Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui produktivitas dan biaya penyaradan kayu dengan traktor Catterpillar D7G dengan teknik reduced impact logging (RIL) dan konvensional di hutan alam tropika, Kalimantan Utara.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan produktivitas penyaradan kayu dengan traktor Catterillar D7G dengan teknik konvensional sebesar 21,78 m3/jam dan dengan teknik RIL sebesar 26,79 m3/jam. Biaya penyaradan dengan traktor Catterpillar D7G dengan teknik konvensional dan RIL masing-masing sebesar Rp 10.597,19/m3 dan Rp 8.695,39/m3.

Abstract

The main problem in this research is how the model of secondary education management in Central Java Province. Issues divided into a) what are the expectations of various parties regarding the transfer of secondary education management, b) how are the challenges of various parties related to the transfer of secondary education management, and c) which management model is most effective for managing secondary education in Central Java Province. This research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection through FGD was recorded with video and government policies related to secondary education. The number of informants is nine people. Research data is processed using qualitative research software, NVivo 11 Plus for Windows. The study was conducted over three months from October to December 2016. The results were a) some expectations: improving the quality of education, improving access and equity of education, improving teacher welfare and promoting professionalism. teacher; b) some of the challenges faced: the province will ignore the welfare of non-civil servant teachers and reduce the free education of secondary education; c) the most effective model is co-administration. It is recommended that the government immediately make government regulations on the management of secondary education. At the provincial level was directly made education policy. East Java provincial government has now chosen alternative "based region" in six regions of former residency in Central Java. This alternative needs to be tested for its effectiveness, if it is not effective then it is advisable to use co-administration.

Abstract

This paper attempts to map the characteristics of the development of theclassical era of Islamic schools (madrasah). The study concludes that thesedevelopments have significant relevance for the future direction of theIslamic intellectual transformation until today. The Character of schooldevelopment in classical era which gave full attention to the transfer ofconventional religious sciences gave its own color for the implementation ofreligious life as well. Islamic Jurisprudence (Fiqh) which provided practicalconcepts in religious life became a definite curriculum content. This is aremarkable achievement. However, lately, the trend is considered to makethe development of Islamic intellectual transformation become "unhealthy".This unhealthiness is the stressing point of this paper.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh desentralisasi dan karakteristik sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen terhadap kinerja manajerial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini karyawan dan manajer PT. Nikkatsu Electric Work. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan jumlah responden karyawan dan manajer. Data penelitian merupakan data primer dan metode  pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Desentralisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial dan 2) Karakteristik sistem informasi akuntansi  manajemen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial.

Abstract

The effect of reduced impact timber harvesting technique to structure and species composition of seedling and poles was studied using the data of three plots each sized 100 m x 100 m, which are placed randomly at landing, middle skiddtrail and tips of skiddtrail, respectively. The aim of the study was to know the effect of reduced impact timber harvesting technique to structure and species composition of seedling and poles in tropical forest. The research showed that the forest harvesting caused the changing of the structure and species composition of seedling and poles in natural tropical forest.

Abstract

Kabupaten Kendal mencakup 20 kecamatan dan memiliki 551 SDN (Sekolah Dasar Negeri). Total guru di Kabupaten Kendal sebanyak 5.452 orang terdiri dari guru kelas 3.471 orang, guru mata pelajaran 1.410 orang, dan kepala sekolah 571 orang. Banyak SDN di Kabupaten Kendal kekurangan peserta didik dan banyak guru yang belum memenuhi beban mengajar. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan penyelenggaraan pendidikan tidak efisien. Maka tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (a) kondisi satuan pendidikan di SDN, (b) kondidi guru di SDN, dan (c) efisiensi pengelolaan pendidikan di SDN. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan yaitu analisis data pokok pendidikan, diskusi terpumpun untuk verifikasi dan penentuan sekolah yang digabung, dan diskusi terpumpun untuk membuat kebijakan daerah tentang penggabungan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa: (a) kondisi satuan pendidikan tidak merata karena mayoritas (71%) SDN termasuk katetori sekolah sangat kecil (44%) dan sekolah kecil (27%); (b) kondisi guru kelas mengalami kelebihan di 73% SDN dan guru PNS mendominasi yaitu 66%; dan (c) pengelolaan SDN belum efisien dilihat dari rasio guru siswa karena 76% belum memenuhi aturan, rasio guru kelas dengan rombongan belajar tidak efisien karena 73% SDN kelebihan guru kelas, dan sebanyak 21% guru belum bekerja sesuai dengan regulasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian ini disarankan untuk segera disahkan regulasi guna mengatur agar penyelenggaraan pendidikan di Kabupaten Kendal yang lebih efisien.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to (1) To find out the importance of work motivation on vocational teacher job satisfaction in the supervision of the eastern part of Pemalang Regency, (2) to find out the effect of compensation on job satisfaction of private Vocational Teachers in the supervisory area of the eastern part of Pemalang Regency, (3) to determine the effect of work motivation and compensation on job satisfaction of private vocational school teachers in the supervisory region of the eastern part of Pemalang Regency. Data collection method used was a questionnaire method. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, test requirements and hypothesis testing which includes simple linear regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Factors that affect teacher job satisfaction include work motivation and compensation 54.4%, the remaining 45.6% is influenced by variables outside the study. Work motivation and compensation of teachers in private vocational supervisory regions in the eastern part of Pemalang Regency are categorized while the job satisfaction of teachers in private vocational supervisory areas in the eastern part of Pemalang district is categorized high.

Abstract

Kompetensi professional guru diartikan guru mampu mengelola proses pembelajaran dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk: 1) mengetahui besarnya pengaruh pengembanagn keprofesian berkelanjutan terhadap kompetensi profesional guru, 2) mengetahui besarnya pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kompetensi profesional guru, dan 3) mengetahui besarnya pengaruh pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kompetensi profesional guru. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian asosiatif. Populasi penelitian ini 134 guru dan sampel penelitian 100 guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data diskriptif, uji prasyarat yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji linieritas dan uji hipotesis meliputi regresi linier sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) korelasi antara pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan terhadap kompetensi profesional guru sebasar 0.873. Pengaruh pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan terhadap kompetensi profesional guru sebesar 76,2 %, (2) Korelasi antara disiplin kerja terhadap kompetensi profesional guru sebasar 0.768. Pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kompetensi profesional guru sebesar 68,9 %, (3) Korelasi antara pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kompetensi profesional guru sebasar 0.874. Pengaruh pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kompetensi profesional guru sebesar 76,3 %. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kompetensi profesional guru sebesar 0,763 atau 76,3%. Penulis menyarankan agar kepala sekolah memefasilitasi kegiatan pengembangan diri guru terutama tentang penguasaan landasan kependidikan, kemudian guru juga mengikuti pelatihan dan seminar agar dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru. Guru dapat melakukan refleksi dan evaluasi dengan meningkatkan pengembangan diri dan disiplin kerja.

Abstract

This research aims to describe: the role of the principal in developing character education at Pangudi Luhur Van Lith Muntilan High School (1) The role of the principal as a manager in developing character values of discipline and social care, (2) The role of the principal as a leader in developing values character of discipline and social care. This research uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative type. Data were collected using interviews, observation and documentation methods, while data validation was carried out through triangulation. Based on the results of research and discussion of the role of school principals as managers and leaders in the development of disciplined character education and social care, it can be concluded: (1) planning program creation by identifying problems by conducting SWOT, coordinating between fields, availability of program funds, socialization of programs through meetings work, parent meetings, through teaching and learning activities and during MPLS. (2) Organizing, dividing tasks and authority, granting decrees. (3) Implementation, integrating character in learning or in school culture. (4) Supervision, carried out with direct involvement, coordination, accountability. (5) Providing an example by being present on time, dressing neatly, following the 5S greetings, and being directly involved in social action activities. (6) Providing motivation to carry out morning briefings providing 5S, being directly involved in social action activities, through flag ceremonies, and coaching. It is recommended that all Pangudi Luhur Van Lith Muntilan High School students be actively involved in accordance with their respective duties and roles in developing character education and in providing role models and providing motivation in implementing character education development.
