Abstract

This study examines the effect of QRIS transaction volume and nominal value on Indonesia's economic growth from 2020 to 2024. The rapid increase in QRIS usage, reaching 6.24 billion transactions worth IDR 659.9 trillion in 2024, motivated this research. A quantitative field research approach was employed, using documentation techniques from Bank Indonesia, ASPI, and BPS annual reports. Multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 was conducted. The results show that QRIS transaction volume and nominal value do not have a significant effect on Indonesia's economic growth during the study period. The R-square value of 0.045 indicates that only 4.5% of economic growth variation can be explained by both variables, while 95.5% is influenced by other factors. These findings suggest that the substitution effect dominates QRIS transactions, primarily relocating existing transactions rather than creating new economic activity.

Both perceived similarity and perceived power significantly drive purchase intention, indicating that affective and rational mechanisms work simultaneously.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between job satisfaction (salary, promotion, supervision, co-worker relationships) and employee productivity in Selangor’s manufacturing sector, grounded in Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory and Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. A quantitative survey of 108 employees was analyzed using Spearman’s correlation and multiple regression. Results show that only co-worker relationships have a significant positive effect on productivity, while salary, promotion, and supervision are not significant predictors. The findings highlight the importance of interpersonal relations and teamwork for enhancing performance. Organizations should foster collaborative work environments and peer support.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of work-life balance, compensation, and job stress on turnover intention, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PO Bejeu Jepara. Using a sample of 146 drivers and covariance-based SEM analysis with AMOS 22, the findings show that work-life balance and compensation have a significant negative effect on turnover intention, while job stress has a significant positive effect. Job satisfaction itself has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Work-life balance and compensation have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, but job stress does not have a significant effect. Furthermore, work-life balance influences turnover intention indirectly through job satisfaction, whereas compensation and job stress do not show a significant mediating effect through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study examines the role of digital transformation in Human Resource Management (HRM) in influencing employees’ turnover intention amid accelerating organizational digitalization. The study aims to analyze the relationship between digital HR transformation and turnover intention and to develop a conceptual framework explaining this relationship through psychological variables. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method, analyzing relevant scholarly articles through descriptive and analytical synthesis. The findings indicate that digital HR transformation does not directly reduce turnover intention but influences it indirectly through job satisfaction, employee engagement, and organizational commitment. The effectiveness of digitalization depends on implementation quality and organizational cultural readiness. This study integrates strategic capability and organizational behavior perspectives and provides guidance for organizations to implement human-centered digital HR transformation to support sustainable employee retention.
