Corruption is a crime that must be fought together because it can hamper various development processes and destroy the manners of life in society, nation and state. The most visible impacts of corruption are inequality in economic life, damage to socio-cultural life, and threats to the life of the nation (NKRI), including poverty, crime, education, health and damage to the government and political system. One of the acts of corruption that is currently widespread is corruption of village funds by individual Village Heads and other village officials. The greater the management of village funds, the greater the risk of corruption at the village level. On the other hand, as a diverse nation, Indonesia has a lot of wisdom that can ward off corrupt behavior. because it contains shame, high levels of socialism and simple living as well as strong social and customary sanctions. This research is aimed at looking at the Na'beok tradition in the Biboki traditional community, especially in East T'eba Village and how the implementation of this tradition can have an impact on efforts to prevent acts of corruption in the village. It is recommended that local wisdom traditions owned by the community be established through village regulations or regulations that are formally binding in the administration of government in the village.

This research examines the influence of brand consciousness, fashion consciousness, value consciousness, and social influence on the intention to purchase counterfeit products. The study uses primary data from questionnaires distributed to 140 respondents selected by purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted through multiple linear regression with SPSS version 2.0. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) tests data validity, while multiple linear regression tests the hypothesis. The results show that brand consciousness positively and significantly influences the intention to purchase counterfeit products. Consumers with high brand consciousness are inclined toward counterfeit products, perceiving them to have similar quality and brand image to the originals. Fashion consciousness also has a positive influence, indicating that consumers with high fashion awareness but lower purchasing power see counterfeit products as an appealing alternative. Value consciousness, however, does not significantly impact the intention to purchase counterfeit products. Consumers who prioritize quality are less likely to buy counterfeits due to the risk of products not meeting expectations. Social influence has a significant impact on the intention to buy counterfeit products; Consumers with financial constraints may be more inclined to purchase counterfeit goods as a way to align with their social circles.

This research investigates the impact of Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) and Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on Innovative Work Behavior (IWB), with self-efficacy acting as a mediator. Utilizing a causal approach and drawing on human resource management theories, the study targeted all employees of PT Sabas Indonesia. A representative sample of fifty employees was selected to provide comprehensive insights. Data collection methods included detailed documentation, systematic observation, and structured questionnaires, ensuring robust data gathering. Quantitative data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) software, known for its efficiency in handling complex models. The findings indicate that both LMX and POS significantly influence IWB, highlighting the importance of supportive and effective leader-member interactions and organizational backing. Additionally, LMX and POS were found to have a notable impact on self-efficacy, which in turn mediates the relationship between POS, indirect LMX, and IWB. These results underscore the critical role of self-efficacy in enhancing innovative behaviors in the workplace.

Babur, the founder of the Mughal Empire, is known for his military genius forged through years of Central Asia's complex world of politics. After Babur invaded India, he was faced by a new environment altogether, where he had to cope with established local and regional practices of warfare, like those practiced by Rajput’s and Afghan nobles. In this paper, the authors make a deliberate effort to trace the development of Babur's military strategies in response to the unique challenges of the Indian subcontinent. It masterfully combines older precepts of warfare from the steppes of Central Asia with newer technologies-having absorbed gunpowder, firearms, and cannons-it explains how Babur so elegantly welded horse archery and steppe warfare into this new framework. Synthesizing his native military heritage with an understanding of warfare traditions in India, Babur triumphantly established a new martial order, reshaped the battlefield, and cemented Mughal dominance in India.

A state of danger or emergency with the legal regime imposed can have an impact on human rights even though in such emergencies, the laws and norms imposed are also emergency. This paper aims to comprehensively examine the concept of emergency in a country and as a limitation in this writing are norms and laws that apply in Indonesia with comparisons in various cloth countries. The method used in this writing is a doctrinal legal research method that examines legal norms and theories related to emergency law. The results showed that the state of emergency law imposed in Indonesia was based on the 1945 Constitution, especially Article 12 and Article 22 and also based on Law Number 23 of 1959 concerning Dangerous Conditions. However, research findings show that there is a vague interpretation of the relationship between the implementation of the state of emergency and the protection of human rights that are well regulated in the constitution which results in human rights violations during the enactment of the state of emergency in Indonesia. Therefore, the legal norms governing the state of emergency stipulated in the constitution and the state of danger law must be resynchronized by the state with the revision of the state of danger law in order to advance the protection and enforcement of human rights in Indonesia.

Guaranteeing the basic rights of citizens is the duty and obligation of every country. Especially for prisoners, even though their freedom has been taken away, they still have rights and protection that must be provided. Provisions regarding the fulfillment of prisoners' rights have been regulated both nationally and internationally, especially for female prisoners. Policy in a country must be a strong foundation for fulfilling the rights of female prisoners, especially in reproductive functions and improving their health in prison. The comparative law method is used to solve the problems in this paper, with 2 other countries, Singapore and Australia with the aim of developing national law, reforming law, and sharpening the direction of this legal research. The legislative and executive institutions can immediately produce implementing regulations regarding the fulfillment of the reproductive rights of female prisoners so that there is no legal vacuum.

The Bankruptcy Law specifies the requirements for filing a bankruptcy petition. However, its implementation does not always align with the applicable regulations. For example, in Decision Court Number 37/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2021/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst, the court rejected the entire petition despite the formal and substantive conditions being met, as the debt amount was less than IDR 500,000,000. This decision contradicts Supreme Court Regulation Number 4/19, which allows for bankruptcy through a simple lawsuit. This research employs a normative juridical method with a statute and case approach. The findings indicate that Article 50 of the Judiciary Law affirms that court decisions must contain the reasoning and legal provisions upon which they are based. Judges are obliged to provide reasoning aligned with legal provisions and are prohibited from imposing debt value limitations as a basis for rejecting bankruptcy petitions since the Bankruptcy Law does not specify a minimum debt amount.
