Abstract

The research carried out was to determine the extent of the influence of intellectual intelligence, interest in learning, learning behavior on the level of understanding of accounting. The research was conducted on accounting students at a high school of economics in the city of Semarang by determining the sample using purposive random sampling where the research sample was determined to be 100 respondents. From the results of data processing from the SPSS program it was found that all research variables of intellectual intelligence, interest in learning and learning behavior had a positive effect and significant for understanding accounting where the biggest influencing variable is intellectual intelligence with a value of 0.298.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the quality of human resources (HR) and the level of financial literacy in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the era of digitalization through a systematic literature review. The method used is a systematic review of scientific literature published in the last five years. In the era of digitalization, increasing financial literacy is crucial for the sustainability of MSMEs, especially in terms of digital financial management and the use of financial technology. This research also identifies several challenges and opportunities in efforts to improve the quality of human resources and financial literacy of MSMEs in the digital era. These findings provide important implications for policy makers and practitioners in designing effective HR capacity and financial literacy development programs for the MSME sector in the era of digitalization. This literature study shows that the quality of human resources, MSME players are required to be creative and innovative, easily adapt to new technology, have digital skills in various work sectors, and have a high entrepreneurial spirit, as well as being able to deal with automation and artificial intelligence. Meanwhile, financial literacy also has an important role in encouraging the digitalization of MSMEs. MSME players are required to have financial knowledge related to money management, financial knowledge to assess performance periodically, financial behavior in budgeting, and attitudes towards future plans, and financial behavior regarding monthly spending budgets.

Abstract

The research conducted aims to see how much influence leadership style, communication and work training have on employee productivity. The population in this study were 91 employees at DISPERKIM Semarang City. The sample was determined using a saturated sample where all employees were respondents in the research. The results obtained were processed using the SPSS program and analyzed. The results of the analysis stated that all independent variables had a positive and significant influence on the anxiety variable with the highest significance value found in the communication variable of 0.306.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of liquidity, profitability and solvency on share prices in banking companies. The sample for this research consists of 33 companies listed on the Indonesial Stock Exchange (BEI) to submit their financial reports for the 2021-2023 period. The data used in this research is secondary datal and the sample selection used the purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing show that liquidity and solvency have no effect on stock prices, while profitability has effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether green marketing and lifestyle influence the purchasing decision of The Body Shop products partially and simultaneously. The population of this study was all customers of The Body Shop in the city of Kediri. The technique used for sampling used the probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The data collection method was an offline questionnaire. The proposed hypothesis was tested using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of this study are that Green marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of The Body Shop products, Life Style has a positive and significant effect on decisions of The Body Shop products, Green marketing and lifestyle together have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of The Body Shop products.

Abstract

The task of this study discusses Volunteer Recruitment Procedures of PT. Dyandra Promosindo’s Event. The method used by the author on this study is qualitative method with secondary data collection technique and doing direct observation in the field, and interview. The observation result shows the Volunteer Recruitment Procedures of PT. Dyandra Promosindo’s Event consists of the stages of determining the needs of the workforce, then conducting socialization, filling in digital forms. Interviews, database compilation, and ending with a volunteer meeting and signing of employment contracts or Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan peran mediasi kinerja inovasi dan kinerja pasar terhadap pengaruh sertifikasi halal produk makanan terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kabupaten Malang. Banyak pelaku UMKM belum paham akan pentingnya status kehalalan untuk produk yang dihasilkan, hal tersebut merupakan peluang yang harus dimanfaatkan oleh pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Malang. Oleh karena itu, dukungan dari pemerintah diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran UMKM akan sertifikasi halal yang nantinya akan meningkatkan kinerja UMKM. Regulasi mengenai kewajiban halal telah diatur dalam Undang-undang Nomor 33 Tahun 2014 mengenai Jaminan Produk Halal, termasuk kategori makan dan minuman. Metode kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan kriteria pengambilan sampel maka jumlah data yang terkumpul sebanyak 188 UMKM di Kabuaten Malang dengan kategori produk makanan yang sudah memiliki sertifikasi halal, penyebaran data menggunakan kuesioner online dengan pengukuran skala likert (1-5). Setalah data terkumpul, teknis analisisnya menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa sertifikasi halal berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan dan kinerja inovasi. Selanjutnya, temuan lain menjelaskan adanya pengaruh sertifikasi halal terhadap kinerja pasar. Temuan lain menjelaskan bahwa ada pengaruh positif antara kinerja inovasi terhadap kinerja keuangan. Kemudian, kinerja inovasi dan kinerja pasar mampu memediasi pengaruh antara sertifikasi halal terhadap kinerja keuangan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, work motivation, and loyalty on employee performance in the Out Bound Division of PT JNE Express Medan Main Branch. Using a quantitative method and associative approach, the study involved 40 permanent employees as samples. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that both partially and simultaneously, work discipline, work motivation, and loyalty have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Work discipline is the most dominant factor influencing employee performance, followed by motivation and loyalty. Therefore, enhancing work discipline and motivation, as well as employee loyalty, can be an effective strategy to improve performance within the company. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Earning per Share (ROE), and Earnings Per Share (EPS) on stock prices of companies listed on the Nasdaq for the period 2018-2023. The research method used is a quantitative study with a causal-comparative approach. The data utilized is secondary data obtained from the financial statements of companies accessed through the official Nasdaq website. The population in this study consists of technology subsector companies listed on Nasdaq, with a sample of ten companies selected using purposive sampling based on specific criteria. The independent variables in this study are Return on Assets (X1), Earning per Share (X2), and Earnings Per Share (X3), while the dependent variable is the stock price (Y). The research method applied is panel data regression using the EViews 13 application. The results of the study show that ROA and EPS have a positive and significant impact on stock prices, while ROE does not have a significant effect. These findings indicate that investors pay more attention to the profitability of companies as reflected by ROA and EPS in making investment decisions.

Abstract

Karyawan dan bisnis sering menghadapi masalah niat berpindah. Karena tingginya keinginan turnover dapat mengganggu aktivitas dan produktivitas perusahaan dan karyawannya, maka perlu adanya fokus terhadap keinginan berpindah. Di PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk Cabang Bandung, terdapat sejumlah indikator yang menunjukkan niat untuk keluar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja penanda dampak tujuan turnover transaksi pada PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk Cabang Bandung. Jenis pemeriksaan yang dilakukan adalah eksplorasi subjektif dengan kepastian sumber menggunakan pemeriksaan purposif dan prosedur pengumpulan informasi menggunakan persepsi dan pertemuan. Tujuh orang di PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk Cabang Bandung disurvei untuk penelitian ini, termasuk tiga tenaga penjualan, dua pemimpin, dan dua mantan tenaga penjualan. Di PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk, temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga indikator niat berpindah: indikator memikirkan untuk keluar, indikator niat untuk keluar, dan indikator mencari pilihan pekerjaan lain. Faktor beban kerja, faktor gaji, faktor atasan, dan faktor lingkungan menjadi penyebab indikator tersebut
