<![CDATA[An Nur Mosque or better known as the Luar Batang Mosque in the coastal area in North Jakarta is a historical heritage built in 1739. Until now, the Luar Batang Mosque, which is considered sacred, has been visited by many people both from Jakarta and outside Jakarta. As a religious tourism location, the Luar Batang Mosque currently has many limitations both physical and non-physical facilities, such as the lack of parking lots, limited visitor accommodation and the lack of availability of information that can be obtained by the public if they want to visit. The research conducted through this qualitative method was carried out to provide recommendations to the management of the Luar Batang Mosque and the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government to be able to develop the potential of religious tourism to make it more friendly and comfortable for visitors and provide benefits to the surrounding community, as is done at the Jogokariyan Mosque in Yogyakarta or the historic Kebon Jeruk Mosque in West Jakarta.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted at PT. Delta Bekasi. This study aims to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) in machining process in an automotive company by conducting Six Big Losses analysis. The method used is a case study with a qualitative and quantitative approach. Data was collected through direct observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis carried out using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Six Big Losses methods. The results of the study show that the OEE in the machining process at the automotive company is still low. After analyzing the Six Big Losses, factors causing production failures were found, such as downtime due to machine maintenance, long preparation times , and product defects. Based on the results of the analysis, several improvement steps are proposed, including: the use of preventive maintenance on machines, increasing the skills of machine operators, and improving the production process. By making improvements to the factors causing production failures, the OEE in the machining process at the automotive company increased from 82.24% to 85.39%. This shows that Six Big Losses analysis can help increase production efficiency and reduce downtime in automotive companies.]]>

<![CDATA[Whereas in civil law there is a force majeure in the event of a failure to fulfill performance in an agreement. The President issued Presidential Decree Number 12 of 2020 concerning Designation of the Non-Natural Disaster of the Spread of CoronaVirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) as a national disaster. One of the impacts of the Covid-19 outbreak is that economic growth has decreased, including in terms of agreements. Therefore, this study aims to examine the arrangements and legal certainty of multipurpose financing agreements in force majeure, in which parties who cannot fulfill their performance obligations as a result of being affected by Covid-19 cannot be immediately declared as default due to an element of intent. As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, disputes arose between debtors and creditors, using the theory of legal agreements and the theory of legal certainty.The method used in this writer is normative juridical research carried out as an effort to obtain the necessary data in connection with the problem. The data used is secondary data consisting of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Besides that, primary data and secondary legal materials are also used. Data analysis was carried out using a qualitative juridical analysis method.The research results obtained, that multipurpose financing agreements in force majeure in this case the Covid-19 pandemic have an impact on debtors not carrying out achievements or defaults not caused by intentional or negligent factors, but because of circumstances that occur beyond expectations and debtor capabilities, legal remedies to resolve default disputes by debtors during the Covid-19 pandemic, dispute resolution outside the court is by negotiating with the parties]]>

<![CDATA[Satisfied patients are a very valuable asset because if patients are satisfied, they will continue to use the services of their choice. Based on data on the number of patient visits to general polyclinics from 2021 there were 11,657 while in 2022 there were 10,013 with an average of 30 patient visits per day. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between officer performance and patient satisfaction at the General Polyclinic at the Tanjung Karang Health Center, Mataram City. The research design was "cross-sectional". A sample of 92 people was taken by random sampling method, namely by accidental sampling from a population of 2,625. Data was collected by interview method with a questionnaire tool. Data analysis was performed by Chi-Square analysis. The results of the Chi-Square test show that there is a relationship between officer performance and general polyclinic patient satisfaction with statistical tests that there is a low/weak relationship with a correlation coefficient value of a significant positive direction and a significant test is carried out so there is a relationship between the two variables because the p-value or Sig of 0.00 or less than 0.05 (5%). Suggestions in this study are that there is a need to increase the performance of officers such as responsiveness, providing clear and precise information about the disease, giving attention or understanding to patients so that patients feel safe during examinations and equipment for the physical facilities of the Tanjung Karang Health Center General Polyclinic.]]>

<![CDATA[The condition of DKI Jakarta as one of the economic centers in Indonesia, has a very high level of population mobility both from within and other cities around it. The application of urban management in the form of Transit Oriented Development (TOD)-based development planning which accommodates the need for human mobilization in the area on foot is one of the principles of organizing a compact city towards a sustainable city. Considering this explanation, this study aims to examine the needs of the main and supporting facilities on the pedestrian path in the TOD area. The method implemented in this study is the collection of literature and secondary data and field verification by comparing the existing conditions in the area with the stipulation of policies that have been approved for further processing in order to provide recommendations for input or improvement in accordance with applicable regulations.]]>

<![CDATA[To identify the topic of sustainable livelihood, the author tried to make the Kuta Jungak Tourism Village in Pakpak Bharat District, Siempat Rube District and founded in 2005The development of the Kuta Jungak Tourism Village has received support from the local community, although it has yet to attract many visits. This study aimed to identify the potential for sustainable livelihood-based tourism for the people of Kuta Jungak Tourism Village. This study aimed to identify the potential for sustainable livelihood-based tourism in the Kuta Jungak Tourism Village, Pakpak Bharat Regency. This study used qualitative research methods. The informants in this study were the managers of the Kuta Jungak Tourism Village and the village community. Kuta Jungak Tourism Village, when viewed from the tourism potential according to the tourism component 4A, has the potential to make this village a pilot tourism village. However, it continues, and this village has many tasks in developing a tourist village. Furthermore, the concept of sustainable livelihood can be used as a reference in developing the Kuta Jungak Tourism Village with its five indicators. After reviewing it, it was found that for each indicator of sustainable livelihood, all indicators had yet to be implemented in the Kuta Jungak Tourism Village. Existing potential must be developed to attract tourist visits and provide positive benefits for the welfare of rural communities and assist the government in achieving village development indicators.]]>

<![CDATA[This study is through a historical discretive qualitative approach to the thinking and renewal of education. KH Ahmad Dahlan is a phenomenal study of various Muslim intellectuals with various scientific approaches. The purpose of this study is to redefine the fighting spirit of the figure responsible for reforms in the world of education, and the hope is that the younger generation will not be dim in making innovations, should make the spirit of KH. Ahmad Dahlan as a torch who always blames the spirits of all the nation's children. In terminology, many education experts define the purpose of Education according to KH. H. Ahmad Dahlan argues that the purpose of Islamic education is the establishment of akhlaqul qarimah is the main goal of Islamic education. A goal is something that is expected to be achieved after an effort or activity is completed. This sentence delegates that the primacy of education lies in akhalak, and value above all, the concept of Islamic Education which is considered final (comprehensive) success if it has achieved its goal which is measurable in the form of human behavior both individually and socially. As the embodiment of Muhammad's apostolic duty, he was sent to the earth, nothing but "to perfect the morals of his people". The education pioneered by K.H. Ahmad Dahlan combines faith and progress so as to produce a generation that is able to face the times. In combining Dutch education with pesantren education, K.H. Ahmad Dahlan is referred to as an infidel kiai who imitates the education of infidels. However, Dahlan continued to carry out the education with all the ideals that were expected according to his goals.]]>

<![CDATA[High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) are one of the important thinking skills for learning mathematics. The importance of HOTS causes teachers to be able to map students' HOTS abilities so they can provide appropriate learning, especially to improve HOTS itself. Therefore we need a HOTS-based assessment instrument so that students' higher-order thinking skills can be measured properly. This study aims to develop a HOTS-based assessment instrument on numbers and their operations for fourth grade elementary school students. The development stage carried out is the preliminary stage, the self-evaluation stage, the formative evaluation stage through expert reviews, one on one, and small group) and field tests. The test instrument used is content validity test with Lawshe's CVR coefficient. Furthermore, item analysis was carried out using Graded Response Model (GRM) analysis. The results of this study indicate that the HOTS mathematical test instrument developed using numbers and their operations in measuring the high-level thinking skills of fourth grade students at SD Gugus V Sukawati achieves predetermined criteria, namely valid and reliable. The test instrument in the form of HOTS math questions which was developed has a valid quality in improving the mathematical high-level thinking of fourth grade students at SD Gugus V Sukawati. This is supported by the validation results of 7 validators who obtained a value of 2.95, which means that the HOTS math questions are in the relevant criteria.]]>

<![CDATA[High Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) is important for students' thinking skills. The application of HOTS-oriented problems to students is a crucial thing that needs to be implemented by teachers so that students have the ability to think at a higher level, and are ready to face various problems in everyday life. In fact, the level of thinking of students in Indonesia has not yet reached HOTS, so that the quality of our human resources is still lagging behind that of developed countries. This research has the aim of testing and compiling the quality of HOTS questions related to mathematics for class VIII students of SMP PGRI 2 Denpasar semester I. The development model applied to the development of this product is by applying the formative research type which is structured through several stages including preliminary, self-evaluation, and formative evaluation. The results of this study indicate that the HOTS math questions that have been developed meet valid and reliable criteria. The HOTS test results of the students obtained an average of 71.10 with a completeness percentage of 70, with (r count) > 0.361 (r table). The reliability of the test obtained is 0.940, this shows the interpretation of reliability in the high category. All items have differentiating power in the "very good" category and all questions are in the category of good difficulty level because they are in the interval 0.31-0.70. So that the HOTS mathematical questions have practical, valid, and effective qualities to improve thinking skills at a higher level for Grade VIII students at SMP PGRI 2 Denpasar.]]>

<![CDATA[PT Hardaya Mining Energy (PT HME) as a coal supplier in Indonesia with a quantity of 3 million Metric Tons (MT) per year is still testing coal samples by sending a large number of samples per day to PT Sucofindo Tarakan Branch and also other PT Sucofindo Branches in the Kalimantan region which costs a lot of additional shipping costs and makes the certificate issuance time long, so PT HME plans to work with PT Sucofindo Tarakan Branch to procure PT HME On Site coal laboratory. The purpose of this study is to assess the financial feasibility of PT HME's On Site laboratory procurement investment. Quantitative descriptive research method is used in this research to find the amount of investment feasibility value based on the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Ratio (PP), and Break Event Point (BEP) formulas. The results of this study show an NPV value greater than zero, the IRR value is at a percentage of 55%, PP produces a value of 0.81 years or 9.76 months, and has a BEP value that increases every year. Thus, PT HME's on-site coal laboratory investment is feasible.]]>
