Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of realizing an entrepreneurial spirit in santri through the creative economy in facing the challenges of the global economy (a case study at the DDI Mangkoso Islamic boarding school). The type of research used in this research is field research which produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral data of people (informants) and observed behavior. While the data research techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The number of respondents was 12 respondents consisting of 10 students, 1 school principal, 1 boarding school supervisor. The results of this study indicate that in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of the santri at the DDI Mangkoso Islamic boarding school, the boarding school cooperative and several alumni organized training on entrepreneurship to students through practices such as managing something from used materials so that it has a selling value. As for the implementation of the creative economy that can be developed at the DDI Mangkoso Islamic boarding school, such as: handicrafts and arts products, short films, design and advertising.

Abstract

Realizing business developments that are growing rapidly and becoming increasingly globalized, of course, it requires business signs in the form of the application of business ethics that are not only concerned with personal interests or a few people but also pay attention to the consequences as well as the public interest and the business environment. For this reason, the purpose of this paper is to find out whether business people around us use ethics in running their business, then how business people realize how important the role of ethics in carrying out an increasingly global business is. The research model used uses research literature through descriptions based on library sources. Based on the analysis used by business people, there are still many who do not and do not understand how important it is to use ethics, that they do not realize how important ethics are in doing business, especially today, with an increasingly globalized business. Business ethics should be realized to be applied to people who carry out business activities based on the Qur'an and Al Hadith, there is no reason to reject ethics in an increasingly globalized business world, even adherence to business ethics, in fact, is conducive to efforts to increase profits. entrepreneur or owner of capital. Likewise guarding and preventing crime both for business people and for consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the perception of mosque takmir in terms of financial management and storage of mosque funds, both in conventional banking and Islamic banking. Research carried out is a qualitative study with field research (field studies) in the deepening of the reference as a source of primary and secondary data. The results showed that the lack of socialization from sharia banking and the lack of knowledge of mosque takmir about sharia banking resulted in mosque takmir still managing and storing mosque funds in conventional banking.Keywords: Takmir Masjid, Mosque Finance, Islamic Banking.

Abstract

This study explores how the management and development of waqf in Bulo-Bulo Village, Jeneponto Regency. The research method used is qualitative by using interview instruments and documentation on the object of research, namely nazhir waqf in Bulo-Bulo Village. The results of this study conclude that the management and development of waqf in Bulo-Bulo is still simple with traditional management. Therefore, the role of the government in this case the Ministry of Religion must be even more active in socializing and fostering nazhir so that existing waqf can continue to develop and provide broad benefits to the social welfare of Muslims who are the majority population. Abstract

This study aims to achieve an answer to the problem of the influence of visitor satisfaction on the tourist attraction of the Malino Highlands, Gowa Regency. The population of this study were visitors to the Malino Highlands tourism. The sample used is according to the wishes of 50 visitors. This type of research is quantitative research. The data techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used is simple regression analysis. The simple linear results obtained Y = 3.601 + 0.216 means a constant value of 3.601 with a regression coefficient of 0.216 which states that the direction of the variable x to Y is positive and significant 0.000 <0.05, which means that service has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction at the tourist attraction of the mountainous Malino Regency GowaKeywords:  Level Of Service, Visitor Satisfaction

Abstract

Cryptocurrency is a form of digital storage that uses cryptographic techniques or secret passwords. This cryptocurrency is not controlled by an institution such as a bank, country or certain company but uses a decentralized server and cryptocurrency uses a system that cannot be controlled by anyone because it uses a network that can document transactions directly, without any third party. This review expects to get a thought meaning of Cryptocurrency and how the assessment of the researchers on it depends on sharia and Islamic law. This examination is a writing study. The information wellsprings of this examination were taken from the Qur'an, the hadith of the Prophet, traditional and contemporary books, the assessments of researchers just as from online media sources. From this exploration, it was discovered that Cryptocurrency or the utilization of virtual money can without a doubt be perceived as a brilliant progressive innovation, but its use as an investment instrument contains elements of maysir (betting) and as a business transaction instrument that contains elements of gharar, it contains tyranny and that including transactions that are prohibited in Islam.Keywords : Enterpreneurship, Cryptocurrency and Islamic Law.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the phenomenon in the field about the description of the comparison of risk management strategies between murabahah financing and mudharabah financing from the BMT side. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods, through data collection methods in the form of interviews. The researcher interviewed 9 respondents who have experience in dealing with the risks of murabahah financing and mudharabah financing at BMT. This study shows risk mitigation efforts so that risks do not occur in both contracts, namely BMT tightens the selection stage because in both contracts BMT must measure the level of business risk of its members in calculating profits or in returning funds so as not to have the opportunity to harm both parties and the financial statements must also be transparent. This study also suggests that in murabahah financing and mudharabah financing, BMT must strictly apply the precautionary and appropriate principles to maintain institutional health in order to minimize the risks that occur. Abstract

The purpose of this study to find out how the financial performance of PT. Bank Sulselbar KC Syariah Makassar based on a value added and profit and loss approach. This research is a type of quantitative research with a comparative descriptive approach. The data used in this research is secondary data. The data source is in the form of financial ratios in the annual financial statements of South Sulawesi KC Syariah Makassar for the 2019-2020 period. The results of this study indicate that the financial performance of PT. Bank Sulselbar KC Syariah Makassar Year 2019-2020 which is calculated using the added value approach produces a larger ratio value when compared to using the profit and loss approach.

Abstract

The Treatment of  Zakat Accounting at the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) in Bantaeng Regency. The aims of this study was to determine whether the zakat accounting treatment at the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) in Bantaeng Regency was in accordance with Islamic Financial Accounting Standards by analyzing financial reports from BAZNAS Banteng Regency was then analyzed whether it was in accordance with PSAK Sharia No. 109 of 2020 which applies today. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis. Based on the analysis results obtained financial statements BAZNAS Bantaeng Regency shows in the practice of collecting and distributing zakat, infaq and alms funds  still use the single entry method is very simple and easy to understand. In the bookkeeping there are only financial reports in the form of changes in the funds of zakat, infaq and alms. Thus, BAZNAS Bantaeng Regency has not implemented the recording, measurement, disclosure in accordance with the accounting standards that set out in PSAK Sharia No. 109 of 2020

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Islamic perspective on the use of social media in online buying and selling businesses, to determine the impact of online marketing in the Covid-19 era faced by Mas Joko's food stall business. This research is a field research using qualitative methods. Data collection was done by interview, observation, and documentation. The results show that the Islamic perspective on the use of social media in online buying and selling, that online buying and selling is based on the Qur'an where online buying and selling is a form of muamalah, in this case honesty in sharia economic transactions is a very important part. Where a trader must be honest, based on the desire for other people to get goodness and happiness such as by explaining the defective condition of a merchandise that he knows and which is not visible to the buyer so that sales in buying and selling transactions are carried out online. has fulfilled the contract (agreement). Sales made online are very helpful for Mas Joko's food stall income during the Covid-19 pandemic. The impact of online marketing in the Covid-19 era faced by Mas Joko's food stall business decreased by around 70% due to a lack of visitors due to the closing of campuses close to the stalls.
