This research aims to determine and analyze the impact of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior through affective commitment in employees of the Payakumbuh City Transportation Department. This type of research is descriptive causative research. The respondents of this study were 42 people using total sampling techniques. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using SEM with the help of SmartPLS software version 4.0.1. The research findings show that job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on affective commitment. In addition, this study also proves that affective commitment mediates the impact of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior positively and significantly.

First, how coping mechanisms impact quality of life; second, how coping mechanisms impact work-life balance (3) how a healthy work-life balance affects happiness (4) how work-life balance mediates the impact of coping mechanisms on life satisfaction. This study is an example of a causal study. The 46 people who work at the PT Bank Nagari Lubuk Basung Branch made up the study's population. The complete sampling approach was employed to collect samples from 46 workers. Collecting data via the use of a Likert-scale questionnaire. The methodology used in the analysis facilitated by SmartPLS 4. This study's data processing findings show that: (1) PT Bank Nagari Lubuk Basung Branch workers' quality of life is positively and significantly impacted by coping techniques. PT Bank Nagari Lubuk Basung Branch workers' work-life balance is positively and significantly impacted by their coping mechanisms. Thirdly, workers at the PT Bank Nagari Lubuk Basung Branch report higher quality of life when they are able to strike a good work-life balance. Work-life balance is a mediator between coping methods and quality of life for PT Bank Nagari Lubuk Basung Branch workers.

This study uses Self Efficacy as a mediator to look at the relationship between Career Commitment and Subjective Career Success in civil servants (PNS) Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. This study employs quantitative methods and is classified as causal research. The respondents for this research were 32 respondents using the total sample technique. Data was gathered using a questionnaire featuring a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques use SEM with the SmartPLS4 application. From the research results, it was found that Career Commitment and Self-Efficacy positively and significantly impacts Subjective Career Success. Apart from that, this research also proves that Self Efficacy mediates the impact of Career Commitment on Subjective Career Success positively and significantly.

Purpose of Study: (1) Effects of Work-Life Balance on Individuals' Perceived Well-Being 2) how a healthy work-life balance affects contentment in one's position the impact of contentment in one's work on one's sense of well-being (4 ) how contentment with one's professional life influences one's subjective well-being. This study employs quantitative methods and is based on causal principles. One hundred and eighty-eight individuals who worked at PT Semen Padang made up the study's population and sample. I am collecting data using a survey that uses a Likert scale. The method used in the study was PLS (Partial Least Square), a structural equation modeling method implemented in SmartPLS 4. The study's data processing findings show that: (1) PT. Semen Padang workers' subjective well-being is positively and significantly impacted by work-life balance. T (2) PT. Semen Padang workers report higher levels of job satisfaction when they are able to strike a comfortable balance between their professional and personal lives. Personnel at PT. Semen Padang report higher levels of subjective well-being when they are satisfied with their jobs. Four, PT Semen Padang workers' subjective well-being is positively and significantly impacted by work-life balance, as measured by job satisfaction.

The research investigates the impact of work-family conflict on health workers burnout, taking into account the mediating role of job stress. The research participants consisted of 70 health workers selected through total sampling techniques from all female health workers. Data analysis wa carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), with data processing using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the hypothesis test show that work-family conflict has a positive effect on burnout. Apart from that, job stress also influence burnout. From the test results it can also be proven that job stress is able to mediate the relationship between work-family conflict and burnout of health workers at the Pauh Kambar Community Health Center. These findings highlight the importance of reducing officer burnout to prevent a decrease in work effectiveness and efficiency that is less than optimal.

This study analyzes: (1) the effect of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction in the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Office of the Ministry of Religion of Padang City (2) the effect of emotional intelligence on interactional justice in (ASN) Office of the Ministry of Religion of Padang City (3) the effect of interactional justice on job satisfaction (ASN) Office of the Ministry of Religion of Padang City (4) the effect of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction in employees of the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Padang City through interactional justice as a mediating variable. This research is quantitative research. The research sample was 61 employees of the Padang City Ministry of Religious Affairs Office. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling. Data collection is a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results in this study indicate that (1) There is a significant and positive influence between Emotional Intelligence and Job Satisfaction in the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of the Padang City Ministry of Religion Office, with a form of Job Satisfaction. (2) There is a significant and positive influence between Emotional Intelligence and Interactional Justice on the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of the Padang City Ministry of Religious Affairs Office, (3) There is a significant and positive influence between Interactional Justice and Job Satisfaction on the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of the Padang City Ministry of Religious Affairs Office (4) There is an indirect effect between the influence of Emotional Intelligence and Job Satisfaction.

The aim of this research is to research about. (1) the influence of employee employment on the Innovation Implementation Behavior of Bank Nagari employees (2) the influence of servant leadership on the Innovation Implementation Behavior of Bank Nagari employees (3) the influence of employee employment on the Innovation Implementation Behavior of Bank Nagari employees which is moderated by servant leadership. The type of research is quantitative descriptive research, the data source is primary data, and the data collection technique is through distributing questionnaires which are distributed directly to PT Bank Nagari employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) on Employee Performance with Employee Satisfaction as a Mediating Variable in Manufacturing Companies. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population in this study were employees of manufacturing companies in Padang City totaling 530 people. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling totaling 147 people. Data collection using a questionnaire. The analysis method uses Partial Least Square using Smart PLS. The results showed that: The influence of information processing in this review shows that: (1) Leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee satisfaction. (2) Education and training have no significant effect on employee satisfaction. (3) Teamwork has no significant effect on employee satisfaction. (4) Employee relations have a positive and significant influence on employee satisfaction. (5) Employee satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (6) Leadership has no significant effect on employee performance. (7) Education and training has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (8) Teamwork has no significant effect on employee satisfaction. (9) Employee relations have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

This research is a causal research. The population of this study were all employees of Smart GPS Padang with 50 employees. The number of samples used was 50 employees who were taken using total sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used through SmartPLS 4 software. The results of data processing in this study indicate that: (1) emotional intelligence has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention in Smart GPS Padang employees (2) emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on well-being in Smart GPS Padang employees (3) well-being has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention in Smart GPS Padang employees (4) emotional intelligence has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention mediated by well-being in Smart GPS Padang employees.
