Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the relationship between the financial ratios of BOPO, LDR, and NPL on Profitability (ROA) in banking companies listed on the IDX for the period 2019–2023. A quantitative approach was used with multiple linear regression analysis based on secondary data from the financial reports of 20 companies selected through purposive sampling. The results of the study show that BOPO and NPL have a significant negative effect on ROA, while LDR shows a positive but insignificant effect. These findings affirm that operational efficiency and credit quality play an important role in a bank's profitability, while LDR only serves as a positive signal when accompanied by good credit management. The results of this study are expected to serve as a reference in formulating policies to improve banking financial performance.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of employee engagement, self-esteem, and self-efficacy on job performance, with organizational culture acting as a moderating factor at PT. Agung Toyota in Bengkulu City. Utilizing a quantitative explanatory methodology, the study adopts PLS-SEMi(Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling)I and MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis), with participation from 120 permanent employees. Data was obtained via online surveys and processed using the SmartPLS 4 software. Findings reveal that both self-esteem and organizational culture exert a significant effect on job performance. In contrast, employee engagement and self-efficacy show no notable influence on performance outcomes. Additionally, organizational culture does not significantly moderate the relationship between the three independent variables and performance, highlighting its limited moderating function. The research offers theoretical contributions to human resource development and provides practical suggestions for enhancing employee productivity by reinforcing individual psychological factors and cultivating a supportive workenvironment.

Abstract

Financial stability in Rural Credit Banks (BPR) is very important because BPR as an intermediary institution can support the regional economy and help SMEs in carrying out business activities. Banks that have good financial stability will have an impact on customer trust, support economic resilience, prevent systemic risk and reduce the risks faced by the bank. The independent variables used are LDR, cash ratio, NPL, and BOPO. The moderating variable used is ROA. The dependent variable is bank's financial stability (Z score). The research sample consisted of 14 Rural Credit Banks (BPR) which were taken using the purposive sampling method in the first quarter of 2021 to the fourth quarter of 2023. The panel data regression method and Moderated Regression Analysis were processed using the eviews program. The results of the study showed that partially the LDR and BOPO variable has a negative but insignificant effect on financial stability in BPR in Surabaya City. The cash ratio and NPL variables have a positive and significant effect on financial stability in BPR in Surabaya City. ROA as a moderating variable is able to significantly moderate the influence of LDR, cash ratio and NPL on the financial stability of BPRs in Surabaya City.

Abstract

Handling of human remains by air transport requires adequate facilities and procedures in accordance with national and international regulations. This study aims to analyze the need for special corpse facilities at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar to improve service quality. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques such as  observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the existing corpse handling facility does not meet service standards, where remains are still handled in the general cargo area without dedicated rooms, cooling systems, or family waiting areas. Development of special corpse facilities is required, including dedicated rooms, refrigeration, ceremonial areas, and family waiting rooms. This development is expected to improve operational efficiency and provide proper respect to the deceased and their families.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the variables of City Minimum Wage, Per Capita Income, Education Level, and Health on the Labor Force Participation Rate in urban areas of Aceh Province. A quantitative approach using panel data is applied in this research, where secondary data is collected from various official sources such as the Department of Manpower, Population Mobility, and the Central Statistics Agency of Aceh Province, covering the period from 2015 to 2024 in five major cities in Aceh. The analyzed variables include City Minimum Wage, Per Capita Income, Average Length of Schooling, and Life Expectancy. The results of this study show that Per Capita Income and City Minimum Wage have a significant positive effect on labor force participation, but not Years of Schooling and Life Expectancy. The results of this study have important implications for policy makers in the design of effective labor and social development policies to increase labor participation in the region. This research is expected to serve as a foundation for the development of labor economics theory and the formulation of sustainable labor development programs in Aceh Province.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and financial behavior on entrepreneurial motivation among accounting students at STIE Stekom Kartasura and STEKOM University. The study sample consisted of 80 respondents obtained using the Slovin formula with a 5% margin of error. Validity and reliability tests showed that all questionnaire items were valid and reliable. The results of the classical assumption test indicated no multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and the data were normally distributed. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that financial literacy and financial behavior had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial motivation, both partially and simultaneously. The adjusted R² value of 0.648 indicates that 64.8% of the variation in entrepreneurial motivation can be explained by these two independent variables. This study emphasizes the importance of improving financial literacy and financial behavior as an effort to encourage an entrepreneurial spirit among students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of workload and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Meisa Agro Perkasa. The research instrument was tested through validity and reliability tests, with all items declared valid and reliable. The classical assumption test showed that the data were free from multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and normally distributed. The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicate that workload and work discipline significantly influence employee performance. Partially, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance, while workload is also significant but interpreted as having a negative effect. The F-test indicates that both independent variables simultaneously influence employee performance. The adjusted R² value of 0.590 indicates that 59% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by these two variables. This study emphasizes the importance of workload management and improving work discipline to support employee productivity and effectiveness in the company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), especially Structural Firefighting Suits (SFS), in an effort to maximize its lifespan at Kualanamu International Airport, Deli Serdang. Structural firefighting suits are essential protective equipment for Aviation Accident Rescue and Fire Fighting (PKP-PK) officers, which serve to protect personnel from the dangers of extreme temperatures and fire while on duty. However, suboptimal maintenance can lead to a decrease in the quality of protection and shorten the life of the equipment. This study identifies the various factors that influence the deterioration of suits, as well as the efforts that can be made to extend their lifespan, including the challenges faced in the maintenance process. Based on interviews with PKP-PK personnel and direct observation, it was found that factors causing damage include exposure to extreme temperatures, chemical contamination, and storage that is not in accordance with applicable standards. Efforts to extend the service life of suits include proper storage, regular cleaning with appropriate cleaning agents, and rotation of use to reduce wear and tear. In addition, the main challenges faced include budget constraints, inadequate storage facilities, and lack of systematic training for personnel. This study recommends the implementation of more standardized maintenance procedures, the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as well as periodic training for personnel to extend the life of Structural Firefighting Suits and improve operational safety at Kualanamu International Airport. This study highlights the importance of standardized PPE maintenance as a critical step in strengthening occupational safety for aviation rescue and fire fighting operations.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of Influencer Marketing on Purchase Decision with Brand Awareness and Perceived Value as mediating variables for Purbasari scrub users in Cilegon City. The research method used is quantitative. This research collects data based on questionnaires and literature studies. The population in this study were Purbasari scrub users in Cilegon City. The sample of this study amounted to 180 respondents with accidental sampling. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 4 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that Influencer Marketing has a positive but insignificant effect on Purchase Decision. Furthermore, Brand Awareness and Perceived Value are found to mediate the relationship between Influencer Marketing and Purchase Decision. In this study, Brand Awareness and Perceived Value demonstrate the ability to strengthen the effect of Influencer Marketing on Purchase Decision.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the maintenance of Structural Firefighting Suits used by Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) personnel at Jenderal Ahmad Yani Airport, Semarang. The research employed a qualitative case study through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The findings indicate that limited maintenance practices, such as airing the suits without thorough cleaning, caused damage including tears, mold, and detached fasteners, which reduced comfort, safety, and operational effectiveness. Regular and scheduled maintenance is therefore essential to extend the service life of PPE and ensure safety performance of ARFF personnel in emergency situations.
