Abstract

The scenario simulation of old and new solid waste management systems in Pekanbaru with constructed model were done. The objective of the simulation was to know the feasibility of the solid waste management system financially. the scenario was simulated from 1999 to 2008.

Abstract

Financial institutions have many forms, procedures and types, but not all financial institutions can ease the community's economy. There are still many financial institutions that make it difficult and burdensome for the people's economy. Before getting a loan the borrower must go through various procedures that have been set. This research was conducted with the aim of identifying the components of transaction costs, analyzing the value of transaction costs, comparing the total transaction costs imposed on each financial institution and analyzing the borrowers' perceptions of credit loan procedures in Bunga Raya Village, Bunga Raya District, Siak Regency. The village has three financial institutions namely BUMKam Bungaraya, UPK Maju Bersama Bungaraya and BRI Bank Raya Raya units. Descriptive analysis is used to identify components and calculate transaction cost values. Transaction cost analysis is used to compare the analysis of transaction cost. Analysis of borrower's perception is measured using an ordinal scale, which is guided by the Likert's Summated Rating Scale (LSRS). The results of the study explained that there were differences in the components and magnitude of transaction costs at each financial institution in Bunga Raya Village. The smallest total transaction costs are the BRI Bank Bunga Raya unit and the borrower's perception of the BUMKam Bungaraya credit loan procedure gets an average score in the good category, UPK Maju Bersama Bungaraya has a good average score and the BRI Bank Bunga Raya Unit has an average average score.

Abstract

Intellectual Capital is applied experience, organizational technology, customer relations, and expertise that can create a competitive advantage for BUM Desa which is aimed at administrators in managing BUM Desa, and to what extent affects the management of Intellectual Capital on the performance of BUM Desa, which can be managed with innovation, collaboration and good human resources. owned. This study aims to describe the performance of BUM Desa administrators with the suitability of BUM Desa financial reports conducted in Titian Resak Village, Seresam Village ,and Petala Bumi Village, Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The method used in this research is the survey method and research respondents. The results of this study indicate that intellectual capital and financial performance have a very tied and balanced relationship. BUM Desa, Seberida Subdistrict, which has the highest variable, is relational capital, which shows the attitude of the BUM Desa management and leadership helping each other. The highest dimension is relationships with customers who receive criticism and suggestions from BUM Desa customers. Based on the financial performance of BUM Desa, ROA, which has an average of 1.38 with a very good category. ROE (Return On Equity) which has an average value of 8.48% in the "good enough" category. The ratio of BOPO (Operational Costs and Operating Income) which has an average value of 87.88% is in the "very good" category. So that BUM Desa has high intellectual capital, its financial performance is also good and those that have low value, the financial performance is not good.

Abstract

The Sad Clown phenomenon in the North Bandung area is a new and unusual phenomenon. This study aims to make observations of the existing sad clown phenomenon. This study uses a qualitative frame of mind that uses the Phenomenology method approach and the Requirements Engineering process to get a descriptive explanation from the perspective of Stakeholder Theory . This study found that there are three stakeholders who are related to the Badut phenomenon. This research is based on a new phenomenon that is happening around the Bandung area. clown / comedian (in performances and so on) ¸ a comedian is a person who likes to be funny, therefore clowns should be associated with happy things, but from the observations the existing phenomenon is a paradox, which is the Clown Phenomenon which brings a sad social context.

Abstract

Settlement pests are animals around humans and their settlements that cause physical and psychological disturbances to residents of the house. Its existence causes harm, loss and disturbance. Pests that are often a problem at home are mosquitoes, rats, cockroaches, and flies. Very few people tolerate the presence of pests in the house, even the only signs of their presence have led people to take control measures with pesticides. This research is a descriptive research that is to explain, detail and make a description of a symptom or object under study. The target population is households residing in Pekanbaru City, namely in the Districts of Tenayan Raya, Sail and Pekanbaru Kota. The sample was determined purposively with a multistage sampling technique. The research area is residential in Pekanbaru City with three categories of clean, medium and dirty. The data obtained were nominal, ordinal and ratio analysis. The relationship between data and quantitative data was analyzed using the chi-square test. The results showed that more than half of the respondents (95.88%) stated that there were residential pests in their houses. The most mosquitoes were found and felt by the residents of the house the most disturbing, so that the mosquitoes were the most controlled. As many as 41.44% of respondents thought that disturbance from pests was causing discomfort. In addition, people are very worried about contracting diseases carried by pests, especially dengue fever.

Abstract

This research is an explanation regarding the systematic mapping of the Oil Palm Industri Business Strategy in Riau Province. Oil palm as a commodity of plantation products has an important role in economic activity inIndonesia. Apart from being one of the country's foreign exchange earners, palm oil is also labor intensive, so it absorbs a lot of labor. From a comparative point of view, the potential for the Indonesian palm oil commodity hasgood prospects, because Indonesia's climate and weather are suitable for oil palm cultivation. Researchersconducted research in Riau Province considering that Riau Province is a province with the largest oil palm plantation area in Indonesia. This study uses a literature study method that explores the results of previous research and publications with the Systematic Mapping Study method. The results of the study found that the concepts of structure, behavior, performance have not been used by researchers in the oil palm industri.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine the position and role of women in the Riau Malay customary law community and to find out the Rights and Obligations of Women in Leadership and Election of Riau Malay Customary Heads. It was found for the first time that the position and role of women in indigenous peoples in Riau differed between regions. This is because the customary system in Riau also varies from one region to another. The two rights and obligations of women in the Leadership and Election of Customary Heads are not too big. women do not even have the right to become tribal leaders, but in certain areas women have the special right to reject the chosen adat leader. This may result in re-election, provided it is in accordance with custom.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui struktur dan wewenang, sistem hukum dan tata cara pemilihan kepemimpinan dalam pemerintahan adat melayu dalam kaum pesukuan di Luhak Kepenuhan. Ditemukan bahwa, sistem pemerintahan adat melayu dalam kaum pesukuan di Luhak Kepenuhan bahwa, pertama  struktur dan wewenangnya bersifat tetap dan tidak dibatasi oleh wilayah administrasi Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Kedua dalam sitem hukum adat bersifat tidak tertulis dan mengandung nilai-nilai Islami. Ketiga cara pemilihan kepemimpinan dalam pemerintahan adat dilakukan dengan cara bergiliran sesuai dengan ketentuan adat yang sudah ada sejak dahulu kala.
