Abstract

This study identifies and examines: (1) How work-life balance affects employee engagement among Padang Panjang City Health Office staff (2) How work-life balance affects job crafting in Padang Panjang City Health Office staff (3) How job designing affects employee engagement among Padang Panjang City Health Office staff (4) The impact of job crafting as a mediating variable on work life balance with employee engagement in Padang Panjang City Health Office staff. Research of this kind called causal research. The research's 150 participants are the human resources staff at the Padang Panjang City Health Office. In this investigation, clusters proportional random sampling was the method of sampling. utilizing a Likert scale in a questionnaire to collect data. the method of analysis used to SEM data using PLS 4 (Partial Least Square) software. : Data analysis for this study's conclusions reveals the following:. (1) The employees of Padang Panjang City Health Office are considerably and favorably influenced by work-life balance in terms of employee engagement (2) work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job crafting for employees of the Padang Panjang City Health Office (3) Employees of the Padang Panjang City Health Office report that job crafting has a major impact and helps employee engagement. (4) For employees of the Padang Panjang City Health Office, job crafting mediates the work-life balance relationship with employee engagement.

Abstract

This Study aims to find out and analyze : (1) Influence workplace incivility to job satisfaction (2) Influence workplace incivility to emotional exhaustion (3) The effect of emotional exhaustion on job satisfaction (4) The effect of workplace incivility on job satisfaction with emotional exhaustion as a mediating variable. This research is a causal research. The population of this research is all employees of PT. Sumatera Tropical Spices with a working period of less than two years, totaling 56 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The analysis technique used is SmartPLS4 software. The results of data processing in this study show that: (1) Workplace incivility negative and significant effect on job satisfaction (2) Workplace incivility positive and significant effect to emotional exhaustion (3) Emotional exhaustion has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction (4) Emotional exhaustion mediates the negative effect of work place incivility on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) The effect of Workplace Fun on Work Engagement (2) The effect of Workplace Fun on Psychological Capital (3) The effect of Psychological Capital on Work Engagement (4) The effect of Workplace Fun on Work Engagement through Psychological Capital. This research is a causal research. The population in this study were all employees of the UPT Puskesmas Lima Kaum 1 Tanah Datar Regency, totaling 42 people. While the number of samples used in this study was determined using total sampling so that the sample is the same as the population, which is 42 people. The analysis technique used is SmartPLS 4 software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Workplace Fun has a positive and significant effect on Work Engagement for employees of UPT Puskesmas Lima Kaum 1 Tanah Datar Regency. (2) Workplace Fun has a positive and significant effect on Psychological Capital for employees of UPT Puskesmas Lima Kaum 1 Tanah Datar Regency. (3) Psychological Capital has a positive and significant effect on Work Engagement for employees of UPT Puskesmas Lima Kaum 1 Tanah Datar Regency. (4) Workplace Fun has a positive and significant effect on Work Engagement with Psychological Capital as a mediating variable for employees of UPT Puskesmas Lima Kaum 1 Tanah Datar Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of: (1) transformational leadership on the performance of MSME employees in Padang City (2) transformational leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of MSME employees in Padang City (3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior) on MSME employee performance in Padang City ( 4) transformational leadership on employee performance mediated by Organizational Citizenship Behavior of MSME employees in Padang City (5) the role of the intensity of using social media strengthens/weakens the effect of transformational leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of MSME employees in Padang City. This research is a causal study with a population of 100 employees of micro, small and medium units in the city of Padang in the sub-districts of Padang Utara, Nanggalo, Koto Tangah and Pauh which work in micro, small and medium units of food and handicrafts. The sampling technique was taken using stratified random sampling and purposive sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is SmartPLS 4 software. The results of data processing in this study indicate that: (1) Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on the performance of MSME employees in Padang City (2) Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of MSME employees in Padang City (3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a significant positive effect on the performance of MSME employees in Padang City (4) Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on the performance of MSME employees in Padang City through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (5) Intensity of media utilization social strengthens the relationship between transformational leadership has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

Objective -This research is to find out: (1) The effect of transformational leadership on job satisfaction at Minangkabau Airport Cargo Terminal (2) The effect of financial compensation on job satisfaction at Minangkabau Airport Cargo Terminal (3) The Effect of Gender on job satisfaction at Minangkabau Airport Cargo Terminal Methodology –This research is a quantitative research. The population of this study were all employees working at the Minangkabau International Airport Cargo Terminal as many as 41 people. The sampling technique was carried out by using Technic Total Sampling, which is a sample selection method that is applied to the entire population. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique is a regression analysis technique using the SPSS V. 25 application. Results -The results of data processing in this study show that: (1) There is a positive influence between transformational leadership on job satisfaction. (2) Compensation has a significant and positive effect on job satisfaction at Minangkabau Airport Cargo Terminal. (3) there is a positive influence between gender on job satisfaction.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to investigate the effects of the careerEDGE model (has variables; career development, experience, subject knowledge, skills, and comprehension, general skills, and emotional intelligence) on employment. Additionally, the role of self-efficacy in the relationship between careerEDGE and employability was examined. The population of this study was 649 undergraduate students from the 2019 Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang. The method of sampling in this study was proportional random sampling with a total of 247 undergraduate students from the class of 2019, located at the faculty of economics, Universitas Negeri Padang. The analysis in this investigation utilizing software SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this investigation are; (1) career development learning has no significant effect on employability. (2) experience has no significant effect on employability; (3) degree subject knowledge, skills, and understanding significant effect on employability; (4) generic skills has no significant effect on employability; (5) emotional intelligence significant effect on employability; (6) self efficacy significant effect on employability; (7) career development learning significant effect on employability through self efficacy; (8) experience significant effect on employability through self efficacy; (9) degree subject knowledge, skills, and understanding significant effect on employability through self efficacy; (10) generic skills significant effect on employability through self efficacy. (11) Emotional Intelligence significant effect on employability through self efficacy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze : (1) The influence of servant leadership on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Telkom Access Padang. (2) The influence of servant leadership on emotional intelligence in employees of PT. Telkom Access Padang. (3) The influence of emotional intelligence on the behavior of emplyees of the organization at PT. Telkom Access Padang. (4) The effect of servant leadership on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Telkom Access Padang through emotional intelligence. The population in this study were all employees of PT Telkom Access Padang, totaling 148 people. While the number of samples in this study were 60 people by using the sampling technique is proporsional clustered simple random sampling. The analysis technique used is SEM analysis using SmartPLS 4. The results of the study show that: (1) Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizen behavior at PT. Telkom Access Padang. (2) Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on emotional intelligence in employees of PT. Telkom Access Padang. (3) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the behavior of organizational members at PT. Telkom Access Padang. (4) Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on the behavior of organizational members with emotional intelligence as a mediating variable for employees of PT. Telkom Access Padang.

Abstract

Research analyzes the effect of authentic leadership on turnover intention with affective commitment as a mediating variable for PT. BPR Gema Pesisir. This type of research is quantitative research and is a causal research. The population used is all employees at PT. BPR Gema Pesisir, with a total of 53 people. The sampling technique was taken using a total sampling technique where the number of samples is equal to the total population. Collecting data using a questionnaire survey. The analysis technique used is PLS (Partial Least Square), which is a structural equation analysis technique (SEM) using SmartPLS 4 software. The results of data processing in this study indicate that affective commitment mediates authentic leadership on turnover intention . to employees of PT. BPR Gema Pesisir.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to analyze the effect of job insecurity, organizational commitment to employee turnover intention, the effect of job insecurity on organizational commitment and organizational commitment mediating positively and significantly on the relationship between job insecurity and turnover intention at PT. Singgalang Beton Perkasa Fogpaten Padang Pariaman. Causal associative research methods with quantitative techniques. The population of all employees is 52 employees with a sample of 52 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive and quantitative analysis. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression tests. Based on the research findings, it is known that: (1) Job insecurity has a positive and significant influence on turnover intention at PT. Singgalang Beton Perkasa, Padang Pariaman Regency, with a magnitude of 0.326 or 32.6% with a significance level of 0.010. (2) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on turnover intention at PT. Singgalang Beton Perkasa, Padang Pariaman Regency. This is evident from the partial hypothesis test result of 0.406 or 40.6% with a significance level of 0.002. (3) Job insecurity has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment among employees of PT. Singgalang Beton Perkasa in Padang Pariaman Regency, with a magnitude of 0.343 or 34.3% with a significance level of 0.013. (4) Organizational commitment mediates the relationship between job insecurity and turnover intention at PT. Singgalang Beton Perkasa, Padang Pariaman Regency, with a positive and significant effect of 0.489 or 48.9% with a significance level of 0.000..

(4) The effect of Job Crafting on Work Engagement mediated by Person-Job Fit for employees of the West Sumatra Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Service. This research is a causal research. While the number of samples used in this study was determined by using total sampling so that the sample is the same as the population, which is 92 people. The analysis technique used is SmartPLS 4 software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Job Crafting has a positive and significant effect on Work Engagement for employees of the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Office of West Sumatra Province. (2) Job Crafting has a positive and significant effect on Person-Job Fit for employees of the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Office of West Sumatra Province. (3) Person-Job Fit has a positive and significant effect on Work Engagement for employees of the Office of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of West Sumatra Province.
