Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) The effect of role ambiguity on job satisfaction (2) the effect of role ambiguity on job stress (3) the effect of job stress on job satisfaction (4) the effect of role ambiguity on job satisfaction with job stress as a mediating variable in Batuhampar health center employees. This research is quantitative in nature. The population in this study were employees of the Batuhampar health center with a total of 36 people. The sampling technique used a total sample with a total of 36 employees. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques used through smart PLS 4 software. The results of data processing in this study show that: (1) role ambiguity has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction of Batuhampar health center employees (2) role ambiguity has a positive and significant effect on job stress (3) job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction (4) job stress negatively and significantly mediates the effect of role ambiguity on job satisfaction of Batuhampar health center employees.

Abstract

This study set out to examine the link that exists between total quality management and organizational performance in the presence of innovation as a mediator or variable. The population of this study were all teachers and education personnel at the SMP Ar-Risalah Islamic Boarding School as many as 45 people. The number of samples used in the study was 45 people using the total sampling technique. This study employed causality research as its research strategy. With the aid of SmartPLS 4.0, the Structural Equational Model (SEM) is the data analysis method employed. The study's findings suggested that; (1) total quality management has an important and favorable impact on organizational performance; (2) organizational performance is positively and significantly impacted by innovation; (3) total quality management significantly and favorably influences innovation; (4) innovation isn’t able to act as a mediator in the link between total quality managememt and organizational performance.

Abstract

The present research intends to probe the degree to which perceived organizational support can have a profound effect on organizational citizenship behavior as being mediated via organizational commitment. at PT Telkom Akses Padang. It is a type of causal associative research using a quantitative and survey method. All data were gathered through questionnaires employing the total sampling technique, the total sample size represents 60 respondents. To test the hypothesis, we use SEM technique with the assistance of SmartPLS4 application. From the results, it was found that Perceived organizational support and organizational commitment display positive and significant impacts on organizational citizenship behavior. Besides, other outcomes also revealed that organizational commitment is capable of mediating the connection among perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to examine: (1) the effect of emotional intelligence on career adaptability (2) the effect of emotional intelligence on career adaptability (3) the effect of career decision self efficacy on career adaptability (4) the effect of emotional intelligence on career adaptability through career decision self efficacy among college students. Methodology - This research is a causal research. The population of this study were final year students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Padang State University. The number of samples used was a population of 100 students who were taken using total sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert Scale. The analysis technique used through SmartPLS 4 software. Results - The results of data processing in this study indicate that: (1) emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on career adaptability in FEB UNP final year students (2) emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on career decision self efficacy in FEB UNP final year students (3) career decision self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on career adaptability in FEB UNP final year students (4) career decision self efficacy mediates the effect of emotional intelligence on career adaptability in FEB UNP final year students.

Abstract

The development of increasingly sophisticated banking technology has made the most of growth, therefore the study aims to analyze and identify service attributes in Nagari Mobile Banking, using the E-Servqual dimension and the Kano model is used to determine improvement priorities. Sampling uses non-probability sampling techniques and the method used is purposive sampling, the sample used is 100 respondents who are Nagari Mobile Bankink users. The results of research using E-Servqual show that there are 9 service attributes that have a negative value, so these attributes need to be improved and developed, in order to fulfill customer desires. While the results of the CS-Soefficient calculation show the highest better value of 0.66 with the Efficiency dimension, namely Mobile banking has a high level of data encryption, while the highest worse value of - 0.58 whith the Fulfillment dimension is that mobile banking can be trusted.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of career calling on students' learning engagement, taking into account the mediating role of career commitment. The research participants consisted of 213 students selected through cluster random sampling techniques from various economics majors. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), with data processing using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the hypothesis test show that career calling has a positive effect on learning engagement. Apart from that, career commitments also influence learning engagement. From the test results it can also be proven that career commitment is able to mediate the relationship between career calling and learning engagement of economics students at Padang State University. These findings highlight the importance of increasing learning engagement among students to carefully design learning activities for their future career development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak konflik hubungan dan persepsi politik organisasi terhadap keadilan organisasi di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Penelitian ini mengkaji: (1) pengaruh konflik hubungan terhadap keadilan organisasi, (2) pengaruh konflik hubungan terhadap persepsi politik organisasi, (3) dampak politik organisasi terhadap keadilan organisasi, dan (4) peran mediasi politik organisasi antara konflik hubungan dan keadilan organisasi. Pendekatan penelitian kausal digunakan dengan mengambil sampel 99 karyawan dari total 132 karyawan melalui teknik sampel acak berlapis proporsional. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis dengan perangkat lunak Smart PLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konflik hubungan berdampak negatif terhadap keadilan organisasi namun secara positif memengaruhi persepsi politik organisasi. Selain itu, persepsi politik organisasi berdampak negatif pada keadilan organisasi dan memediasi hubungan antara konflik hubungan dan keadilan organisasi, memberikan wawasan yang berguna bagi pengelolaan organisasi di lingkungan pemerintahan.

Abstract

Innovative work behavior is one of the practices that is often researched in Human Resource Management (HRM) literature, intrinsic motivation and knowledge sharing are important managerial practices to research. Yet the relationship between these practices has received little attention in the literature. Therefore, this research aims to examine the influence of intrinsic motivation on innovative work behavior with knowledge sharing as a mediating variable. This research is causal research. The sampling technique was taken using total sampling where the number of samples was the same as the population, namely 105 people. Data collection used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is SEM using SmartPLS4 analysis. The results of data processing in the research show that intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior through sharing knowledge.

Abstract

This research aims to test (1) the of career development on employee performance, (2) the of career development on employee motivation, (3) the of motivation on employee performance, (4) find out how motivation mediates career development on employee performance The sort of investigate carried out is causative graphic investigate. The populace in this think about were workers of Bank Nagari West Sumatra Head Office with a research test of 157 employees. The sampling technique is cluster proportional random sampling. A questionnaire with a Likert scale as the measurement scale was used to collect data. Data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS 4. The results of this study revealed that (1) there is no direct between career development on employee performance, (2) there is a direct, positive and significant between career development on employee motivation, (3) there is there is a direct, positive and significant between motivation on employee performance on employees, and (4) there is an indirect, positive and significant between career development on employee performance through motivation as a mediating variable on employees.

Abstract

This research analyzes: (1) Does social support influence career planning (2) Does social support influence self-efficacy p (3) Does self-efficacy influence career planning (4) Does self-efficacy mediate the relationship between social support influence career planning This research is causal research. The sample for this research was 200 UNP Padang City students. The sampling technique was carried out using the Slovin Technique. Data collection used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique uses SPSS 23 software. The results of this study show that: 1. Partially the Social Support variable has a significant influence on the Career Planning variable, the Social Support variable has a significant influence on the Self-Efficacy variable, the Self-Efficacy variable has a significant influence on the Career Planning variable , The self-efficacy variable is able to mediate the influence of Social Support on the Career Planning variable. The calculation results obtained show that the value of the indirect influence through Self-Efficacy is greater than the value of the direct influence of Social Support on Career Planning.
