Al-Hanif: Jurnal Pendidikan Anak dan Parenting by the Early Childhood Islamic Education Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Religion, University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra is dedicated as a medium to publish thoughts and research related to the topic of child education and parenting. Al-Hanif: Journal of Child Education and Parenting was first published in 2021, with online media. To support online publication, Al-Hanif for the first time uses the Open Journal System Platform version 2.4. Focus and Scope Al-Hanif: Journal of Child Education and Parenting, namely research, study, analysis related to early childhood covering the scope of child development consisting of moral and religious values, physical-motor, social-emotional, cognitive, language, art and creativity and early childhood care (parenting), then assessment of AUD development, AUD Development Psychology, child empowerment, learning, methods, strategies, models, media, innovation in the implementation of early childhood education programs and various fields related to PAUD.

Abstract

The research aims to know how to read and write the application of Al quran with iqro methods in early childhood and the factors that support and impede learning to read and write the Qur`an. This research is a qualitative descriptive which examines data quality (concepts, thoughts and actions) and describe what it is. The result of learning to read and write firs penelitian Al quran with methods iqro prepared in a pkanned and systematic based on the curriculum RA. Secondly, there is a supporting factor in the application of methods iqro is the availability of books, media, and other learning tools that support this learning process. Theirn infrastructure and tenacity educators in the implementation of learning. While the inhibiting factors such as lack of training on a regular basis of the application of methods for Teachers Iqro RA. Abstract

Education is an important part of human life, education is like the blood that flows in life. Parents have a big responsibility for the education of their children, from the moment they are born humans need to have a strong foundation for their future life, the golden age is a time when parents can build a strong foundation for their children, because at this age children will go through a different phase. strong to see, hear and feel. Therefore, parents need to pay great attention to building the foundation of children's education at this golden age. There are several things that need to be considered in children's education, the first is religious education. Instilling a religious education parenting pattern for children or what we call Islamic Parenting is the first thing that parents need to pay attention to, because if at the golden age the foundation of education and parenting with Islamic values is not formed strongly, it will be difficult to fix it when he grows up. Abstract

Learning is very meaningful for all humans, because humans are created to seek knowledge in learning that is expected from birth to death. Learning has its own level, starting from the most basic education (PAUD), then Elementary School / Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Junior High School / Madrasah Tsanawiyah, and High School / Madrasah Aliyah. Each lesson has its own administration to meet learning needs. Educational administration has developed issues such as: 1) Constitution and learning policies, 2) Curriculum learning, 3) Teachers and learning, 4) national tests, 5) Access to learning, 6) Quality of learning, 7) Learning technology. There are many more problems or issues in the administration of education. The aim is to identify the benefits of educational administration, the functions of educational administration, and the objectives of educational administration. This research has the result that the main function of education administration is so that learning can be a better reference for educational administration problems in schools. so the importance of education administration to manage schools and learning well

Abstract

The golden age in humans occurs from the time the child is born to the age of eight. At this time the growth and development of children is going fast, so it needs effective stimulation from parents and their environment. Growth is a change that is in each individual. While development is a qualitative process that refers to the perfection of social and psychological functions in a person and lasts throughout human life. In the aspect of fine motor development in early childhood, there will be continuous growth and development of children. Of course, simultaneously, the growth and development of various aspects in early childhood will run according to the stages of their age, so parents need to have thorough knowledge about various aspects of early childhood.

Abstract

The writing of this article aims to determine the role of parents in the psychosocial development of early childhood. The approach method in this research is library research (library). The results showed that the role of parents in the psychosocial development of early childhood is very important and a mandatory responsibility. Parents as gems and primary educators for a child at home and in their social environment, even though they have been entrusted to school, the teacher is only a link for parents so that their children get better education and guidance. Psychosocial development of children is influenced by the pattern of parenting given by parents to children, in which the parenting pattern will determine the good and bad development of children in the future as the next generation and social beings in their environment. The role of parents in this case is to provide warm, caring and loving family care to the fullest. Thus the child will later grow into an adult human who has good self-quality and is able to develop in a strong and confident social environment.

This study aims to determine the role of elementary school educators in education administration. This research is a qualitative descriptive research using a literature study approach. Sources of research data are journals, google books, and google scholars. The results of this study educators in carrying out their duties and roles as teaching staff are also very important in the administration of educators. Educators as planners, implementers in the teaching and learning process, but broadly educators also function as skilled and professional learning administrators. Abstract

The principal plays an important role in the progress of the school, therefore the principal must have good leadership responsibilities to be able to manage teachers, administrative staff and other school staff. In carrying out his duties as a school administration of the school. The principal is in charge of supervising all school staff and employers. A school is very dependent on the skills of its leaders in leading the school. This research is a qualitative research using library research methods derived from documents boos and journals or other literaturethat is used to strengthen the argument that the prinscipal as a school administratoris the main driver in achieving a school"s success. The principal as a school administrator plays a role in school management such as planning, organizing the implementation of supervision, guidance, and school financing. The principal is responsible for the success of the school he leads.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of Read Aloud in increasing interest in reading children aged 5-6 years in RA Annur Prima, Medan Labuhan District and the results of implementing the Read Aloud method in increasing interest in reading children aged 5-6 years in RA Annur Prima, Medan Labuhan District. This research method uses qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis. The data validity technique uses the triangulation method. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Read Aloud method can increase the interest in reading children aged 5-6 years in RA Annur Prima, Medan Labuhan District, which is carried out effectively with a duration of 5-10 minutes every day and the results of the implementation of the Read Aloud method many Early childhood who like books, are enthusiastic about reading aloud activities carried out by teachers and there is positive behavior in reading interest in children aged 5-6 years at RA Annur Prima, Medan Labuhan District.

Abstract

A person's development, especially the formation of attitudes, habits and behavior patterns in childhood can be said to be entirely in the form of parenting. One of the developments that can be seen in a child is the development of discipline. This study aims to determine the relationship between parenting and work on child discipline at RA Nurul Yaqin, East Medan District. The sample in this study consisted of 33 parents who had children aged 4-7 years. This type of research is non-parametric correlation with a cross-sectional approach. The data analysis technique used univariate and bivariate tests with Chi Square Fisher's Exact Test. The results showed that most of the parenting patterns were non-democratic as many as 24 people (72.7%), the most parents' work was not working as many as 21 people (63.6%), and good child discipline as many as 21 people ( 63.6%). There is a significant relationship between parenting and child discipline in RA Nurul Yaqin, Medan Timur District (p value 0.012) and there is no significant relationship between parental work and child discipline in RA Nurul Yaqin, Medan Timur District (p value 1,000).
