Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the managerial principles contained in the Al-Qur'an using an interpretive approach, as well as their relevance to modern managerial practice. Management, as a rapidly developing scientific discipline, is often understood from a Western perspective, while the Islamic perspective in management has not been widely explored. Through literature study and qualitative analysis of Al-Qur'an interpretations, this research identifies key principles in Islamic management, such as justice, trust, responsibility and ethical leadership. The research results show that these principles offer comprehensive and relevant guidance for resource management and leadership in the context of modern organizations. The managerial principles in the Qur'an not only provide direction in terms of strategic decisions but also emphasize the importance of the moral and spiritual dimensions in management. This research provides new insights for academics and practitioners in understanding and applying Islamic managerial principles, as well as suggesting the integration of these principles in contemporary managerial practice.

Abstract

Pendidikan moral pada anak usia dini merupakan aspek krusial dalam pembentukan karakter dan perilaku sosial yang positif. Artikel ini mengkaji berbagai literatur terkait tantangan, pendekatan, dan dampak pendidikan moral pada anak usia dini. Dengan meneliti berbagai sumber akademis, jurnal, dan penelitian, tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai bagaimana pendidikan moral dapat diimplementasikan secara efektif dan apa dampaknya terhadap perkembangan karakter anak. Pendidikan moral pada anak usia dini sangat penting karena membentuk dasar bagi perkembangan moral dan etika mereka di masa depan.Perkembangan moral ditandai dengan adanya pemahaman dan kesadaraan individu untuk bertindak sesuai dengan aturan yang diharuskan diterapkan sejak anak menginjak usia dini. Karakter anak adalah gambaran tingkah laku anak yang dapat dinilai dari norma-norma lingkungan masyarakat.

Abstract

Pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) berfokus pada perkembangan anak sejak lahir hingga usia sekitar delapan tahun. Ini mencakup berbagai jenis program dan kegiatan pendidikan yang dirancang untuk mendorong perkembangan kognitif, emosional, sosial, dan fisik anak-anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin melihat pentingnya efikasi guru dalam Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, yaitu guru berperan penting membantu anak dalam mengembangkan kemampuan dan ketrampilannya. Metode penelitian menggunakan literatur review atau kajian kepustakaan. Literature review yaitu suatu penelusuran dan penelitian kepustakaan dengan cara membaca dan menelaah berbagai jurnal, buku, dan berbagai naskah terbitan lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan efikasi diri guru PAUD (Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini) sangat penting karena memiliki dampak yang luas pada perkembangan anak, kualitas pengajaran, dan lingkungan belajar secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of a holistic approach to early childhood language development through an extensive literature review. The holistic approach integrates cognitive, emotional, social, and physical dimensions to promote comprehensive language growth in young children. Findings suggest that environments providing rich verbal stimulation and active social interaction are pivotal in enhancing children's vocabulary and language comprehension. Frequent, positive interactions with adults and peers significantly support the development of speaking skills and verbal expression. Additionally, family involvement in daily language activities plays a crucial role in optimizing language development outcomes. Despite strong evidence supporting the holistic approach, this study acknowledges the limitation of relying solely on literature reviews and emphasizes the need for further empirical research, including case studies and experimental studies. Such research is necessary to validate the effectiveness of the holistic approach and to explore its practical applications in diverse educational contexts. The research highlights the significant potential of the holistic approach in fostering comprehensive language development and calls for continued investigation to refine and enhance educational practices based on these findings.

Abstract

Teknologi digital, yang mendominasi era sekarang, menawarkan banyak alat dan platform yang dapat digunakan untuk mengekspresikan dan mengembangkan kreativitas. Individu dituntut tidak hanya dapat mengembangkan kemampuan secara akademik, tetapi juga memiliki kemampuan-kemampuan yang dibutuhkan untuk saat ini. Kreativitas memungkinkan individu untuk beradaptasi dengan cepat terhadap perubahan ini. Dengan merangsang kreativitas, anak-anak dan orang dewasa mampu berpikir fleksibel dan menemukan solusi inovatif untuk situasi baru yang mungkin muncul di berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk pekerjaan, pendidikan, dan interaksi sosial. Peran orang tua sangat penting dalam mengembangkan kreativitas anak, terutama di usia dini ketika anak-anak mulai mengeksplorasi dunia di sekitar mereka. Orang tua memiliki kendali atas lingkungan rumah, yang dapat dirancang untuk mendorong kreativitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan untuk menjabarkan bagaimana peran pola asuh terhadap kreativitas. Peran orang tua dalam hal ini juga mencakup pola asuh. Pola asuh menjadi salah satu aspek kunci yang memengaruhi perkembangan anak, termasuk aspek kreativitas, kepercayaan diri, dan kemampuan sosial mereka. Pola asuh orang tua memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perkembangan kreativitas anak. Pola asuh demokratis, yang memberikan kebebasan terarah, dukungan emosional, dan bimbingan yang tepat, cenderung lebih efektif dalam menstimulasi kreativitas anak. Sebaliknya, pola asuh otoriter, dengan kontrol yang ketat dan kurangnya kebebasan, dapat menghambat perkembangan kreativitas. Pola asuh permisif, meskipun dapat mendorong ekspresi kreatif, juga berpotensi menyebabkan kurangnya struktur yang dibutuhkan untuk mengarahkan kreativitas secara produktif.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk pendidikan. Teknologi memungkinkan penyebaran informasi cepat dan membuka peluang untuk meningkatkan proses belajar mengajar melalui metode modern seperti e-learning. E-learning memanfaatkan perangkat elektronik seperti komputer dan ponsel yang terhubung ke internet, memungkinkan interaksi tanpa pertemuan langsung antara guru dan siswa. Learning Management System (LMS) menjadi solusi praktis dalam mengelola kegiatan pembelajaran, mendistribusikan materi, dan memfasilitasi kolaborasi. Moodle, salah satu platform LMS, digunakan oleh Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Ar-Raniry untuk mengembangkan Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) yang masih perlu dioptimalkan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada implementasi LMS berbasis web menggunakan Moodle di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Ar-Raniry. Tujuannya adalah meningkatkan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam proses belajar mengajar dan memberikan kenyamanan bagi dosen dan mahasiswa. Metode SDLC dengan model pengembangan air terjun (waterfall) digunakan, meliputi tahap spesifikasi, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Data diambil dari mahasiswa Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Ar-Raniry. Pelaksanaan sistem dilakukan dengan menerapkan desain yang telah disusun ke dalam fitur-fitur LMS menggunakan Moodle, dengan MySQL sebagai server database. Pengujian blackbox memastikan semua fitur berfungsi sesuai yang diinginkan dan mendeteksi kesalahan dalam sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi LMS berbasis web menggunakan Moodle berhasil memudahkan proses pembelajaran bagi dosen dan mahasiswa. Pengujian black box terbukti efektif dalam menguji fungsionalitas sistem, memastikan LMS siap digunakan dengan baik oleh pengguna.

Abstract

This research was conducted due to several problems that found by the researcher. This research was aimed to find out the implementation of GRASP (Gude Reading and Summary Procedure) in descriptive text on students reading comprehension at eleventh grade in SMAN 1 Baso. Based on preliminary research, there some problem in teaching reading comprehension that was students were difficult finding main idea, students were bored and lazy to read the text in English, students were difficult understanding the meanings. One of strategy in teaching reading comprehension that can be used is GRASP strategy. Indeed, the researcher wanted to find out how the teacher implemented this strategy in teaching reading. The design of the research was descriptive qualitative research. The data was collected by doing observation using observation checklist, and interview with English teacher at SMAN 1 Baso. The data analyze by using qualitative data analysis by Miles and Huberman. The researcher collected the data, reduced the data, presented the data, and made a conclusion. The researcher found out the teacher implemented the GRASP strategy perfectly and clearly. It is based on the first three classes all of the procedures of GRASP strategy are done perfectly and clearly. Otherwise, in the last class there are three procedures that cannot be done. GRASP strategy can’t be used in all kind of the texts but descriptive text suitable for this strategy. This strategy worth it to use in teaching reading comprehension and based on observation in four classes, the teacher success to implemented the GRASP strategy in the classroom.

Abstract

This research was done due to several problems that found by the researcher. This research was aimed to find out the effect of using skimming technique in students reading comprehension to find out main idea on narrative text. This research was conducted at the ninth grade of Mts Ti Paninggahan. In this study, the researcher used quantitative method with pre-experimental design by comparing the students’ pre-test and post-test scores. To determine the sample, the researcher used purposive sampling and choosed one class as experimental class. The subject of this study ninth grade that consist of 18 students. The data was analyzed using t-test formula. The result shown that there were significant difference on the students reading comprehension to find out main idea after taught used skimming technique. The students mean score of the post-test was 78,33, it is bigger than mean score of pre-test was 46,11. The researcher used t-test formula by comparing score of pre-test and post-test through SPSS. Based on the output statistic, the value of Sig (2-tailed) is 0,00 < 0,05. It means that Ha is accepted. It means that the students who are taught using skimming technique is better than the students who are taught before using skimming technique. In short, skimming technique has a significant effect on students’ reading comprehension to find out main idea on narrative text at Mts Ti Paninggahan.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the theory that problems of 6th semester micro teaching students in teaching skills. The purpose this research was to analyse whats the students teaching skills in micro-teaching. This research used a qualitative descriptive research design. There were 12 students in the 6th semester as the informants in this research. The instrument used in this research was interview and  observation sheet. There are 8 questions of interview covering the 5 indicatros of the problems micro teaching and There are a total of 40 statements related to teaching skills, covering the 8 basic teaching skills. The analysis of the data was carried out using an interactive model method, and each informant was observed individually. The result of the analysis has been presented in a structured narrative explanation. The result is finding the problems of the 6th semester students in teaching skills and solutions of the problems.

Abstract

There is a gap in interest with one of the subjects that students do not like. The aim of this research is to grow and increase students' interest in learning, especially in learning mathematics using audio-visual media on student learning outcomes in ratio and diagram material. The subjects of this research were the VB SD class with a total of 19 students. The time for carrying out the PTK research in the form of applying audiovisual media to mathematics subjects regarding ratios was carried out from May 2024 to June 2024. The research instruments used in this PTK were question sheets, observation sheets and documentation. Meanwhile, data collection techniques include observation and documentation. Based on student learning outcomes, it was obtained at 42.1% and for student interest in learning, it was obtained at 26.31% in the pre-cycle carried out. The results obtained from cycle 1 were that student learning outcomes were 57.89% and student interest in learning was 47.36%. Based on the results obtained from cycle 2 activities, namely student learning outcomes and student interest in learning were at 73.68%, this shows that the media is proven and successful in increasing students' learning interest in ratio and diagram material.
