Abstract

This study examines the effect of brand image, promotion, and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT Serasi Manunggal Sejahtera. The research employed a quantitative method with purposive sampling, involving 100 respondents determined using the Lemeshow formula. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Microsoft Excel 2019 and SPSS 25. The analysis included validity, reliability, normality, and heteroscedasticity tests, along with t-tests, determinant tests, and multiple regression analysis. The results show that brand image (X1), promotion (X2), and service quality (X3) each have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the influence of motivation, experience, and career development on employee performance at Binus Serpong. The method used was a quantitative approach with primary data collection through the distribution of closed-ended questionnaires using a Likert scale. The population studied was 50 respondents, and all were taken as samples using a saturated sampling method, due to the relatively small number of respondents. Data processing used SPSS version 25 and included various tests. The results of the t-test indicate that motivation contributes positively and significantly to performance. Career development also has a significant influence. However, work experience does not have a significant effect. The F-test resulted in a simultaneous test value that significantly influences performance. Thus, partially, only motivation and career development significantly influence employee performance, while work experience does not. However, together, these three variables are able to explain variations in employee performance significantly.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven significant changes in consumer behavior, particularly through e-commerce platforms like Shopee. One effective marketing strategy for attracting consumers is the Flash Sale program on double-dates, which creates a sense of rush and urgency in making purchases. This phenomenon is closely related to the emergence of the Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), which is consumers' fear of missing out on an attractive offer or desired product. This study aims to determine the influence of FOMO and Flash Sale drivers on consumer purchasing decisions on Shopee. The approach used was quantitative, with a survey method using a questionnaire to 130 respondents who are active Shopee users in Tangerang City. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique through SmartPLS 3.0 software, focusing on the influence of each variable on purchasing decisions. The results showed that both FOMO and Flash Sale have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. This means that the stronger the fear of missing out felt by consumers, and the more attractive the Flash Sale promotion offered, the greater the likelihood of consumers making a purchase. These findings contribute to the development of more effective digital marketing strategies and provide insight into the dynamics of consumer behavior in the e-commerce era

Abstract

Digital technology has reshaped recruitment and selection, enhancing efficiency and reach yet leaving challenges in attracting candidates who align with both technical and cultural requirements. This study examines the impact of recruitment methods on employee selection quality at PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 7, South Sumatra Liaison Office. Using a quantitative associative–causal design, data from 70 respondents were collected via a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed with regression, t-tests, F-tests, and determination tests. Results show E-Recruitment has a positive but insignificant effect, while Traditional Recruitment exerts a positive significant effect. Together, both significantly influence selection quality, emphasizing the importance of structured hybrid strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style, motivation, and work environment on employee performance at PT Victory Chingluh Indonesia, Tangerang Regency. Using a quantitative approach and survey method, primary data was collected through a Likert scale questionnaire from 100 respondents selected by random sampling. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 25, which included validity and reliability tests, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that partially, leadership style (t-count 2.362 > t-table 1.984), motivation (t-count 2.864 > t-table 1.984), and work environment (t-count 5.301 > t-table 1.984) each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at a significance level of < 0.05. Additionally, the F test results indicate that simultaneously, the three independent variables also have a significant effect on employee performance (Fcount 24.008 > Ftable 2.699) with a significance level of 0.000. Thus, it can be concluded that leadership style, motivation, and work environment are important factors that influence employee performance in the company.

Abstract

This study examines the NOTAM  submission procedures at Airport Operator Units (UPBU) within the Aeronautical Information Service (PIA) in the Jakarta region. The background of the problem is the discrepancy between current procedures and the CASR 139 regulation, where errors in NOTAM submission such as typos, incorrect dates, or NOTAM content can pose a significant threat to flight safety. This research aims to analyze the impact of these errors and identify the contributing factors. Using a qualitative methodology, the study delves into in-depth information from the personnel involved to understand their experiences and challenges. The findings reveal that UPBU reporting officers do not adhere to the CASR 139 document because they have not received specific training or briefings on NOTAMs before assuming their duties. This lack of understanding leads to inaccurate NOTAM data submissions, deviating from the standards outlined in the CASR 139 document. As a solution, this study proposes the implementation of a specific training program for NOTAM reporting personnel to improve their understanding and competence, ensuring that NOTAM procedures are carried out according to the proper standards to maintain flight safety.

Abstract

In the era of digital transformation, the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in product marketing strategies has become an essential need for companies to understand consumer behavior, personalize campaigns, and improve operational efficiency. Although AI offers a competitive advantage, there are still challenges in adopting this technology, such as limited competence, high costs, and data privacy issues. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of AI utilization in product marketing strategies and to explore the obstacles encountered through a concurrent mixed-method approach. Quantitative data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires distributed to 150 respondents from various business sectors, while qualitative data were obtained from semi-structured interviews with 15 business practitioners who use AI. The research findings show that 82% of respondents acknowledged an increase in marketing effectiveness through AI, with an average effectiveness score of 4.2 out of 5. Content personalization (77%) and predictive analytics (70%) were identified as dominant factors that enhance customer engagement and marketing decision-making. However, 35% of respondents pointed out high initial investment costs as the main obstacle. The qualitative findings reinforce that AI provides benefits in promotional personalization, customer service automation, and data analysis accuracy. Nevertheless, its adoption remains hindered by limitations in human resources, high development costs, data privacy issues, and suboptimal internal system integration. This study concludes that AI has significant potential to enhance product marketing effectiveness; however, its successful implementation greatly depends on the company’s internal readiness and compliance with existing regulations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of PT ESSA Industries Indonesia Tbk's stock as an investment instrument on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research method employed is a literature review, examining the company’s 2023 financial statements, stock trading dynamics, and the impact of macroeconomic factors such as exchange rates, inflation, and GDP growth. Additionally, the single index model is applied to assess ESSA’s position within an optimal investment portfolio. The findings reveal that ESSA demonstrates stable financial performance, a healthy capital structure, and promising growth prospects in the energy and chemical sectors. Nevertheless, stock price volatility due to global commodity price fluctuations and economic conditions remains a critical concern for investors. Considering its potential returns and manageable risk level, ESSA’s stock is considered a viable component in a diversified investment portfolio.

Abstract

The transportation and logistics sector is a sector that plays a vital role as one of the main elements that has a great influence on economic development, comparable to production resources such as capital and labor. This study aims to analyze the effect of sales growth and debt to equity ratio on the financial performance of the transportation and logistics sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2023. The data collection technique in this study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was taken using a purposive sampling technique so that 90 research samples were obtained with a total of 9 companies. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that sales growth has a significant effect on financial performance and debt to equity ratio does not have a significant effect on financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability and leverage on stock returns in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2019–2023. Profitability is proxied by Return on Assets (ROA), while leverage is measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The population consists of 90 companies, from which 46 were selected using purposive sampling. The research uses secondary data obtained from annual financial statements. Panel data regression is employed as the analytical method. The results show that profitability (ROA) has a significant positive effect on stock returns, while leverage (DER) has a significant negative effect. These findings support the initial hypotheses of the study.
