Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of service quality and product quality on purchasing decisions at D'Bro Chicken & Burger Ciawi given the importance of these two factors in the competitive culinary industry. Using quantitative methods, data were collected through Likert questionnaires from 50 respondents with purposive sampling and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that service quality and product quality have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions with a contribution of 0.343 and 0.337 respectively. The R² value of 71.8% shows that the two variables are able to explain the majority of variations in consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the factors that influence liquidity on financial performance in the food and beverage industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample selected includes 24 companies in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2018 to 2023. The sampling procedure applied uses purposive sampling techniques, while the analysis method used panel data regression. The independent variables in this study was liquidity, leverage, company size, company age, board size, and board independence. The dependent variable was financial performance. The results indicate that board size, company size, company age, and leverage do not affect financial performance. Meanwhile, board independence and liquidity do affect firm performance. This study provides insight into the factors influencing firm value in the food and beverage sector, offers managerial implications and suggestions for future research, emphasizing the importance of sustainable growth in creating added value for stakeholders and enhancing industry competitiveness. This study also suggests exploring other variables that may influence financial results, offering a comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the absence of a specific Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that regulates the roles of ambulance personnel in supporting Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) operations at Kualanamu International Airport, especially in handling emergencies such as aircraft crashes. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) level 1, with data collected through documentation studies, interviews, and direct observation during On the Job Training (OJT) at the ARFF unit. The results show that the proposed SOP includes a complete emergency handling sequence, starting from the initial response, triage using the START system, basic medical intervention, to victim evacuation using the METTAG method.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of aerobic exercise on the improvement of VO₂ Max in PKP-PK personnel at Halim Perdanakusuma Airport. Physical fitness, particularly VO₂ Max, is a crucial factor in supporting the readiness of PKP-PK personnel to handle emergency situations. Aerobic exercises, including activities such as jogging, aerobics, and cycling, were selected as a method to enhance cardiovascular fitness. The results indicate that aerobic exercise has a positive impact on increasing VO₂ Max, although there are challenges in maintaining consistent exercise due to duty schedules, weather conditions, and personnel motivation. Based on interviews and observations, it was concluded that structured aerobic exercise can enhance the physical endurance of PKP-PK personnel, which is vital to support their performance in emergency tasks. Therefore, it is recommended to improve education, training facilities, and more regular scheduling to optimize the benefits of aerobic exercise.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the 4P marketing strategy for Tawas Hilya products and to determine Shopee's role in increasing sales of Tawas Hilya products. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. Data were collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews with business owners, employees and several consumers, as well as documentation of product packaging. The results of the study indicate that Tawas Hilya products have good quality in terms of packaging, brand, and logo. The price of Tawas Hilya is also very affordable considering the size and weight of the product. Tawas Hilya products are known and their sales have increased because they are sold through the Shopee application by sharing Shopee sales links on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

Abstract

The development of small enterprises requires businesses to compete by offering quality products at appropriate prices. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions of palm sugar in Campoan Village, Mlandingan. A quantitative approach was employed with simple random sampling involving 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while price shows no significant effect. Simultaneously, product quality and price influence purchasing decisions, with product quality being the dominant factor. These findings highlight that improving product quality is the key strategy to strengthen consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of accessibility, word of mouth, and tourist attraction on the decision to visit Pasir Putih Beach in Situbondo. The research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique applied is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method, involving 100 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire measured with a Likert scale and analyzed using SPSS version 23.

Abstract

The culinary world in Indonesia continues to develop rapidly, with a wide variety of foods that are very popular with the public. As a result, many producers are opening up broad business opportunities and attracting the attention of consumers in Indonesia. Many new food brands are beginning to appear, each with its own uniqueness, making business competition in the culinary world increasingly fierce. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of product uniqueness and price on consumer satisfaction at Munawaroh's  buffet in Situbondo. This study uses a quantitative approach. Quantitative research is a type of research that is systematic, planned, and clearly structured, from formulation to research design.  Based on the SPSS calculations above, it can be concluded that the correlation coefficient of 0.504 indicates the influence of product uniqueness and price on consumer satisfaction. In this case, the number of research respondents was 100 respondents. The R table value is obtained by calculating the degree of freedom (df) = 100 – 2 = 98, with df = 98 and alpha = 0.05, resulting in an R table value of 0.198. Therefore, r calculated > r table, 0.504 > 0.198, meaning the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis Ha is accepted, indicating that there is an influence of product uniqueness and price on consumer satisfaction, representing a high correlation. The calculated t-value for product uniqueness is 3.263, and the t-table value is 1.980. This means that the t-table value is greater than the calculated t-value (3.263 < 1.980). Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the product uniqueness variable on consumer satisfaction, so Ha is accepted. The calculated t-value for price is 3.662 and the table t-value is 1.980, meaning that the table t-value is greater than the calculated t-value (3.662 < 1.980). Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous effect of the price variable on consumer satisfaction, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze service quality in relation to customer satisfaction at Erma Laundry in Mimbaan Village, Situbondo. The background of this study is based on the importance of service quality in the service industry, particularly laundry services, which directly influences customer satisfaction and loyalty levels. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation of 19 customers and 1 business owner. The results of the study indicate that the five dimensions of service quality, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles, have been consistently applied at Erma Laundry. Customers are satisfied with the fast service, clean and fragrant laundry results, friendly staff attitudes, and the cleanliness and comfort of the business premises. Although there are minor challenges during peak service periods, these do not significantly impact satisfaction. This study concludes that service quality positively influences customer satisfaction and is a key factor in building customer loyalty.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) To determine whether product quality partially affects the satisfaction of smartphone users. (2) To determine whether price partially affects the satisfaction of smartphone users. (3) To determine whether product quality and price partially and simultaneously affect the satisfaction of smartphone users in Klampokan Village, Situbondo. This study employs multiple regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS 23 software. The results indicate that the partial test (t-test) for the product quality variable (X1) and the price variable (X2) positively and significantly influences consumer satisfaction. The simultaneous test (F-test) proves that the independent variables, namely product quality (X1) and price (X2), influence the dependent variable, which is consumer satisfaction (Y).
