Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Self-esteem, Self-efficacy, on employee work spirit, to analyze the influence of Self-esteem, Self-efficacy and work spirit on employee job satisfaction, to analyze the influence of Self-esteem on employee work spirit through job satisfaction and to analyze the influence of Self-efficacy on employee work spirit through job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method. The sample of this study amounted to 87 respondents. The results of this study can be concluded that Self-esteem has a negative effect on employee work spirit, Self-efficacy has a positive effect on employee work spirit, Self-esteem, Self-efficacy and work spirit have a positive effect on employee work satisfaction, Self-esteem has a positive effect on employee work spirit through job satisfaction and Self-efficacy has a positive effect on employee work spirit through job satisfaction”.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of digital marketing, discounts, and product quality on purchasing decisions. This study focuses on consumers who actively use Shopee to shop for various product categories within a certain period. The population in this study is all Shopee users. This study used a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study can be concluded that digital marketing and discounts have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, while product quality has no effect on purchasing decisions. These results explain that the more effective the digital marketing strategy and the more attractive the discounts offered, the more likely consumers are to make a purchase. Conversely, product quality does not show a significant influence on purchasing decisions, indicating that consumer purchasing decisions in the context of this study are more influenced by promotional aspects and price than product quality itself.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how work discipline, intrinsic motivation, and transformational leadership can enhance employee performance in the culinary industry. Using a census sampling technique involving 45 active respondents, the study's population comprised every employee of Mie Gacoann Soekarno Hatta Tlogosari, Semarang. Using the SmartPLS tool, the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling method was used to analyze the data. The results showed that all three variables partially contributed significantly to employee performance. Transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, intrinsic motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has also been shown to have a significant effect on employee performance. The conclusion of this study confirms that these variables are strategic elements in building superior performance and strengthen the theory of work behavior in the context of modern culinary organizations.

Abstract

The research aims to examine and analyze the influence of product rating and reviews on consumer purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace. The population in this study comprises the community residing in the Cilangkap Sub-Disctrict area. The sampling technique used is Non-Probability Sampling. This research adopts an associative quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, and data analysis to examine the relationship between variables was performed using simple linear regression analysis. The results show that product rating dan reviews have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. This finding is supported by the regression analysis results, which yielded a significance value meeting the statistical criteria. Furthermore, the R-squared value indicates that product rating dan reviews are the main factor explaining the variation in purchasing decisions. It can be concluded that the higher the rating and the more positive the reviews given to a product, the greater the consumers tendency to make a purchase

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of inflation and interest rates on banking sector stock prices. The objective is to determine the partial and simultaneous effects, helping investors understand macroeconomic factors in investment decisions. A quantitative approach was used with multiple linear regression. A sample of 14 banking companies was selected using purposive sampling techniques, and secondary data from 2020–2024 from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and Bank Indonesia was used. Inflation did not have a significant effect on stock prices. Conversely, interest rates showed a significant partial effect. Simultaneously, inflation and interest rates jointly influence banking sector stock prices. Inflation does not significantly affect banking stock prices, while interest rates have a significant effect. Investors are advised to pay attention to interest rates, and further research should include additional macroeconomic variables

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze investment strategies based on the utility approach from journal reviews (Tomlinson, 2012). The current boom in investment aims to improve current and future well-being. Investing is expected to yield returns at a specific time, which requires consideration of economic factors, business intuition, and experience. As retirement approaches, this expectation can be achieved. Monte Carlo analysis is used. Investment is largely determined by psychological factors; therefore, financial management and the selection of a retirement income portfolio with the right strategy are necessary. Individuals who have reached the MPP age always want to obtain maximum utility from the pension funds they have earned. When money has been invested in certain assets, the following points are determined: (1) the safest investment withdrawal rate (2) the likelihood of running out of funds, which is considered a failure to plan, and (3) a measure of investment performance in a pension fund portfolio. The results show the characteristics of individual loss aversion in determining asset allocation strategies

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teamwork (X1), compensation (X2), commitment (X3), and work environment (X4) on employee performance (Y).The data collection method was carried out by questionnaires to employees with a sampling technique using the slovin formula with a sample of 100 people. For the influence of teamwork, compensation, commitment, and the work environment on employee performance used statistical analysis with multiple regression methods. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS 22.0 computer program.  The results of the research show that the four independent variables are significant and have an effect on employee performance. these variables are teamwork, compensation, commitment, and work environment. The variable that has the most dominant influence on employee performance is the teamwork variable with a coefficient value of 0.615.

Abstract

This scoping review aims to comprehensively map and analyze existing literature on the roles of supervisor and coworker support in remote and hybrid work contexts. The review systematically examined studies published between 2015 and 2025 across multiple databases. Findings reveal that both supervisor and coworker support significantly enhance psychological well-being and work engagement while mitigating strain and burnout. Supervisor support primarily contributes to role clarity and work–life balance, whereas coworker support strengthens social connectedness and collaboration. When combined, these supports generate synergistic benefits, amplifying positive outcomes for employees and organizations
