control of PT MBN as the majority shareholder. Nevertheless, the legal construction of limited liability and the legal independence of PT MD Sleman Sembada must also be considered in efforts to develop a just BUMDes business through PT DM Sleman Sembada.

Abstract

Alif Dio Setiawan. 301 18 11 001. 2023. Factors Influencing the Selection of Career Interest in Becoming a Public Accountant for Students Majoring in Accounting (Study on College Accounting Students Batch 2018-2019 in Bangka Belitung). This study aims to determine the effect of financial rewards, professional training, work environment and labor market considerations on choosing a career interest to become a public accountant for students majoring in accounting class of 2018 and 2019 at state universities in Bangka Belitung. This research uses quantitative methods. The data used is primary data. Primary data was obtained from online interviews using the Google form. The sampling method used in this study is the saturated sample method in which the total population becomes the total sample to be examined. The sample studied was 296 students majoring in accounting consisting of 2 campuses namely, Bangka Belitung University and IAIN SAS Bangka Belitung. The results of this study indicate that financial rewards, professional training, work environment and labor market considerations have a positive and significant influence on the interest to become a Public Accountant among accounting students at the Bangka Belitung Islands provincial university.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of testimonials, social media, celebrity endorsements on purchasing decisions for Wardah cosmetic products among women. The method used is quantitative by using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The sample used was 100 female respondents who bought Wardah cosmetic products in Bekasi. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression techniques using SPSS 25.0 software. The results of the study show that testimonials, social media, and celebrity endorsements have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Wardah cosmetic products. Testimonials and celebrity endorsements have a bigger impact than social media. The implication of this research is that cosmetic companies can utilize testimonials and celebrity endorsements as effective marketing tools to increase product purchasing decisions. In addition, social media can also be used as an effective marketing tool, if it is chosen correctly and adjusted to the desired target market.

Abstract

Compensation is a form of payment given by the company to employees in return for the contributions and achievements that have been given. In the world of work, compensation is one of the important factors to motivate employees to perform well. Therefore, companies must design a compensation system that is in accordance with the performance and contribution of employees. CV. Geo Karya Pratama is a company engaged in Topography Survey and Land Investigation, where the compensation system provided by this company is important to be studied. The purpose of this study is to determine the compensation system applied by CV. Geo Karya Pratama, as well as the impact of the compensation system on company employees. The method used in this research is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was obtained through interviews with company employees and CV management. Geo Karya Pratama. Data analysis was conducted using the content analysis method. The results showed that CV. Geo Karya Pratama implements a compensation system that is quite varied and flexible. The compensation system consists of several components, namely basic salary, health allowance, attendance allowance, and meal allowance. The company's employees are satisfied with the compensation system implemented and feel that the system is quite fair. The impact of the compensation system implemented by CV. Geo Karya Pratama on the company's employees is the increased motivation and work performance of employees.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how and how much the community responds to a case of Post-Khitbah Marriage Cancellation in Mattampa, Pangkep Regency. Which is described in the sub-problem: What is the concept of khitbah and the social consequences of canceling a marriage after khitbah on the community in Mattampa, Pangkep Regency. How is the legal review regarding the cancellation of marriage after the khitbah in Mattampa, Pangkep Regency. Answering the problems raised, then pursued through a juridical analysis approach, while the type of research conducted is qualitative research.

Abstract

This research investigates the utilization of e-audit applications in the management information system of the Indonesian National Police Inspectorate. The Inspectorate plays a crucial role in upholding the integrity and efficiency of the Republic of Indonesia Police. However, the manual audit process faces challenges in terms of accuracy, efficiency, and standardization. Therefore, the utilization of e-audit applications is seen as a potential solution to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the audit system.This study employs a mixed-methods approach that combines literature review, observation, interviews, and surveys. The literature review provides an understanding of the utilization of e-audit applications and management information systems in the context of the Inspectorate. Observations and interviews were conducted to observe the existing audit processes and gain direct insights from auditors and Inspectorate staff. Surveys were utilized to collect data on users' perceptions and experiences with e-audit applications. The findings indicate that the utilization of e-audit applications can enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of the audit process. E-audit applications enable process automation, accurate data collection, quick analysis, and efficient report generation. However, the implementation of e-audit applications also faces challenges such as the need for deep understanding, staff competence development, and adequate information technology infrastructure. This research contributes to understanding the role and benefits of utilizing e-audit applications in the management information system of the Inspectorate. Recommendations are provided to strengthen awareness and understanding, enhance staff competence, and overcome information technology infrastructure constraints. It is expected that the utilization of e-audit applications can improve the overall quality of internal supervision and transparency within the Indonesian National Police.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the minimarket industry in Medan is contributing to increasingly fierce competition between retail companies, with each company competing to attract consumers with superior offerings and retain existing customers. Promotion is used by businesses to communicate expected messages to audiences and to influence public perception and action. The purpose of this study is to maintain K3mart customer satisfaction with marketing strategies, public relations and journalistic media. This research is a descriptive research using a qualitative approach as an analytical tool. The technique of taking subjects in this study is the Purposive technique. The informants of this researcher came from K3mart employees Jl. Putri Merak Jingga Kesawan and 6 K3mart visitors. Methods of collecting observational data, interviews and documentation. The results showed that Public Relations and Journalism Marketing Strategies through Information helped K3mart customers be happy when they visited Jl. Putri Merak Jingga Kesawan. This is done by sharing information through media, such as by posting content on Instagram, distributing brochures, or putting up banners. By providing good service, friendliness, marketing, public relations, and journalistic tactics through public service are used to make customers happy. Through publication, marketing, public relations, and journalism tactics are used to keep customers happy. K3mart Jl. Putri Merak Jingga Kesawan is done by placing more ads on paper and on social media and informing people about special offers on the products it sells.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the potential of the agricultural, forestry and fisheries sectors in six regencies and one city in the western part of Sumatra, namely; Simeulue District, Aceh Province, Nias, South Nias, North Nias, West Nias and Gunungsitoli City in North Sumatra Province and Mentawai Islands District in West Sumatra Province. The analytical method used is through Location Quotient (LQ) Analysis, Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ) and Kalssen Typology Analysis during the 2008-2022 period. The results of the LQ calculation show that the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sectors are the basic or leading sectors in Simeulue, Nias, South Nias, North Nias, West Nias and Mentawai Islands, while this sector in Gunungsitoli City is a non-base sector. Based on the results of the DLQ analysis, although this sector is the base sector in Nias, North Nias, West Nias and the Mentawai Islands, in the long term/time period 2008-2022 the growth rate of this sector tends to slow down markedly by a DLQ value < 1. In Nias Regency, even during a period of 15 years, only once in 2013 did it show a DLQ value > 1 or a fast growth rate, besides that it experienced a slow rate. In contrast to the results of the analysis in Simeulue and South Nias Regencies, where during the period 2008-2022 this base sector was consistent with growth rates that tended to be fast. While the results of the Klassen Typology analysis show that the agricultural, forestry and fisheries sectors in South Nias and Mentawai Islands are developed sectors, in Simeulue, Nias, North Nias and West Nias Regencies are developing sectors, namely the advanced but depressed sector, while in Gunungsitoli City it is sectors that have the potential to be developed into advanced sectors.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum is a part of the Ministry of Education and Culture's efforts to address long-standing learning problems, exacerbated by the Covid-19 epidemic. Low student learning outcomes, especially in basic areas such as reading literacy, define this problem. Teachers and principals are important components in the successful implementation of teaching and learning activities. Therefore, a teacher must really understand the curriculum, starting from a theoretical understanding to its application in the classroom, which is always under the supervision of the principal. The purpose of this study was to determine the supervision tools used in the implementation of the education unit level curriculum (KTSP) at the elementary school level in Padang Panjang City, West Sumatra. The data collection procedures used in this study are: (1) in-depth interviews, (2) participant observation, and (3) documentation study. The findings of this study include nine techniques used by principals in the supervision process during the implementation of the independent curriculum (KKM) at the primary school level using the instruments used, namely. (1) review of learning administration; (2) review of the flow of learning objectives; (3) review of learning modules; and (4) evaluation of learning implementation every school year
