Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to study how the implementation of the marketing mix strategy in the Bakso Wong Jowo By Tiwi business. The current global pandemic, namely Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19), hampers all community activities. The social distancing system that is implemented to minimize the spread of virus transmission, on the other hand has a negative impact. One of the elements most affected by the social distancing system is the labor. Many workers who are dismissed are even laid off (Termination of Employment) due to decreased company activities. Cause of that, the community is expected to be more creative and innovative person in order to survive in fulfilling their daily needs, especially in this pandemic era. One of the ways is making UKM (Usaha Kecil Menengah) which can be done at home by utilizing existing technology. Bakso is a typical Indonesian culinary delicacy that is very much in demand by the public, especially in Cimahi City. Bakso Wong Jowo By Tiwi is a type of UKM that is engaged in home-made culinary (Homemade) with the Javanese slogan "Juara Panganan Ing Omah" which means "Home food champion". However, the large number of competitors and the current pandemic make the Bakso Wong Jowo By Tiwi business must have a good and mature marketing strategy, namely the 7P Marketing Mix strategy. The research method that the author uses is phenomenology with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out by observation and documentation related to the research. The results showed that the application of the 7P marketing mix method can provide development in the business run by UMKM Bakso Wong Jowo By Tiwi.

Abstract

The development of dairy cows in Pelalawan District is integrated with plantation crops (cow-oil). Riau Province has the largest oil palm plantation in Indonesia, which is 2.706 million hectares, so it has a potential source of feed for dairy cattle and is expected to have an impact on the competitiveness of cattle farming in Riau. The research was conducted on the people's dairy farming business in Pelalawan Regency, with the aim of knowing the level of profit, competitiveness and impact of government policies on dairy farming using the Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM). The results showed that the average private breeders' profit was Rp. 19,481,081.55/head/lactation and social benefits of Rp. 20,431,492.21/head/lactation. Smallholder dairy farming in Pelalawan Regency has good competitive competitiveness (PCR=0.25) and comparative competitiveness (DRCR=0.24). Dairy farmers receive input subsidies from the government with an NPCI of 0.79 and are also burdened with an output tax with an NPCO of 0.93. Overall, government policies have not provided incentives (disincentives) for dairy farming in Pelalawan District with an EPC of 0.96.

Abstract

Poverty is one of the basic problems that Indonesia is still facing. In response to this, the government issues a policy to improve the economic capacity of the community, through financial institutions as a source of capital. Financial institutions have different goals and motivations, so they have some differences in the determination of lending procedures and transaction fees applied, which will affect the perceptions of borrowers. This research is conducted at the BRI financial institution and Sharia Cooperatives (BMT AGROMADANI) in Rimba Melintang Sub-district, Rokan Hilir Regency. This study aims to: First, to identify lending procedures. Second, to analyze the comparison of the amount of transaction costs. Third, to analyze the perception of the borrower. This study uses a survey method with the sampling technique used is purposive sampling and the number of samples used in this study as many as 10 borrowers taken from each of the financial institutions. The results of the study explain that the more procedures or stages that are applied, the financial institutions will take longer to process loan or financing activities. BRI financial institution is more efficient in determining transaction costs incurred by borrowers of Rp. 559,800, compared to the Sharia Cooperative financial institution (BMT AGROMADANI) of Rp. 1,298,000. The average variable of borrowers' perceptions of lending procedures in BRI financial institution is in the score range of 93.66 with very good assessment criteria, while the Sharia Cooperative financial institution (BMT AGROMADANI) is in the score range of 81.66 with good assessment criteria.

Abstract

Sektor keuangan di Indonesia merupakan salah satu sektor yang memiliki peranan penting dalam mendorong peningkatan perekonomian nasional dan ekonomi masyarakat. Masih banyak lembaga keuangan yang membuat sulit dan memberatkan perekonomian masyarakat, karena harus membayar biaya transaksi yang lebih mahal. Semakin tinggi biaya transaksi maka semakin tidak efisien suatu lembaga keuangan. Kecamatan Bantan Kabupaten Bengkalis merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang memiliki beberapa lembaga keuangan diantaranya adalah Bank BRI, UPK Bantan Pesisir dan Unit Usaha Simpan Pinjam BUMDesa Mandiri Sejahtera. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: pertama mengetahui prosedur peminjaman. Kedua, menghitung total besaran biaya transaksi. Ketiga menganalisis persepsi peminjam terhadap prosedur peminjaman pada masing-masing lembaga keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, jumlah sampel 30 dimana masing-masing lembaga keuangan di ambil 10 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Unit Usaha Simpan Pinjam BUMDesa Mandiri Sejahtera memiliki proses prosedur pinjaman yang paling banyak dan panjang yaitu sebanyak 10 prosedur, peminjam lebih efisien menggunakan prosedur peminjaman pada Bank BRI dan UPK Bantan Pesisir. Bank BRI jenis pinjaman KUR lebih efisien dalam penetapan biaya transaksi karena total biaya transaksi lebih kecil dibanding lembaga keuangan lainnya. Persepsi peminjam terhadap prosedur peminjaman pada Bank BRI mendapatkan skor rata-rata dengan kategori sangat baik, sedangkan UPK Bantan Pesisir mendapatkan skor rata-rata dengan kategori baik, dan Unit Usaha Simpan Pinjam BUMDesa Mandiri Sejahtera mendapatkan  skor rata-rata dengan kategori baik. Namun masih terdapat kekurangan pada variabel kecepatan pelaksanaan di lembaga keuangan Unit Usaha Simpan Pinjam BUMDesa Mandiri Sejahtera, peminjam berpendapat bahwa masih banyak hambatan dalam pencairan dana seperti lambatnya proses pencairan dana pinjaman.

Abstract

PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) merupakan industri bisnis strategis yang harus dipertahankan keberadaannya. Sumber daya manusia dalam sebuah perusahaan merupakan penggerak roda utama untuk mengembangkan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) sangat memperhatikan proses rekrutmen agar mendapatkan calon karyawan yang berkualitas, terlebih pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dibutuhkan karyawan yang memiliki inovasi terhadap perusahaan akan menjadi modal utama untuk pengembangan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Rekrutmen pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metodelogi fenomenologi. Hasil dari penelitan ini adalah PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) pada masa pandemi Covid-19 tetap melakukan rekrutmen sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari unit organisasi, calon karyawan melakukan serangkaian proses administratif sebagaimana ditetapkan terhadap calon karyawan sebelum adanya pandemi Covid-19, calon karyawan yang telah diterima bekerja di wajibkan membawa hasil rapid test pada TMT (terhitung mulai tanggal) ditetapkannya bekerja.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji eksistensi masyarakat adat pasca kemerdekaan hingga saat ini di dalam Undang-Undang terkait Lingkungan Hidup. Ditemukan bahwa pada masa pra-reformasi terutama pada awal pembentukan Undang-Undang terkait Lingkungan Hidup, pengaturan tentang masyarakat adat tidak ada.  Setelah perubahan dengan diganti Undang-Undang yang baru, eksistensi masyarakat adat mulai disinggung dan Undang-Undang mengharuskan pemerintah memperhatikan adat istiadat yang ada. Pasca-reformasi eksistensi masyarakat adat medapatkan perlakuan yang lebih dari dua Undang-Undang sebelumnya. Bahkan memberikan atribusi kepada pemerintah pusat dan pemerintah daerah untuk mempercepat dalam melaksanakan pengakuan terhadap masyarakat adat.

Abstract

Tight competition in the banking world requires every bank to be able to provide maximum service to each of its customers. To fulfill this, every bank strives to provide excellent service to each of its customers, Bank BRI is no exception. Bank BRI has Smart Service which is a guideline for excellent service, to overcome things that occur, especially frontliners who directly deal with customers.This study uses a phenomenological method with a qualitative approach where the subject in this study is BRI Bank and the object is customer service. This study aims to provide a detailed explanation of the implementation of Service Excellence. So that it can show the best corporate banking service.Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Smart Service from Bank BRI has met the criteria of excellent service (Barata, 2003 & Arasli et al, 2005) so that Smart Service from Bank BRI is a form of Best Corporate Banking from Bank BRI.

Abstract

Abstract: The credibility of social media-based influencers has become an important factor in consumer decision making. The study aimed of this study was to see how the influencers' credibility in MakeOver Cosmetics products among students was. The research sample was taken as many as 91 student respondents from the Faculty of Communication Sciences, Islamic University of Bandung. The research method used in this study is an explanation that serves to impact the influencer credibility (IC) felt by consumers, using a credibility model of the dimensions of Attractiveness, Expertise, and Trustworthiness. The software used to measure the constructed model in SmartPLS 3.3.2. The results showed that the Composite Reliability on the credibility of the influencers was 0.943 accepted. R. Square in the influencer's credibility to the dimensions studied is attractiveness is 0.737, and Expertise is 0.886 and Trustworthiness is 0.804. So, this dimension can be said that the influencer's credibility is significant. While the Average Variance Extracted (AVE) given by the credibility of the influencer is 0.548 a statement that the construct is accepted. The development of research on the credibility of influencers still has much to be researched in the future.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in increasing the country's gross domestic product. However, since COVID-19 hit the world at the end of 2019, as well as various government policies that were in effect in tackling the COVID-19 pandemic, many business actors experienced a drastic decrease in income and not a few were unable to maintain their businesses which led to closure, one of which was the food and beverage business. This study aims to get an overview of the condition of MSMEs in the food and beverage sector during the COVID-19 pandemic in Pekanbaru City. The research was carried out for 2 months from August to September 2021. The research method used was descriptive quantitative using purposive sampling technique with the source of information in the form of questionnaire interviews with a sample of 100 food and beverage MSMEs. The results showed that the profit obtained by food and beverage MSMEs in Pekanbaru City during the COVID-19 pandemic has quite diverse numbers with the highest dominance of profit <50 million as 62 MSMEs, followed by 24 MSMEs for profits of 50 million-<100 million. This data shows that food and beverage MSMEs are still unable to maximize their business potential, one of which is caused by COVID-19 and the policies that applied by the government during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Large-Scale Social Restrictions policy implemented by the government requires business owners to cut business active time only up to 9 pm and reduce the number of consumers by 50% for dine-in. The government's policy of limiting business hours during the COVID-19 pandemic is an important factor in the decrease in food and beverage MSMEs business income during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the variables that influence and determine the regional competitiveness of Kepulauan Meranti an it in 2019 using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The research used primary data with questionnaires and interviews with 40 respondents consisting of members of the Regency DPRD, sub-district heads, heads of government sections, Socio-Cultural and Village Community Empowerment. The research consists of five institutional variables; socio-political, regional labor, economy, productivity and physical infrastructure. The results of regional competitiveness among sub-districts are economic variables in the Tasik Putri Puyu sub-district’s (0.475), Tebing Tinggi subdistrict’s physical infrastructure (0.373), labor and productivity of Pulau Merbau sub-district (0.216), Rangsang Pesisir Barat sub-district’s high cliff institutions (0.260) and Rangsang Pesisir sub-district’s social politics (0.333).
