Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong munculnya bukti digital sebagai bagian penting dalam proses pembuktian perkara pidana di Indonesia, khususnya dalam kasus-kasus kejahatan siber. Meskipun KUHAP belum secara eksplisit mengatur bukti digital, pengakuan terhadap keberadaannya telah ditegaskan dalam UU ITE dan perubahannya. Namun, penerapan bukti digital di pengadilan masih menghadapi tantangan, seperti soal keabsahan, prosedur penyitaan, dan keterbatasan pemahaman teknis aparat penegak hukum. Penelitian ini menggunakan data yang diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan, yang mencakup tiga jenis bahan hukum, yaitu: bahan hukum primer seperti peraturan perundang-undangan, bahan hukum sekunder berupa literatur dan jurnal hukum, serta bahan hukum tersier yang berisi informasi penunjang berupa konsep atau keterangan pendukung. Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni Bukti digital telah diakui sebagai alat bukti yang sah dalam hukum acara pidana Indonesia melalui UU ITE dan perubahannya, meskipun tidak disebut secara eksplisit dalam KUHAP. Penggunaannya di persidangan mensyaratkan prosedur yang sah, baik secara formil maupun materiil, termasuk melalui penyitaan yang sah, autentikasi, dan dukungan ahli forensik digital. Bukti ini digunakan tidak hanya dalam kasus siber, tetapi juga perkara pidana umum. Namun, apabila diperoleh secara melanggar hukum seperti tanpa izin atau melalui penyadapan ilegal bukti digital dapat dianggap tidak sah dan berisiko menggugurkan dakwaan serta menimbulkan konsekuensi hukum bagi pihak yang melanggar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai non-ASN di Kantor Kecamatan Tambaksari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap pegawai non-ASN. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi yang diterima pegawai masih dinilai kurang memadai dan secara langsung memengaruhi motivasi serta disiplin kerja mereka. Disiplin kerja yang diterapkan mencakup ketepatan waktu, kepatuhan terhadap peraturan, dan penyelesaian tugas tepat waktu, yang juga dipengaruhi oleh sistem pengawasan dan fasilitas pendukung. Pegawai mengharapkan perbaikan dalam hal kompensasi, sistem penghargaan yang adil, serta kebijakan disiplin yang tegas namun manusiawi untuk meningkatkan kinerja secara keseluruhan. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kompensasi yang memadai dan disiplin kerja yang baik merupakan faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai non-ASN di kantor tersebut. Implikasi dari temuan penelitian ini adalah perlunya perbaikan sistem kompensasi yang lebih adil dan kompetitif, serta penguatan penerapan disiplin kerja yang konsisten namun humanis. Organisasi disarankan untuk: (1) meninjau ulang struktur kompensasi dengan mempertimbangkan beban kerja dan kinerja pegawai, (2) mengembangkan sistem reward and punishment yang transparan, dan (3) meningkatkan pengawasan berbasis pendampingan daripada sanksi. Secara praktis, penelitian ini memberikan panduan bagi manajemen dalam merancang kebijakan SDM yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai non-ASN di sektor pemerintahan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the core values of ASN BerAKHLAK and work motivation on employee performance at the National Unity and Political Agency of Surabaya City. This research employs a quantitative approach with data analysis using multiple linear regression. The sample consists of 100 employees working at the agency, selected randomly. Data were collected through a questionnaire measuring the variables of ASN BerAKHLAK core values, work motivation, and employee performance. Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS to test the hypotheses and examine the impact of these variables on employee performance. The results indicate that both the ASN BerAKHLAK core values and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. Specifically, the ASN BerAKHLAK core values play a crucial role in shaping a positive work culture, while work motivation enhances individual productivity and performance quality. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of policies related to employee performance management in government institutions, particularly in optimizing the implementation of ethical values and work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of competence and work motivation on employee performance at Banjarsugihan Urban Village, Tandes District, Surabaya City. The research adopts a quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique to select a total of 50 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results show that competence does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, indicating that improved employee competence has not yet become a key determinant of performance. In contrast, work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, suggesting that a high level of motivation encourages employees to work more optimally. The results of this study also indicate that competence and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. These findings indicate that both competence and work motivation are important factors to consider in human resource management within public service environments such as urban villages, in order to improve employee performance effectiveness and efficiency. Therefore, it is recommended that the management of Banjarsugihan Urban Village continue to enhance programs for competence development and work motivation to achieve better and more sustainable employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a systematic review related to academic anxiety management strategies in students, especially relevant to the field of physiotherapy in the context of Communication Psychology and Psychosomatic Disorders courses. Literature searches were conducted on PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar databases for the period 2015–2025. Inclusion criteria include empirical research articles that evaluate the effectiveness of intervention strategies (psychological and non-psychological) on students' academic anxiety, with a population of at least 50% of students of the health study program. Of the 1,247 articles identified, 28 met the inclusion criteria. The results of the review showed several groups of effective strategies, including a cognitive-behavioral approach (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with psychoeducation and skills training programs, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)-based interventions, relaxation and diaphragmatic breathing techniques, time management and workload management training, and social support through peer mentoring groups. In particular, studies in physiotherapy students emphasized the need for integrated support programs that focus on recognizing signs of somatic stress (e.g. headaches, muscle tension) and providing effective communication guidance between lecturers and students to reduce anxiety. These findings are expected to be the basis for the development of guidelines for academic anxiety management strategies that meet the needs of the physiotherapy study program.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the financial performance of the Regional Government based on the perspective of the financial performance of Keerom Regency in 2020 by using the financial ratio to the Budget and Balance Sheet Realization Report of Keerom Regency for the 2019-2020 fiscal year. The research method used is quantitative descriptive using secondary data, namely the Regional Government Financial Statements for 2019 – 2020. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive by calculating financial ratios, namely; 1) Regional Independence Ratio, 2) Effectiveness Ratio, 3) Efficiency Ratio, 4) Growth Ratio, 5) Operating Expenditure Ratio, 6) Capital Expenditure Ratio and 7) Current Ratio. The results of the calculations obtained show that Keerom Regency in 2020 has a low independence predicate, is less effective in realizing PAD, is inefficient in realizing PAD, experiences negative PAD growth, experiences an increase in operating expenses, experiences a decrease in capital expenditure and has a debt that is larger than the lancer asset so that the lancer asset cannot cover the lancer debt in a year.

Abstract

This study examines the psychological impacts experienced by children who are left behind due to parental migration in Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara. Using a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, data were collected through photovoice techniques and semi-structured interviews. Five children aged 10 to 19 participated in this study. The analysis revealed three main themes: (1) the resilience of children in coping with parental separation, (2) deep longing for the presence of parents, and (3) discomfort in household life during the absence of parents. Social support from the surrounding environment and the role of surrogate caregivers, such as grandparents, proved to be significant factors in the emotional well-being of the children. However, the psychological needs of these children are often neglected. This study recommends the necessity of more humane interventions and policies that are responsive to the conditions of children affected by parental migration to ensure their optimal growth and development amid family separation. situations.

Abstract

Employees in a company are individuals who are employed by the company to carry out various tasks and responsibilities in order to achieve the company's goals. In realizing the company's goals, human resources are needed that have quality and are competitive, with good work quality it is expected to be able to produce high employee performance, employee performance is a measure of the extent to which an individual fulfills their duties and responsibilities in the workplace. Employee performance evaluation is important to measure productivity, contribution, and impact on the organization. Employee performance can be influenced by a combination of factors and can vary from individual to individual. Therefore, effective management involves understanding employee needs and potential, providing appropriate support, and implementing strategies that encourage continuous performance improvement. This study aims to determine the Influence of Leadership and Decision Making on Employee Performance with Leadership Style. The method used is a descriptive quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaire distribution. The author took the type of sample with a ratio of 10: 1, the number of samples used in this study was the number of indicators as much as 22 x 10 (max) = 220 respondents, Furthermore, to analyze the researcher used a Likert scale with the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) analysis tool.

Abstract

Sistem navigasi otonom dikembangkan untuk robot mobile omnidirectional dengan memanfaatkan algoritma Potential Field yang terintegrasi dengan data sensor LiDAR. Robot mampu bergerak menuju titik tujuan dari berbagai arah sambil menghindari rintangan secara real-time. Implementasi menggunakan Robot Operating System (ROS) memungkinkan koordinasi modular antara algoritma kendali, masukan sensor, dan aktuator. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa robot dapat mencapai titik tujuan baik dalam kondisi tanpa halangan maupun dengan halangan, dengan rata-rata galat posisi akhir di bawah 40 mm dan waktu tempuh rata-rata sekitar 12 detik. Sensor LiDAR menunjukkan akurasi tinggi, dengan galat pengukuran jarak pendek sebesar 2,23% dan jarak jauh sebesar 5,38%. Delay pada topik ROS untuk data LiDAR dan odometri masing-masing rata-rata sebesar 0,50 detik dan 0,08 detik, yang cukup untuk mendukung kendali waktu nyata. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi algoritma Potential Field, sensor LiDAR, dan sistem ROS mampu menghasilkan gerakan robot yang akurat, responsif, dan adaptif terhadap lingkungan.

Abstract

Asma merupakan penyakit inflamasi kronis pada saluran napas yang banyak ditemukan pada anak-anak dan dapat mengganggu kualitas hidup serta aktivitas sehari-hari. Penatalaksanaan fisioterapi memegang peranan penting dalam mengurangi gejala, meningkatkan fungsi pernapasan, dan menunjang kualitas hidup penderita. Salah satu intervensi yang digunakan adalah teknik massage (pijat terapi), yang terbukti mampu memberikan efek relaksasi, meningkatkan sirkulasi, dan memperbaiki pola napas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan penatalaksanaan fisioterapi pada anak dengan asma menggunakan intervensi massage sebagai terapi pendukung. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus deskriptif terhadap tiga anak penderita asma dengan intervensi berupa massage terapeutik, yang dilaksanakan selama beberapa sesi dengan durasi dan frekuensi yang telah ditentukan. Parameter evaluasi mencakup frekuensi napas, intensitas batuk, kualitas tidur, serta kenyamanan pernapasan subjektif. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya penurunan frekuensi napas, berkurangnya intensitas batuk, serta peningkatan kenyamanan dan kualitas tidur setelah intervensi massage dilakukan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa massage dapat menjadi salah satu intervensi nonfarmakologis yang efektif dalam mendukung penatalaksanaan asma pada anak. Kesimpulannya, intervensi massage dalam program fisioterapi dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam mengelola gejala asma pada anak. Pendekatan ini aman, non-invasif, dan dapat digunakan sebagai terapi komplementer bersama dengan pengobatan medis lainnya.
