Abstract

Independence is part of the developmental process that is expected in order to reach maturity. The results of observations in the field showed that there were still children who did not have independent characteristics, one of which was not taking off and putting on their own socks and shoes. This research aims to find out, develop and improve every development in children's independence through daily habits at Bright Minds Day Care by facilitating caregivers in increasing children's independent behavior through daily habits and efforts have been made by Bright Minds Day Care Kanteng Argomulyo, Salatiga City . This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection method in this research uses observation, interviews and documentation with descriptive data analysis. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that (1) independence in children is not optimal so that it can be improved through daily habits (2) parents and caregivers lack involvement in increasing children's independence through daily habits

Abstract

Parental parenting styles play a very important role in children's lives because the application of parental parenting styles to children will have an impact on the child's development in behaving in the social environment around him. For this reason, it is necessary to choose the right parenting style in educating, especially within the family environment. However, in an era like this, it is rare to find parents who care about children's development, even though children have more time at home with their parents, this is due to a lack of communication between parents and children, there is no time between parents and children to gather together, parents spend more time to work, lack of control and supervision from parents, parents get children used to playing with cellphones, parents pay less attention to children in learning so children don't know numbers and alphabets, knowledge factors about parenting patterns that parents don't understand. This research aims to find out whether parental parenting patterns can influence the development of early childhood children aged 4-5 years at PGRI Kokroman Kindergarten, What is the impact of parental parenting patterns on the development of early childhood children 4-5 years old at PGRI Kokroman Kindergarten, How do parents care for children aged 4-5 years in daily life. This research involved parents, children, older siblings. The method used in this research is a qualitative method and a descriptive approach. Interviews, observation and documentation are all used in data collection methods.

Abstract

The aim of this development research is to analyze the need for developing digital-based teaching materials using the Heyzine Flipbooks application about the 17th century Sultanate of Banten at SMKN 2 Kota Serang and to analyze the results of the feasibility test for digital-based teaching materials using the Heyzine Flipbooks application about the 17th century Sultanate of Banten at SMKN 2 Kota Serang, with research subjects from Class X TM 1 which was carried out with a total of 42 students. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE Model approach consisting of 5 components including: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The suitability of teaching materials is known after being validated by experts, namely material experts, media experts and language experts. The results of the research show that the appropriateness level of teaching materials in terms of material for material experts is 85.26%, this percentage is included in the good category so that it is "usable". Then the suitability of teaching materials in terms of language has the same percentage, namely 83%, both percentages are included in the good category so they are "usable". Meanwhile, the suitability of teaching materials in terms of media for media experts is 88.88%, this percentage is included in the good category so that it "can be used". Trials limited to small groups of students obtained results of 86.25%, this percentage is included in the very good category so it is "usable". Then, in a limited trial on large groups of students, results were 87.5%, this percentage was included in the very good category so it was "usable". Abstract

This article aims to analyze the influence of gender diversity on vocational high school students' sustainability awareness. In this era of globalization and rapid development, it is important for students to have a high awareness of sustainable issues, including in the context of gender. This research involved a sample of Vocational High School students from various gender backgrounds, with the aim of understanding whether gender diversity contributes to increasing students' sustainable awareness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1). Pengaruh keterampilan manajer terhadap implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah di SMP N Rayon Ngadirejo Kabupaten Temanggung, 2) Pengaruh motivasi kerja guru terhadap implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah di SMP N Rayon Ngadirejo Kabupaten Temanggung, dan 3) Pengaruh keterampilan manajer dan motivasi kerja guru secara bersama-sama terhadap implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah di SMP N Rayon Ngadirejo Kabupaten Temanggung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru di SMP N Rayon Ngadirejo Kabupaten Temanggung menggunakan teknik sampel 125 guru. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Kuesioner, teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi ganda.Metode pengambilan sampel dengan teknik Proportional random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positip keterampilan manajer sekolah terhadap implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah di SMP N Rayon Ngadirejo Kabupaten Temanggung sebesar 39,8 % dipengaruhi oleh keterampilan manajer dan 60,2 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain, 2) Terdapat Pengaruh positip motivasi kerja guru terhadap implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah di SMP N Rayon Ngadirejo Kabupaten Temanggung sebesar 23,8 % dipengaruhi motivasi kerja guru dan 76,2 % dipengaruhi variabel yang lain, dan 3) Terdapat Pengaruh positip keterampilan manajer dan motivasi kerja guru secara bersama-sama terhadap implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah di SMP N Rayon Ngadirejo Kabupaten Temanggung dengan 54,2 % dipengaruhi keterampilan manajer dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap MBS dan 55,2 % dipengaruhi selain kedua variabel tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the potential for ESD (Education for Suistanable Development)-oriented learning in grade 7 science teachers at MTs Banjarnegara District. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. The population in this study were 20 class VII teachers at MTs in Banjarnegara Regency. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire distributed online to MTs science teachers based on ESD-oriented Teacher Potential indicators to obtain data and interview techniques. From the survey results, it was obtained information on teachers' knowledge about ESD, 65% did not know ESD, 70% did not know concepts and ESD in science learning. From other facts from the interviews it turned out that teachers did not know ESD in learning. From the results of the learning potential questionnaire, teachers' insights about ESD obtained 35% new to Education For Sustainable Development (ESD), 55% did not know the meaning of ESD and 60% had just heard of ESD. Some teachers in learning already know and find ESD-oriented material.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran SMK adalah menekankan pada pengetahuan dan keterampilan aplikatif, dan penanaman budaya kerja melalui pembelajaran industri. Proses pembelajaran SMK diselenggarakan berbasis aktivitas secara interaktif, dan komunikatif untuk menyongsong era revolusi industri 4.0 dan yang akan datang. Salah satu metode pembelajaran yang dapat membantu siswa agar memiliki kreativitas berpikir, STEAM merupakan pendekatan yang terintegrasi untuk dapat mendorong kreativitas. Pembelajaran dengan pendekatan STEAM membangun kemampuan kognitif siswa melalui pembelajaran yang bermakna, energi dan perubahannya; serta perilaku ekonomi dan kesejahteraan sesuai dengan karakteristik bidang keahliannya. Menuntut peserta memahami dan membuat teks informasi, dan menyajikan opini atau klaim sesuai dengan lingkup bidang keahliannya; peserta didik dapat memahami serta membuat teks multimedia seperti bagan, Capain pembelajaran ini selaras dengan indikator STEAM yaitu Science, Melihat adanya keselarasan antara karakteristik pembelajaran projek IPAS STEAM. Pemahaman Guru Terhadap Pendekatan PJBL berbasis STEAM 68% Integrasi PJBL Berbasis STEAM dengan Materi IPAS 62% Kesiapan Guru dalam Menggnakan Pendekatan PJBL STEAM 66% Kreativitas dalam Menyusun Proyek STEAM 65% Kendala atau Tantangan dalam Menerapkan PJBL STEAM 63%. Disimpulkan bahwa respon guru yang tentang PJBL STEAM dengan Materi IPAS 62%, Kesiapan Guru dalam Menggunakan Pendekatan PJBL STEAM 66%, Kreativitas dalam Menyusun Proyek STEAM 65%, Efektivitas Dukungan dan Bimbingan Guru selama PJBL STEAM 66%, Pengukuran dan Evaluasi Hasil PJBL STEAM oleh Guru 69%, Kendala atau Tantangan dalam Menerapkan PJBL STEAM 63%, Respons Guru terhadap Efektivitas PJBL STEAM 71%, hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa metode PJBL-STEAM bisa diterapkan pada pembelajaran projek IPAS di SMK PGRI 2 Taman. Abstract

Study This aim For know profile literacy Demak State Madrasah Aliyah students . Study This is type study descriptive qualitative . Deep sample study This is student Class XI MIPA Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Demak has 71 students . Data collection techniques use non - tests given to subject study about learning lifetime life ( lifelong learning ) includes five indicators namely : thinking complex , processing information , communication effectiveness , collaboration , and habits of mind . Research data analyzed in a way descriptive based on criteria score achievement each indicator learning lifetime life . Research result show that on components think complex obtained an average score of 40.20%, ( less ), processing information 55.60%, ( enough ), communication effective 66.61% ( good ), collaboration 73.38% ( good ), and habits of mind 32.20% ( poor ). Think complexes and habits of mind literacy needs to be increased environment MAN Demak students will be very good.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to increase teacher professionalism through academic supervision of coaching model class visits at SDN 1 Gondang, Limbangan District, Kendal Regency. This research is action research in accordance with the steps of the coaching model class visit supervision method carried out through two cycles, cycle 1 and cycle 2. The subjects of this research are teachers of grades 1 to grade six in science subjects. Data was collected by interviews, observation, documentation. Data analysis was done quantitatively for observation results and qualitative narrative for interview results. The results of this research on examining the RPP documents in accordance with National Education Ministerial Decree No. 41 of 2007, cycle 1 obtained an average of 71 and cycle 2 obtained an average score of 88 while in implementing learning in accordance with standards of success, cycle 1 obtained an average of 70 and in cycle 2 obtained an average of 87. This shows that there has been an increase in teacher professionalism after the supervision of class visits by the school principal. It is proven that through continuous academic supervision of class visits there is an increase in teacher professionalism in learning at SDN 1 Gondang accompanied by an increase in student learning outcomes. This research can contribute to thinking about the importance of the role of academic supervision of class visits in increasing teacher professionalism which has an impact on improving the quality of education.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in learning the theme of Heat and the Transfer of Science Learning Content in class V of SDN 1 Merbuh, Singorojo District, Kendal Regency, semester 2 of the 2022/2023 academic year. Student learning completion that has not reached the minimum percentage determined by the school. The application of the video-based Student Case Study method has the potential to actively involve students in learning. Thus, student learning outcomes are expected to increase according to expectations. This research aims to determine whether the application of the video-based Student Case Study method can improve learning outcomes on the theme of Heat and Transfer in science lesson content. This research consists of 2 cycles with 3 meetings in each cycle. Learning refers to the steps in applying the video-based Student Case Study method that has been prepared previously. The learning process for the theme of Heat and the Transfer of Science lesson content from cycle I to cycle II has increased in a direction that is conducive, enjoyable and meaningful. Student learning outcomes through the application of the video-based Student Case Study method have increased significantly. In pre-cycle learning there were 11 out of 22 students or a complete score or 50.00%, in Cycle I improvement this increased to 15 students or 68.18%, in Cycle II improvement it increased to 20 students or 90.91%. The learning outcomes obtained are in accordance with the predetermined success indicators, namely 2. A total of ≥ 85.00% of students can achieve the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) in the learning theme of Heat and Transfer that has been determined by the school, namely 70.00 with an average score of - class average ≥ 75.00.
