Strategic leadership plays a crucial role in steering organizations through the complexities of a rapidly evolving global landscape. In today's competitive environment, effective leadership transcends informed decision-making and technical expertise, encompassing a deep understanding of the psychological dynamics that influence decisions. This study examines the psychological foundations of strategic leadership, emphasizing the impact of cognitive biases and emotional intelligence on leadership behaviors and decision-making processes. Key cognitive biases such as overconfidence, confirmation bias, and anchoring are explored for their potential to distort leaders' perceptions and strategic choices. Concurrently, the role of emotional intelligence, including self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and relationship management, is analyzed for its capacity to enhance leadership effectiveness by mitigating the adverse effects of these biases. Utilizing a qualitative approach, the research incorporates literature review, expert interviews, and case studies to investigate how cognitive biases disrupt decision-making and how emotional intelligence can counterbalance these distortions. Findings indicate that integrating emotional intelligence training and bias mitigation strategies into leadership development programs significantly improves strategic leadership effectiveness. However, challenges remain in consistently applying these techniques, particularly in high-pressure situations. Therefore, ongoing and dynamic leadership development initiatives are essential to ensure the effective application of emotional intelligence and cognitive bias mitigation in strategic decision-making.

Money is not only in physical form (cash), but there is already technology that makes money into an intangible object (non-cash) such as electronic money or what is commonly called e-money, one of which is LinkAja, a digital financial service from Telkomsel and a member of the State-Owned Enterprises. The number of LinkAja users is still smaller than OVO, Gopay, ShopeePay, and DANA which merged with other e-commerce companies. This study aims to determine the effect of convenience on the interest in reusing the LinkAja application through trust, both directly and indirectly. This study uses a quantitative approach with path analysis techniques using the partial least square–structural equation model (PLS-SEM) technique. The results of the study showed that there was an effect of convenience on trust in using LinkAja for students, an effect of trust on interest in using LinkAja for students and an effect of convenience on interest in reusing through trust as a moderating variable in the use of LinkAja for students. However, the results of the study showed no effect of convenience on interest in using LinkAja for students. And the results of the R-Square Adjust value test obtained the results that the path model using the moderating variable is 0.537 and 0.505. In other words, the ability of variable X, namely Ease in explaining variable Z, namely Trust, is 53.7%, thus the model is classified as moderately substantial and the ability of variable X, namely ease in explaining variable Y, namely Reuse Intention, is 50.5%, thus the model is classified as substantial (moderate).

especially Melati II Village, Perbaungan District and its surroundings to increase the community's economic input with a price of IDR 2,000 per head to collectors. So far, not many people know about centipedes and not many people market them. Therefore, Rizky's business is one of the largest centipede suppliers in North Sumatra, in the form of CV Wurizky. This research method uses the case study method, namely research conducted by looking directly into the field. The supply chain flow that occurs in the centipede business consists of 3 streams, namely, product flow, financial flow, and information flow carried out by the dried centipede business actors namely farmers (centipede seekers), CV Wurizky, wholesalers, and consumers. The marketing efficiency of the dry centipede supply chain can be as high as 30.25%, it is said to be efficient if the yield percentage is 0 - 33%. So the supply chain efficiency of dried centipedes at CV Wurizky is efficient to do.

After escaping the pandemic, Indonesia faces a complex problem, namely the spike in human trafficking. Although not a new case, the crime of human trafficking is increasingly widespread with a new modus operandi. Joko Widodo as head of state faces challenges amidst the sluggish economy accompanied by the massive actions of human traffickers in carrying out their transnational crimes. The new mode adds to the spike in cases throughout 2023. Those who are vulnerable to becoming victims are migrant workers and ABK. Both the pandemic and human trafficking are threats to national security. The relationship between the two has given rise to a number of new cases that not only threaten individual security, but also spread to become serious threats to community and political security. In this study, the author wants to analyze the increasingly widespread phenomenon of human trafficking accompanied by the steps and efforts that have been taken by the government. This study uses qualitative as a way to approach the problem. The results of the study show various efforts that can be made by the Joko Widodo government to reduce the number of trafficking, such as collaborative cooperation resulting from the restructuring of the task force that has been formed, improving regulations to prevent dualism, strict law enforcement, economic empowerment, and optimizing multilateral cooperation by taking advantage of the opportunity as chairman of ASEAN in 2023.

This study analyzes the differences and effects of credit restructuring policies on the financial performance of Conventional Commercial Banks in Indonesia during the normal period (2017–2019) and the Covid-19 pandemic (2020–2022). Financial performance is measured through the capital adequacy ratio (CAR), credit quality (NPL), liquidity (LDR), and profitability (ROA). The fixed factor in this study is credit restructuring, while the covariate is the amount of credit. The sample includes 56 Conventional Commercial Banks that implemented credit restructuring policies in the period 2017–2022. Data analysis was carried out using the t-test to compare the average values between groups, and the MANCOVA test to analyze the relationship and influence between variables. The results of the study showed significant differences in CAR, LDR, and ROA, but not in NPL, between the normal and pandemic periods. In addition, credit restructuring policies and the amount of credit together have a significant effect on the financial performance (CAR, NPL, LDR, and ROA) of banks during both periods. This study confirms the importance of credit restructuring policies in influencing bank performance in different economic conditions.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of transformational leadership style on employee job satisfaction through organizational culture on turnover intention in a garment company. Transformational leadership, known for its ability to inspire and motivate employees, is hypothesized to have a positive influence on employee job satisfaction and turnover intention. However, this influence is suspected to be strengthened or mediated by a strong and supportive organizational culture. The research methodology is descriptive quantitative using a structured questionnaire to measure perceptions of transformational leadership, organizational culture, job satisfaction, and turnover intention with a sample size of 150 employees. The verification analysis used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) statistics with Smart PLS 4.0 software. The results of this study are expected to show that transformational leadership can significantly increase employee job satisfaction, and this effect becomes stronger in the context of a positive organizational culture, leading to lower turnover intention. These findings will provide important contributions to management theory and business practice, emphasizing the importance of transformational leadership style and organizational culture in enhancing employee well-being and company performance.
